My experience has been good dealing with auto zone employee

Employees are rude. Store was completely empty however nobody bothered to greet me. When I did ask for him it was as if I was bothering them. No one was wearing a mask. Ill stick to the autozone down the street.

I went looking for an unusual Subaru part, and received excellent help from Theresa. She could not find the part online, and she called a competitor, who had the same problem. Then Theresa referred me to a scrapyard. I will definitely return.

Helen Lopez at store 3477 was so helpful and we had a great experience because of her. They didn’t have my part in stock, so she ordered it to be delivered to her store for us the next day- then she helped uS to find pieces we could use to temporarily fix it so we wouldn’t have to tow the car home. She went way above and beyond helpful and genuinely cared - It was not just a great customer experience- it was a great experience to be treated so thoughtfully- she is a genuine compassionate kind individual. And she’s knowledgeable and highly recommend this store.

I thought I could change my own windshield wiper blades so I bought some online at AutoZone ( I didn’t know that there was a store within 3 miles of where I live! ). They arrived, but I couldn’t get my old ones off my car. I went to AutoZone to return the ones I purchased thinking that I would have to go to a dealership to buy some from them and have them installed. But when I went in, the wonderful, helpful folks at AutoZone told me that they would install them for me. For free! James and his colleague couldn’t have been more courteous, helpful, and efficient. At my request, James showed me how to do it myself in case I wanted to do it in the future. AutoZone, if you have a new customer for life.

They stood outside for about an hour helping me change my lightbulb! The guy couldn’t even feel his hands at the end from the cold, but they still helped me. To James and Abdu Im forever thankful you guys are the best!

Eugene was kind enough to help me install my head light with instructions on how to do it myself next time. He went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate it.

They were great I needed someone shell wipers and the guy was so nice took the old ones off put the new ones on no attitude nice and pleasant about it.

The store clerks were welcoming and ready to help as soon as I walked in the store. From the initial sale to the final purchase the guys made sure that I left the store happy & satisfied.

Worst autozone customer service telling me they cant charge my battery when i brought it before to this same exact location smh dont come to this autozone not worth it they have lazy workers

The staff were very helpful in guiding me to just the right battery I needed. I had called ahead about 30 minutes before I arrived and when I walked in and mentioned I called they recognized me and took me right to the section I needed.

Shady transactions, no standards. Says they close at 9, try to get there 8:50, they are closed. Advance Auto Parts is 1/2 mile down the road, do yourself a favor and skip this store!

Salesperson was on phone when I walked in. Called 4 help noone came. Waited 15 minutes!! Walked out. Why would u continue a ☎ call with a real live customer standing n front of u? Stupid. I hope they close. Will NEVER go back.

I don’t know why I come to this location anymore . You’ll be waiting in line for thirty minutes, and it’s not worth it. Go to a different location they’re under staffed, and always leave customers standing around. Listen to me when I say it’s not worth it.
