Always friendly and helpful staff. Especially in the shoe department. You actually get waited on. Shoe selections are great and Ive found them to be durable even with my most destructive children. Have turned to them when missoula was shut down and realized I should have done it sooner. Fords is our go to now for things that we wont buy second hand. Old fashioned service won me over.

I met an extremely helpful employee named Carol Lamar today and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was happy to help and took time away from what she was working on to make sure that I had a great experience. Conveniently located in beautiful Hamilton Montana, you must go to Fords for all of your clothing needs!

Thank you for wearing masks. We are having to be very careful with cancer health issues and I try not to shop where employees dont wear them due to all of the contacts. I appreciate the concern while we wait out the COVID issues. Most items I order on line, but you had a supply of what we needed quickly and I felt we could safely try it and be on our way.

My help me today, with picking out cool clothes today, some for clothes for Sundays and some for just a normal casual outfits that I like! And going out to eat with my mom at the Mexican restaurant, that was very good! I love hanging out with my mom alot that was fun!

Now I love shopping this store. It has anything and everything you can imagine for a department store. I was disappointed when I asked where the plus size clothes were for women. And I was rudely told by the older woman working there, to just look around. They don’t have a plus size section. So if I see a shirt I like, but it is no larger than a L, I have to get disappointed, and move onto another item with the same results. I hate disappointments like that! Put all the plus size in one section, please!! So I can see if there is something I may want to look at!Did buy a couple men’s tees and a hat. And my kids got some boots. The lady in shoes was SO nice. Overall, I’ll shop again.
