On the coldest day in January, I think it was -4 degrees my car kept on dying on me. I literally rolled into Auto Parts & Service parking lot and couldnt restart my car. I needed a new starter, generator and battery. I was at their mercy. I am living on SS & Disability. They found pre owned parts and fixed everything in a timely fashion and charged a reasonable price. New Battery too! Really nice honest people and they have donuts too!

Went in for an oil change. Not 30 minutes after my oil light comes on and my engine starts making a terrible noise. I get it towed to my normal mechanic in NY because at this point theyre closed. He takes a look and finds they didnt replace the oil filter, theres metal shavings in the oil pan, and after 5 days were still trying to fix it. Take the risk if you want but I most certainly wont be again

Very friendly owner. Disappointed to learn that the price quoted to me over the phone did not include tire rotation, but anyway very fair.
