Staff are very professional, courteous, and efficient. The repairs they did on my vehicle was outstanding and I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this facility, they get the job done.

These guys repaired my 2020 Dodge Durango after I was rear ended and did an amazing job. No corners cut at this shop. They have someone devoted to answering calls and questions and are very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance etc. They even got rid of the cigarette smell that I thought would be impossible to get out. 6 out of 5 stars.

I was rear ended and sent my car to this shop. They haven’t performed any work on the car yet but I am beyond I’m beyond impressed with their communication and how helpful they have been thought out the insurance navigation process.

They nickel and dime you, Add extra work that was not mentioned and charge you a few extra hundred and try to justify it. Not to mention they were a week short of what they originally said but of course they never said that. Go somewhere else. Not worth it going here unless you want to pay more after the said amount. They did the job, too bad they are crooks.

For auto body repair, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Quick quote, best work I have experienced, friendly employees, honest, will arrange a rental. Cant say enough good things. They have done work for me twice, when I was hit. I have referred several friends and family. All extremely happy.

They do great work. Be in business for many decades, although there estimate was high compared to other body shops in South Jersey.

This is a bit late but wanted to rave about Action. Joe and Chris are the best along with their employees. What a fabulous experience they gave me when my Jeep was damaged in a storm. Fixed it like new. Simply the best auto body repair anywhere. I would highly recommend them.

They were honest about the options for getting my car repaired even if it meant they would lose business. You cant ask for more from somebody.

Great friendly service with good early morning hours. They work directly with insurance companies and keep customers updated with an online system and text messages.Even follow up requests on small items were dealt with promptly and expertly.I would highly recommend them for body work and insurance claims.

All I can say is WOW. Action Auto Body did an amazing job on my Jeep for a great price. It looks like there was never any damage to begin with! Not to mention they cleaned it top to bottom!!! Did not have a great experience with Action Auto Body.Work was delayed several times.In addition there was a discrepancy with what insurance carrier (Plymouth Rock) promised and Action Auto Body was able to deliver. Plymouth Rock advertises a door to door valet service for claims. Meaning that the auto body shop picks up car, does the work, and then returns it. Action Auto Body was not able to do this and so I spent $60 dollars using a ride sharing service to pick up my car. Granted, I suppose it is really the insurance carrier that is scamming customers here. Lastly, there was a slight crack in my windshield that was not present before the car went to Action Auto Body that I assume occurred at some point during their work.

Although it was a little more expensive than my Googling told me to expect, Action Auto Body did a fantastic job on the repair. They did provide an accurate estimate up front however, so I knew what I was getting into. Car was also cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Would recommend them to others.

Helped me deal with insurance of driver who hit me. Were very prompt. My car was finished in less than 3 days. Car looks better than new. Great shop.
