Guy named Kurt helped me out alot at the Hamburg store. He took responsibility and searched for a part then made a point to call me back.I live a mile from the Autozone in Derby so naturally I tried there first.......Do yourself a favor and just go to the hamburg location.

I could not be happier with the service I received. My transmission had been sputtering and I was afraid Id need a costly repair. A friend said it sounded more like I was low on transmission fluid. I took it to AutoZone and the gentleman could not have been more helpful. I had no idea what I needed or how to check it and my disability prevents me from standing for more than a few moments to even try and figure it out. He came out, checked my cars info, got me the right fluid and even put it in for me. Turns out I was completely out of transmission fluid and needed two quarts. He was so friendly and so helpful (even with the cold weather)! I wish I had gotten his name so I could send the store a note about how awesome he was. Thank you so much!

Fast and knowledgeable. I brought my car with a broken muffler there, and Dan had the exact solution. 15 mins later and you cant even hear my exhaust anymore. 7 dollar fix. Thank you so much Dan.

I have been buying car parts and accessories at this store since it opened and have always been satisfied with the service I have received. Even when parts I needed were not available the staff usually offered suggestions for locating what I needed.

Traveling from Utah to CT we blew a spark plug. We pulled into this store and the employees were so helpful. They helped me find what I would need to fix my car, came out to their parking lot and checked to see if I needed anything, and helped give me tips. My family and I very much appreciated their great customer service.

Ive been trying to find someone to help me with my headlights for two weeks!! Thank god for these kind people! They helped me install my lights, at zero cost, even in the crappy weather!! Fast service, friendly service, respectable people. Im beyond appreciative guys, thank you so much!!!

Great place to get auto parts and basic car care supplies. Oil, filters, washer fluid, wipers, brake pads & rotors, wheel bearings, car soap, wax, and everything in between! The staff is always helpful, just tell them the make and model of your car and they’ll fall you what compatible parts they carry, what’s in stock, etc. pretty sure you can get some headlight fluid, too ;)

I took my girls 2012 Jeep to get the brake light they changed it when I bought the bulbs for free even though it has push pins instead of bolts I had no idea I thought they were just covers over bolts so I would have broken something if I had done it myself THANKS AUTOZONE for the great service

Staff not always helpful....depends on who is there. Some counter guys act like it’s a hassle to look up things. However some are the exact opposite

I have always went to this specific location for all of my DIY AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS for my past and present vehicle repair NEEDS and have had NOTHING but good experience after good experience. If I have any questions regarding a repair I am NOT confident about fixing myself I can count on the older more experienced employees to give me the advice and directions I need to complete my repair with ease and confidence.

If AutoZone has your part then Joe and the guys at the Hamburg, NY store is the place to grab that part. Nothing special about the parts from AutoZone but these guys give excellent customer service.

Been shopping Auto Zone for years. Today I had stop on my way to Rochester from Ohio and have my battery checked. Turns out it was bad and I had to replace it. The gentleman that helped me was awesome as were the rest of the employees that I spoke to. I put the new battery in myself, they retested everything for me, and I was back on my way in a half an hour. Thank you. I Will definitely keep using Auto Zone in the future.
