First time at this store and was extremely satisfied. Store was clean and Tim was very helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Tim will get all of our business in the future.

I had been having issues on my phone for a week went to another local Metro they didnt know anything kept calling the 800 number they couldnt resolve anything finally went to the last Metro store here local to me and Tim resolved everything that the other store in the 800 number Metro customer service couldnt ...he was awesome Tim rocks he was the best representative I have ever met through Metro we need more like him ..anytime you need to go to Metro or have issues with your phone please visit 938 main Street in Hamilton Ohio and ask for Tim five thumbs up for Tim he rocks the nicest most politest and awesome guy I have ever met.

This was my second time ever coming here and Ive got to say that I was impressed.The man behind the counter was completely transparent with me and helped me find a good replacement for my old phone.

It’s always a hassle buying a new phone but Tim and his co-workers make it easier. They were friendly and made sure I walked out with the best deal!!! I bought the IPhone 11 and Will be returning for accessories.

I went to metro today and heather helped me and was great it took a long time to fix my issue and she bended over backwards and went through hoops to help me and she is awesome. I live 30 mins away and when ever I have an issue or want to buy a new phone Ill definitely be coming back to this location from now on. Thank you so much!

They are really good people and are very nice and they got the best deals on cell phones and give you good deals when you get a cell phone from there they are the best metro place i have been too i recommend you go there and get a cell phone from this one they are friendly and funny and they are laid back people and they are not rude to there customers at all

I went into metro on main street and recieved great service. I was able to switch my phone and get a new phone & screen protector & case for 100$ even. I will never switch from metro😊

I had to get my iPhone screen fixed.I called I spoke to the manager Moe. He not only did he get my phone fixed (looks brand new again) while it was being repaired he also gave me a loaner phone. Which was also an IPhone he was also super friendly and quick. I will recommend everyone to come see Moe at Metro.

This store is great. Better than the other one. The employees are always nice. Their prices for fixing phones are better than any other place. I drive 30 minutes just to go to this location.

Tracy is the best. She always has a smile and is happy to help no matter what the issue is. Please choose this location (behind BP gas station) over the other one right down the street. They will take care of you.

My experience at this location for Metro P C was wonderful in a way unimaginable. Miss Tracy was a blessing to have wait on me. I was in such a sad, emotionally drained, and hurt manner from the other Metro P C location an experience I never want to happen again. The owner of this place is named Ray. He is AWESOME. he hooked us up with 2 brand new iPhone 7s and two otter box cases and our first months bill pai and he bought us pizza while we set our phone up. He ordered it right there to the store. Super good caring guy with a huge heart. If u need a phone and u don’t go there to the location behind BP on main st then ur just crazy. He’s a great reasonable guy.

If this is the same Metro PCS by the BP gas station, they can be either absolutely great or absolutely and utterly sharks in the water... I had went in there to purchase a phone a while back and one, they had no cases or glass for the screen, so I had to run to a different MetroPCS to pick those up which ran my bill even higher... because I couldnt get the bundle deal when you upgrade normally they will always bundle a case and screen protector with it. Then when I needed a bit of an extra protective case I purchased a case from this authorized dealer. It is a cheap piece of garbage that I was promised would hold up before as well as while I was going to be out of town ... nevertheless Im glad I went in before I got too many states over because the case was cheap and I wish I would have just kept my old glass on my screen and purchased from the other store. MetroPCS is a pretty big phone company by now, why within a 2-mile radius cant another store be one in the same? Or work together? I get business is business & the world is the way the world is but I have never missed a payment on my bill I have always upgraded mine & my boyfriends phone since Ive been on their contract for almost 4 years now. So thats a lot of phones and a lot of money that I have poured into this business just to get crappy service. I mean I am in the retail business as well, but when we give you our word... That doesnt just mean it has to be on a receipt or a piece of paper.

This place not only fixes phones but they fix computers as well. And their prices are better than any other place I have been to. The employees are so nice and very knowledgeable and they dont try to hassle you into buying a new phone.

Tracy was very helpful and went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my phone issue. Will definitely recommend!

I went out of my way to go to this store because I thought it was awesome. Come to find out, not so awesome. Wanted to ad a third line and port a number. What should have only cost me $34 and some change, cost me $65! Come to find out, the young man working overcharged me $29 and eagerly accepted a $5 tip when I bought a phone case. Luckily, customer service over the phone is rectifying this. Had to go back into the store and talk to the guy with customer service on the phone to catch them in their scam because they had not given me a receipt for the transaction and didnt even note on my account why they charged me so much extra. The guy behind the counter was so rude to me and the customer service representative on the phone was shocked at how he was treating me. I am so disappointed in the service at this location.

Do Not i repeat do not go to this store they are ripping u off right infront of your eyes claimingtheyv are giving u a deal making changes to ur account without permission, he changed my plan then told me he had already posted the payment but he can give me a deal for next month.. I paid him 85.00 i get home and my account says only 72.00 was posted he lied he already made the changes to my account and pocketed the other 13.00 when i called to ask why 85.00 was not posted he said there was a 10.00 fee for making the changes and a 3.00 fee for payin at the store.. Ok the 3.00 fee i uundestand.. But what the hell makes u think im gonna pay 10.00 for u to change something i can do on my phone myself for free.. Thiefs thats what they are plain and simple.. You are stealing from your customers..

I bought a iPhone 5c green the other day for 200 and it worked fine at first and now the screen wont touch have the time and I cant call without it being on loud speaker its bullshit people spend their hard earn money and people rip them off its wrong, if I dont get my money back or another phone I will file to sue .

My daughter in law had an issue with a phone that was purchased through them,she took it in and was told that they could not replace it.They insinuated that it was probably dropped in water.She left the store very discouraged.Called apple support,they tried to help.We then took the phone to a diagnostic center,they concluded that the phone was indeed defective.The salesman was supposed to talk to Muhammad and call her,never did!Long story short,she was sold a defective product and the store doesnt care!!They could care less about the customer,all about the $$$

Yesterday I was so stressed out because a piece of my charger broke off in my charging port and I couldn’t get it out myself. I walked into Metro T-Mobile and immediately Ray was more than willing to help. He was determined to get that piece out of my phone and after only a few minutes, he did! Thanks Ray, appreciate it!
