I went to the store today and was helped by a young lady. I didnt get her name. She was very friendly and helpful. This has always been my experience at this Napa. Thank you.

I bit disappointed with the Hamilton location due to lack of customer acknowledgement and stock on shelves. Was in one isle for at least 8mins before walking to the register (where all else were gathered)to ask for assistance.Store not crowded with one other shopper in store.May go back some other time to see if all is same same or changed.

I have been doing business with Corvallis auto parts for well over 20 years,they have top of the line countermen or people however you choose. If they dont have the part its never more than a day or two to get. Prices are comparable to any one besides Amazon or e-bay but you get personal assistance with reliable advice. Recently purchased by new owner; maybe they will make some changes.No mask on any employee; clueless disregard for their customers. Add this to most things being over priced, and you are better off to avoid them.

Good place for farm equipment parts

Not one employee or customer was wearing a mask or following COVID safe practices. Employees were very rude.

Where every other place failes to satisfy your need for an auto part go to napa if they dont got it they will get it

I wouldnt shop at any other auto parts store in Hamilton. If they dont have a part they can usually have it the next day. Its nice to be able to talk to someone who knows from experience rather than just looking a computer screen. This is my go to parts store. Perry and Jimmy are both very helpful, thanks guys.

Customer service is awesome

These guys know their stuff and very rarely dont have what you need. If they DO end up not having it in Stock they will find it somewhere else in town. GREAT service!

Great place to get parts. Normally very good prices and anything they dont have in stock they can have by7:30 the next morning. If your like me you check online first to see which auto parts supplier has what Im looking for and to check prices and quite often not only does Napa have a better price but a better warranty as well. Staff are friendly and professional. Check them out!

Edit: now has new owner. Im not sure I can rate them as they use to be, but I did notice I pay more there now. Maybe because he owns all the Napa stores in the valley.
