Very rude and unhelpful she told me she couldnt help me because of covid hours but she was happy to help the customer who was looking at getting a new phone. I was able to fix my phone through a verizon customer service agent on a different phone. That is something she told me I wouldnt be able to do and thats why she wouldnt help me. I will keep going to the verizon store by Subway they are a much nicer Environment and will bend over backwards to help the customers plus they are open later than 5

I usually am helped by Cassie, who is AWESOME.. though Donna has also helped me....they are BOTH really GREAT!!I dont go to the other store anymore...I will only deal with the Russell Cellular Store, they always go out of their way to do their best to help. They also really KNOW what they are doing so they actually CAN help...Great atmosphere, helpful & knowledgeable....highly recommend this store!!

The associate took his time to help with replacing the device I needed. He also gave many cost saving options with the various verizon plans. He alerted the other shoppers in the store, their projected wait time, which was very courteous. It was overall a great experience.

Absolutely horrible service. Never answer phones, lost my phone order, when i asked for their dm, i was told to leave. For a supposed independent retailer of verizon, i now hate verizon. I have cancelled my service with verizon. NOT recommended for any business. cannot be trusted period.

Easy to locate with a good number of parking spots. I went in just for information to services and pricing because, as things are, I hear cell reception is more reliable with Verizon.The rep. appeared within seconds, knowledgeable and easy to understand.In appearance- the store, in my opinion, seemed dated within but I know this has nothing to do with the actual strength of the signal.Version has a plan that will fit my budget and I will go back when I am released from...my current cell provider.

Todd Kenley was so helpful. He even managed to retrieve a huge amount of pictures that my old phone made disappear. Due to the fact that I couldnt remember my password we couldnt get my contacts into the new phone. He offered to swing by my work the next day so he could transfer them from an older phone. For whatever reason they showed up in the new phone the next day. He definitely went above and beyond and I wouldnt hesitate to send friends and family to him. The other two staff members were also incredibly knowledgeable and patient with their customers as well. Such a pleasant team. Purchase 8/19/2019

I am definitely not impressed with the customer service to a women today. That women was me Darla Levandoske. This happened at the Hamilton Montana branch. I was trying to report my phone stolen and the man representing the store told me I had to leave( before I even got the claim on my stolen phone I purchased from the same person a month earlier). I am also a single business mother. Im beyond disappointment 😔 😪 😞

The two gentlemen who helped me were calm, polite, patient, and knowledgeable . It was a pleasure to be in their store . They also were funny and personable . We went into the Verizon store to get a replacement screen the manager Heather started in on selling me a Hum which Tillman and told me about on my last visit, he is ALWAY helpful and courteous along with Alex, she should be a used car salesman she fast talked me into one for me and one for my daughter. When it came to helping us set them up after she messed the set up completely we made 3 trip to the store and Tillman came to our rescue. I think Heather is only interested in selling products and not customer service unlike Tillman and Alex they always go above and beyond thank goodness for those two...

Some of the best service yet I received from Tillman. He helped set up my phone and made it so effortless. Normally it is a 2+hour process but he just made it all happen in less than half the time. Worst Verizon store EVER. I recommend to NEVER shop here if you want honesty or people who want to help you at all. Was not even acknowledged. Then when i finally asked for help, the salesmen were shady and lied to me and promised me about several things that werent true, I found out later when calling customer service. Snotty employees. DO NOT GO HERE.

It says they close at 8pm. I got there at 7:45pm the doors are locked. The lights are still on and the guy inside looks up and shakes his head that he wouldn’t let me in. If you post that you are open then be open. With a broken phone and needing to get one this is very irritating!
