Job included roofing and siding a small garage, removing a large shed, and putting gutter guards on main house. CAPS is very attentive, and it was great to have someone interested in a smaller job.

The quality of the workmanship and the level of knowledge was excellent. The worksite was always left in pristine condition. But most important to us was that we thoroughly trusted Frank and his team. If a change was necessary in order to complete the job, they always explained in detail what needed to be done. Frank and his team replaced our roof and 2 skylights which had been damaged by the hurricane last August. Frank came out within 2 days of our call and inspected the damage, advised us on how to proceed with the repair, and gave us a price that we felt was fair and within our budget. Within a week his team was back, the work was completed promptly and the cleanup was complete. We had an excellent experience working with the team at CAPs. Our kitchen remodel went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the results. Communicating with them was easy and the workmanship was of very high quality. We have an older house and, of course, there are always structural challenges with old houses, but they had the experience and know-how to resolve every challenge. Frank and his team tackled what seemed to be our impossible roof. The shingles were cemented on, as well as several other issues caused by the previous owner. We had an idea to turn the last and only remaining completely unfinished area of our basement into a small full bathroom. We chose Caps after discussing our plans with three different contractors. We made the right choice! Frank, Halina and Lou (master carpenter & craftsman) took our 1930 mortar/stone wall, uneven cement floor, no ceiling 87 year old dingy space and made it into a finely designed modern bathroom! Expertly framed, finely taped drywall, great paint, beautiful Italian floor tiles. All within our discussed budget. No surprises, very professional and daily clean up. Quite friendly folks as well. So grateful for Frank Capuano and his CAPS team for the efficient and amazing house renovation. It took only five weeks (much less than we planned) for the extensive work to be completed from a bathroom and a laundry closet addition to having our kitchen and all the floors redone and house painted. We could not be more pleased with the final results. The team was friendly, reassuring and clean. They took time to explain the work and various options to us, as well as give us their honest advice which we followed. We used CAPS Woodworking & Home Improvement to do a major remodel on our newly purchased property. We did a major kitchen and bathroom remodel with some additional little things.Frank, Halina and their crew were great at their job. We actually left a few days after hiring them for a 3 week out of country vacation and they did a fantastic job of keeping us updated and in the loop almost every day via video calls.The house ended up great. They did exactly what we wanted them to do and even came back a few weeks after we moved in to fix any little spots we managed to discover after actually living inside (some spots on the wall that needed a paint touchup - not their fault, our daughter slammed some doors, and minor items related to the countertop installation, which was delayed because we couldn’t decide on the color/material for our island).In the end we hired them, left them mostly to their own devices for three weeks, while admiring their work in the video calls, and the came back to a beautiful house.And the price was reasonable as well. (No extra charges for the wall repair that our daughter created.)I can only highly recommend them to anyone that wantes to do major or minor renovations to their property.
