Really poor service. Unbelievable really.Wont be back if I can help it!
Called store numerous times was told that tires were not available. Went to store and found they were in stock. Staff inability to give estimate for wait or repair times makes it uneasy to allow repairs
We waited 3 hours exactly for a simple oil change! It also took over an hour to look up a work order for the tires we got 3 months before! After we couldnt find it the first time, the associate just left us without saying anything! Walmart needs to teach their people good customer service.
My car was at front parking lot. It couldn’t started. It was 6:40 pm. They come out helped start up the car then help me replaced new battery. I have been here many time all the services was fast, affordable and excellent.
They was quick to take our money for 4 new tires. We also purchased roadside assistance. We needed a valve stem put in yesterday. We was driving on a leaking spare tired. The rude older lady told me $3 or $10. Later in the first day told my husband it was $29. Okay, no biggie. He showed up shortly after 4pm. She said there was no time for it to be replace. Again today, at 4pm was turned away AGAIN. I called her to remind her what had transpired the past 2 days & refresh her memory. She very loudly started saying NO, NO, NO, NO, that I was a liar! I ask to speak to her supervisor. Instead of saying he wasnt in, I heard the phone slam down on a counter or against something. I heard her mumbling something in the background. A younger person retrieved the phone. I ask was I speaking to supervisor? The reply was no, he wasnt in. Im not sure if she was trying to pass this other person off as manager or just threw the phone. This woman lacks the smallest amount of customer service skills. She doesnt need to be on the phone nor turning customers away without some explanation at 4pm. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I usually get my oil change at the West side Walmart but decided to go to the one closer to my new house. Yesterday ( July 19th, 2019) I arrived at 3:30 pm in the auto center for a simple oil change. I was informed by a younger lady that it will be at least an hour and a half before they get to my car, which was totally fine. I told her I will be in the store shopping until my car is finished. I return to the the service desk around 5:00 pm in the auto center to find that the employees have switched shift, the employee now was an elder lady who was currently helping another customer. I decided to wait in the waiting area til she was finished with the gentleman. Unfortunately after finishing the gentleman ahead of me. she moved on to helping another customer I waited again for my turn, but as she was finishing up with the gentleman she moves on to help a lady who JUST walked in for information about tires. At this point I get this idea that she might not tend to me so I interrupted and asked, How much longer on the Buick enclave. The employee tells me They just pulled it in, itll be 35-45 minutes. At this point it is 5:34 pm, So I decided to wait again in the auto waiting center. The time goes by and it is now 6:11 pm, so I decided to go buy a few things, thinking by the time I get back it should be done. I check-out my items at the self-check out lane at 6:47 pm. I start to make my way back to the auto center, I get there and I stand at the customer service desk closer to the window, and again the employee tends to a couple who was at the other desk. I waited on her, but as she finishes servicing the couple, she stands there and chats with a couple men from the auto crew. I waited a few more minutes and now I realize they see me, but continue to talk. I then asked, Is someone going to help me here?. The older female employee who helped earlier said, What do you want? At this point I was very upset and I said I need my car NOW! I have been here since 3 oclock and it is now seven. So almost 5 hours, I asked how long and you told me 35-45 minutes, it is now 7 pm. the employee then proceeds to the computer and tells me, You did not talk to me, you spoke to someone else because I didnt get you in the computer. I then said, What do you mean, I spoke to you earlier, give me car and get me a manager. The auto crew now scurry out to tend to my car, I waited again. Then a male employee steps into the waiting area and just stares at me, I then asked Is my car done? he replies, Yes, but you wanted a manager. Disgusted by the customer service I proceeded to the desk to pay for my oil change. He continues to say We just got a new rule that we have to take breaks every 20 minutes, I just found that out today. He then asks the female employee About what time was that told to us? She replies Around 4. The dept. manager now says So yeah, that rule was just told to us at 4 pm, when you came in. I pay and leave. I notice there is no oil change sticker on my windshield, which in the past Ive noticed they will place one with the service date and est. next date for oil change. Overall it was the poorest customer service I have received and I was really upset to the point where I was shaking and close to tears. Sad.
I just spent 4 hrs at Wal-Mart to get a oil change and tires rotated. They forgot to put my tire rotation on the work order. I dont usually complain but come on! I wasnt happy or pleased with the service or the time it took to complete 2 very simple tasks
Never use the service of this place. You will lose money but also be life-threatening. They sell poor quality products. I bought the wheel in this place only a month and a half and I have a flat tire.

I waited an hour and a half for an oil change just to walk up to the front desk to find out that they hadnt started because they needed my approval for another type of oil. So why didnt they page me on the intercom? Then they tell me about another half hour later that they had broken their tooling and couldnt change my oil filter and that I needed to take it back to the dealership. For all the trouble and the cost of the oil I couldve had it done cheaper and efficiently at the dealership. There was a couple in front of me who were just as upset with their service. The sad thing is I read the reviews before I went with the benefit of the doubt but boy was I wrong.
Everyone there does good work. Some better than others. They do their best while usually being understaffed after 4pm.
I hate leaving 1 stars but every trip Ive made to get car maintanance has been a bad experience.. This last visit I one arrived 4 hours till they closed and a mechanic watched me get my toddlers out of car and get to the front desk to tell me hes not taking anymore customers today cause hes the only one their.. little confused on that cause I saw mechanics everywhere in the shop.. I will go somewhere else now
The two guys that did my oil change were nice and got the job done quickly ! The price was great and I will be back !
Beware spend the few extra dollars and get it fixed right the first time somewhere else. Car had 2 tires with nails that needed fixed dropped it off went back later to pick it up they did not say anything everything was fine. After getting home and reading paperwork they only fixed one tire paperwork said other was not leaking now it is flat and both tires are missing the valve stem caps and both of my rims on my newer car now have multiple scratches on them. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Took 4 hours 15 min for an oil change. Got to the service department at 9:30 am on a Thursday and didnt leave until 1:45 pm
Ive literally called 5 times in an attempt to get a quote on service. Four times the phone rings until an automated service asked me to put in a code. And the other time someone picked up and hung up. I guess their too busy to take a simple phone call. This is by far the worst Wal-mart in this area. It amazing me that they are still open.
8pm customer service department was closed. When I asked the csm to help me just this one time because It was an emergency and I needed to send a wire she was very very rude about it.Unbelievable how bad customer service is these days. Even if you cant do it. You dont have to be a jerk.
