I recently moved to Hamden. And my neighbor recommend them to me. Their awesome super friendly staff starting from the ladys in the front office to the gentleman who took down my information. Mike the mechanic is the best really great guy. I will be taking all my cars there. They have a customer for life.

Slow leak in tire . It was patched and I was happy. Also a pipe fell off and thankfully was fixed temporarily. Will go back soon to have replaced

At Keating, I felt totally comfortable and Joe made it clear, what I really needed and didnt need. My family has known the Keatings since they moved to Hamden many years ago. My dad worked in the business of selling new and used cars two blocks from Keating Bros. Automotive. He has done business with them for years as have I and my family. My dad was a top salesman with many repeat customers. He wouldnt do business with anyone but the best. Keating was tops in his book. If you are looking for the best in service, sales and customer care, you need look no further. Great people, honest to a fault and treat you like family. We have bought many cars from them. Wife and I and my two children have bought cars from Keating. We are all Very satisfied in every respect. I highly recommend to everyone I know.

Great Business!!I had a very tough morning. Got up at 6:00 to come home from school. I had my truck all packed up and ready to go but it wouldnt start. I called AAA and they couldnt fix it because the actual starter was broken. The man recommended that I take it to Keating Brothers and boy was he right. They were the only place open nearby at the time too and they fixed it before noon so I could go home!Great people, even better service.Thank you

This establishment is a clean and professional place.I have had my vehicle in for an oil change and an air filter. The appointment is always backed up by a text confirmation.As many of us are living fast paced lives. I was treated like Royality. I would reccomend Keating Motors to anyone looking for a premium pre owned car or suv.

Our experience started off well but is ending very poorly. We purchased a used car for our youngest son. We have paid the car off as of May 2019 and we are still waiting for the title. The worst part is this whole experience is the customer service, it is beyond poor. They do not return calls and they do not complete anything they say they will. They string you along. I would not recommend this establishment.

Purchased a 2002 Ford Escape, for $5000 in Nov 2013. $1500 over bluebook value at that time, cause they claimed they did a lot of work, including a full tune up. They told me the car should last me years without any problems. With in 2 weeks the car started misfiring during rain storms. I brought back to have them look at it, but they told me they cant get it in yet, and need to make appointment for 4 days later, and if its still doing it to bring it that day. When it stopped raining, it stopped misfiring, so they said it is fine and nothing they can do. This happened 3 times in the first 35 days, and each time they did & said the same thing. the 3rd time I brought it in for the same problem, they told me that if it needs work I will have to pay for the work, cause it was past the 30 day warranty, but they will look at it for free to find what the problem is, but I will have to come back in 4 days to do so. To make a long story short, within 1 year of having the car it needed $3,300 in repairs, including the full tune up they claimed they did which cost $2000 itself, and many other issues they ignored to fix. The car still needs $1000 of work, but I dont have anymore money to put into it. In the last 2 1/2 years Iv had the car, Iv only bin able to drive it for less then 1 year. the rest of the time it sat in the driveway waiting to get fixed. They are crooks and liers, and I latter found out that Im not the only one that they sold cars to, over book value & broke down within a year. I will never buy a car from them again!!!!!
