Did an excellent job repairing our GMC Acadia that had damage from a collision. Definitely would recommend.

Would be a zero. If you don’t care about your vehicle then this is the shop for you. After not being happy with their sloppy paint job I took my car to another shop who found metal flakes rusting to everything in the engine bay my car is a 2016 shouldn’t have any rust. They also found they charged insurance for stuff that wasn’t done correctly. They are fast talkers who make you think they are on your side when they don’t really care. I would recommend finding another shop or if they have already done work to your vehicle taking it to a post repair inspection and finding out how bad they left your vehicle.

The people are awesome, they actually care what happened to you and want to fix the problem. Instead of most, ( cal col ) who want the kick back from saying its not that bad. They dont want the kick back, they want you 😊. And for veterans using USAA, GO HERE. They really take great care of us. ATLEAST someone left still cares about our sacrifice.

I cant say enough about my current experience. my truck is show room condition. I am so pleased with everything that was done. Just a great job and service. Mr Will is very nice to deal with. He was very nice to me the intire time and trust me I gave him a hard time. But at the end it all worked out. you would never know my truck was hit.

They told me it would take a month a month went by they said another 2 weeks that went by they said another week that went by then another 2 weeks gave me a pick up day then canceled that the car still wasnt done. They keep messing around and not getting it done 3 months and my car is still there not done. Apparently it takes 2 days to do an alignment.

My daughter got into an accident last month and was hysterical. The staff was amazing in calming her down and taking care of her claim and car. By far one of the best shops Ive ever had the pleasure dealing with. Would recommend this shop to all my friends

Very positive experience with this establishment. Not only was the work superb and the staff very courteous and professional, but they also identified work that was not necessary resulting in a cost savings, coming in less than was originally quoted. I’ll take that any day.

Top notch!To start off the staff Will, Bob and Libbie are wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. The Service was incredible not only did I get my car back as good as new but it was clean as promised and delivered on time. I would highly recommend this shop, and rest assured if needed, will return for any future repairs.

I had my car repaired here after an accident and I could not be more pleased with the service I received!! Everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the whole repair process. When I got my car back it looked nicer then it did before the accident! I highly recommend T-Masters for all repair needs! You will not be disappointed!

Got into an accident out of state and they helped me with everything! Through handling the car rental company to making sure everything was repaired to be exactly what is was prior to the accident. They replaced my exhaust with an even better model from the aftermarket company I originally had, they even did more by taking off the nail polish from my ex girlfriend and painting my reflector/diffuser black. I was very surprised with how above and beyond they went for my repair. Id recommend T masters to anyone who wants a stress-free experience for their car repair.

Always keep me in top shape and safe when I’m traveling. My truck (also purchased at TMasters) is always well maintained by the professionals at TMasters so I always feel good about traveling to shows and to pick up my supplies in other states. I was in an accident a few years ago and the body work they did for me was amazing and super fast. I also love that they are environmentally conscious. Friendly staff and knowledgeable mechanics! I had my car repaired here after a collision. Awful. The first time I went to pick it up there were nibs (pieces of dirt under) in the paint all over the place and runs. They were relatively helpful at this point and agreed to redo it. After I refused to collect the vehicle the second time due to the same issues they became angered and disrespectful, but agreed to buff it one more time. When I arrived the third time they refused to even bring my car around for inspection unless I paid and signed the paperwork. They even insinuated aloud with other costumers in the office that I was refusing to pick it up because I could not afford the deductible. Fast Forward a half a year, I had my battery replaced at a local shop. They found Cigarette butts shoved all over in my engine compartment. T-Masters is the only shop that ever did work on my car! I implore people not to use them. I even told progressive that they needed to find a new preferred vendor.

Ive had a few vehicles repaired at T-Masters, and every job has been top notch.

If you want to be treated right, please dont take your car here! My car clunked out on me so I called and asked if I had my car towed today would the repairs be made the same day? The receptionist assured me it would be serviced the same day. When my car arrived at there shop 30mins away from where I live they called me back saying we wouldnt be able to do any repairs today! WHAT you dont even know whats wrong with it and your telling me it cant be done today. Alright, well the next morning rolls around and no call from TMASTERS, so I call and ask have they diagnosed my car yet and there receptionist Jamie tells me no they still havent checked out my car yet but the mechanic is putting it on the lift now! (10am) So now its 2:30p and still no call from them. I call back and Jamie tells me everyone is just getting back from lunch so my car still hasnt been diagnosed yet. When she finally calls back they give me this ridiculous price and they have all the excuses in the world of why my repairs are so expensive. At this point Im just frustrated and need my car back so I get over the price and agree to let them do the repairs. 5 minutes later they call me back telling me that I have to come and sign paper work that states I agree to pay for there services when completed . WTF! What kind of business is this! I would have thought this would have been done when they towed my car away Just to assure them I would pay for towing! TMASTERS are MASTER CROOKS. Its almost a week later and I still have no car!!!! And from the last time I spoke with them they tell me Jamie is still at lunch. Theyre manager hung up on me and all I wanted was for them to tell me when my car would be receiving service!
