I didnt use the glass repair portion but I did use the car wash and it broke down in the middle of my car wash this morning so I have a half prewashed vehicle and I have to go home and rinse it off myself.

Every time, these folks do it right! They know the business. I drive 80,000 a year and go through 4-8 windshields per year. They fix it when they can. Do it right when no repair in possible. On time, every time. They even did my 1988 GMC Van when others would not touch it!If they make a mistake, they fix it. If I make a mistake, they fix it!I will not use any other glass company again.I have been driving in CT for 45 years and Payless is the only good glass company out here!

Horrible customer service scheduled appointment to have glass fixed in my work truck, that I use to feed my family. Appointment was for 5/31/18 between the hours of 11-3 I called at 12 to get better window. Didn’t want to sit around and wait all day. It’s 3:17 no call no show no answer. I would not refer to anyone. Arrogance like there the only company around.

I had a crack on my windshield. I called and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Jim changed the thing in about 45 minutes. *And* the price I paid was 2/3 the price quoted from another store.Highly recommended!

Super friendly! Helped me put my mirror back on my windshield. I would definitely recommend them.

I put in a request online after getting a quote from them on their website. They were out right when requested on Monday morning since I put in the request on a Sunday. Done in under half and hour, and they were kind enough to even put the stuff back that was hanging from the mirror. The tech also pointed out that the passenger wiper should be replaced so it wouldnt scratch the new glass. I hadnt even noticed it took damage from the branch that cracked my windshield.Highly recommend them. They saved me about $100 over the competitions quotes.
