Great prices and their customer service is excellent. Other companies should take lessons from this company on customer service. Prices beat just about all other VW part places on line. Im sold.

Refund policy is the worst in the industry. Bought an Equal-i-zer 4-point Sway Control Hitch. It did not fit so I returned it. It was a total surprise to me when the total cost to return the hitch cost me more than the hitch. Never do business with this company.

These guys saved my thanksgiving desert run and I will never forget your excellent service. I bought a T-handle EMPI shifter from thses folks the week before thanksgiving and installed it on my buggy. Unfortunately it was defective and the reverse button popped out. Tried fixing it but that wasnt going to happen. Contacted them and they indicated that they were getting other complaints about that shifter. They said they would exchange it for an EMPI triger shifter and have it to me in 2 to 3 business days. It showed up the day before we were to leave for the desert and they sent a return shipping label so I could send the defective one back to them which I did that day. The shifter took care of my problem shifting issues and because of their great attitude and service I had an excellent weekend. They now have all my business and I will be letting everyone I know about them. Thank you Dune Buggy Warehouse!
