Every time we have come here, the service has been wonderful. They are fast, efficient, and honest. Everyone is helpful, no matter who answers the phone or is at the front desk. We have transitioned all of our business from other tire shops to just Tire Rama because of the service!

These guys were so helpful, we were on vacation and had a loud noise on the front end that started after driving up a rough road to a trail head. It sounded unsafe... all the shops in town were booked for days, these guys were as well, but they took the truck for a drive and put it on a lift. Found out a shock had come apart and punched a hole in the metal. They were able to help us fix it and make it safe to drive home.Thank you guys, youre awesome!

They dont make appointments. I was told to come in on Saturday at 8 am, first come first serve basis to have my tires rotated and have a slow leak fixed. 4 days later Im back for the slow leak. I dont believe that they even looked at the tire for the slow leak. I made an issue. I had to leave my vehicle over night to have a leak fixed the second time. That was inconvenient. Well see if it gets fixed now. Lazy comes to mind. Ive been doing business with this place for over 20 years. The class of people in the work force is lazy. I worked at this place, at one time and it has change. I would recommend that they start taking appointments, and watch their people to ensure that things are actually done.

Good tires, great price, helpful crew

Purchased 4 tires for wifes 2004 BMW X5. Two of the tires they put on constantly went low took to Les Schwab and found out both the tires we had issues with werent properly mounted on the rims. I wont ever do business with them again.

Was towing at max gross weight with my gmc 1500 from Alaska to Alabama and called tire o Rama and a few other tire dealers en route to Darby (where I was staying with family for appx a week).The staff was great at recommending an E rated tire (cooper at3) that fit the weird size of my truck tires; They even offered me a fair trade in for my low mileage factory tires.Additionally, I was changing out my shock/struts for bilstein 6112s and the spring compressor I rented from oriellys was slightly too small. Despite being extremely busy they were able to fit me in their schedule to safely compress and swap my springs.All throughout the process I felt I was treated better than any other Maintenance or tire shop I have purchased from in the past.

What a place. They always take good care of their customers and give advice I can trust, rather than what makes the most money. They take the time to explain which tires will do the intended job and the various price points. If something costs more, they explain why and what the compromises might be to lower cost of needed.Sometimes their pretty busy, but its no wonder, given how they take care of folks.I highly recommend.

Talked to them on the phone about a tube for my atv tire. Got there and they had it installed right away. The workers there were great. Price was reasonable. Great place

Much better than les Schwab my favorite part is the 6 month same as cash as opposed to the 3 month same as cash over at les Schwab.

They got me in right away and within 10 minutes, they had my tires fixed and told me that they kept going flat because every time Les Schwab “fixed them,” they were not cleaning them off before sealing them back on, which made them leak. They also told me I don’t need new rims like Les Schwab kept insisting I needed. Amazing customer service. I’ve definitely found my new place to go for tires. Thank you guys!

My favorite tire shop. I went to Missoula and realized I needed an oil change. The place I went was great and include a tire rotation with your oil change.I didnt know that and it was way too soon for mine. Called my Tire-rama store to check mileage when they were done and they offered to rotate them back today so I dont have to go back to Missoula.Do yourself a favor go Feb. to have your non emergency needs taken care of.These poor guys are past the being slammed time of the year and can get to you sooner.Excellent service to meet your needs.

These folks make people in this area that dont know a whole lot about how our vehicles work, feel safe. My car wouldnt start last night and I thought no worries, Tire Rama will help me in the morning and sure enough! They did! Im driving again and everyone over there is very friendly and helpful!

We thought I needed CV axles on my 08 Hyundai, and TR quoted me about $525 for the repair. They ordered parts and I scheduled it for today. Got a call later and the mechanic said they were not needed...tightened the clamps and cleaned up the slight leak. Wow. Love this crew. So honest. Thank you!

They took good care of me on a tire swap, and didnt even charge to dispose of my old tires. Not sure if this is normal or because they were in the holiday spirit. Either way, great place with friendly staff. Plus it has a brewery just two doors down.

Very friendly, knowledge staff. Great products and competitive prices. Just add a few hours to their time estimates, or more. And they may or may not call you when your vehicle is ready. Just pester them if you dont hear from them. Not real convenient if you live out of town. Seems to be that scheduling is not their forte. Work on it!

Figured out how to solve my tire need within my budget seamlessly. Within the short window of time I had before needing to get to Missoula(1 hour). Ill never turn back now these guys are fantastic!

This is the place to go for tires in Hamilton. The other outfit tried to pull a bait and switch on me. These guys are knowledgeable friendly and helpful. I watched him give an elderly lady free tire sipes, Well I was in there. Plus they did not break my van lifting it wrong that’s a bonus. This is the only tire store I recommend to friends and family in the Bitterroot

Great prices! They beat the competitors on price, but more importantly they have great customer service. They not only handle the tires for our fleet of vehicles, but oil changes and repairs as well. They work with our schedules and do a large amount of our work on Saturday so we dont have any down time. They always seem to fit us in no matter how busy they are. Highly recommended!!!

My wife discovered Tire-Rama a couple years ago and weve been having them care for our vehicles ever since. Theyre an employee owned company and as a result they are pretty efficient. I showed up without an appointment at 8 AM (they usually open at 7:30AM) and they had four new tires mounted and balanced and I was out the door by 9:30 AM. Ive had them mount tires from Tire Rack and they are happy to do it. They do a full inspection when they bring the vehicle into the shop and there is no hard sell if they find some thing that needs fixing. Theyll do oil changes and brake work too.If you are getting an alignment you need to make an appointment beforehand.I like doing business with Hamilton Tire-Rama.
