My wife and I were quite pleased with the quality of work from the Unity construction team on our recent basement remodeling. We live in a 2 level condo and our options for restructuring the space were limited. Annif surveyed the bottom floor and identified how to modernize the rooms and create more appealing living space. His crew demonstrated deft craftsmanship with an impressive attention to details. From the electrical redesign for inset lighting to the laying of the pergo flooring, we were well pleased with the work ethic of the specialists Annif brought in for the project. Something you dont find everyday are people, in any industry, who want to continue a job until they are satisfied with their effort. From the standpoint of pricing, finishing on time, clean-up when project was completed, and overall quality of the work crew and final work, you would be hard pressed to find a better remodeling contractor in the area. Id highly recommend Unity construction for all your remodeling/renovation needs.

Was seeking a finished basement install... Didn’t show up for walk-through, measuring, etc. Said it was a mistake with schedule, but requested I send pics & measurements for a loose estimate. Sent over a dozen pics with the measurements, but never received quote. When contacted to inquire when we could expect the quote, we received no reply at all, which was also very unprofessional.
