Always friendly staff at each store - I enjoy going there and enjoy the discount on beverages in the summer!

From out of town caring for some family and stopped at this location up the road and had several uncomfortable experiences with the female cashier pubically quizzing me on my ID info incinuating my drivers license is fake until this last trip where she said it was not a real ID. Im well over age to purchase any products I simply have an out of state ID, which can be easily identified and scans as part of the interstate ID compact like any other. Two public scrutinizings and a third embarrassment of claiming it was fake was quite unnecessary.Extremely strange and uncomfortable experiences, given the other reviews I see here this appears to track, avoid this business if you can.

Rude rude rude!!! Cashier could not be bothered! I could not believe how unprofessional she acted and the rudeness of someone in the customer service industry! Get new cashiers please!

The floors in the store were filthy looks like they have not been cleaned in months!!! Disgusting

The customer service is not working and horrible at your store on Pierce Ave Hamburg NY. I live up the street and its just horrible every time.

711 has decent coffee, cigars, cigarettes, snus & chewing tobacco. A solid selection of drinks: water, iced tea, soda, etc; as well as alcoholic drinks. Basic foods & frozen foods, & junk food are available (doughnuts too.) Some prices are alright & some items are pricey, but thats convenience stores for ya. Open 24 hours, 7 days per week (Yes, holidays too. All of them.)

They finally repaved the entrance to the parking lot!!
