Went to return a loaner tool and a breaker bar I didn’t use parts sales manager gave me a hard time and tried to deny the return until he was aware that I was familiar with return policy and offered to call his district manager

Needed new wipers blades for my Prius. Josh and Steve were very helpful as we had some difficulty finding the appropriate blades and the adaptors that would work. They were great and I’d go back there for sure. Thanks.

When you walk into autozone in Hammonton NJ just turn around and walk back out because they dont know how to work the computer to find parts

Got my parts. Employees werent up to date on their supply. Management needs to update system. They told us the didnt have part according to system but we were able to go there and receive what we needed. Good prices. God helps the customer service. Need a lil help in management.God bless. One employee in particular, a spanish girl, Amanda R (I believe she went by Mandy), I could tell was a VERY hard worker. She knew the store inside & out. Her knowledge of cars was also far surpassing that of your typical auto parts store employee that is only there for the paycheck. Her love of cars and her drive (pun intended) to help the customers is only outshined by her pleasant attitude and friendly disposition. She honestly deserves a promotion and a raise, and should be running this store.

This should be negative 5 or shut down startI just recently called to inquire about a seliniod for my truck and well here is were all went SouthI clearly was working on the engine. So borrowed car went to New Auto Zone next to old unemployment office.Ok ready and as soon as walked in door had not even shut. When young staffer doesnt great introduce himself. He is a good 90 to 100+ feet away belting out the followingDo you have exact change or a Debit Card what are you here for... Oh we have no.cash to make changeMy reply after few seconds was on last part of his question/statement : well Im here for a seliniod and 8 plugs cap and wires as far as payment well depends.Give him make of truck he tells me yeah but how you paying we dont have cash. I didnt reply other then ok so he goes to get and I noticed 2 or 3 price ranges from $14-$22 so he.comea back with the most costly and K said wait hold up I want to look at it and then I see name on box and it was most costly at $30+ I asked why asses didnt give me options to choose. He got aggitaited and went got the others I opened each then and to my dismay two were plastic housing and not cheap so I.chose the all metal body $17+ and then showed him why.Then as if I was being forced to leave because he.just kept pushing for payment and saying exact change or give me debit card. I dont lile using credit so between change and some ones and a five pay the bill then I left and went to down street to competitor and they had the rest of what I need plugs wires cap ND they had cash didnt bound me about payment.So all and all :As a store owner or Staff (A ) dont assult your customers. ( B ) be honest with customer but me dont ever admit to a major screw up .I wouldnt have given them any Stars but you must so that could inform you the Odd way Auto Zone runs things ....( Back of my mind I was thinking they may have robbed and the thieves were still in shop

Headlight bulb guide had wrong bulb in there. Then, when i checked out the cashie, without asking, put bulb grease with my bulbs. Telling me they would last longer. Last time i checked dialectric grease isnt a voltage regulator.

I wish I asked his name, but a gentleman offered to come outside and put the oil I had just bought in my engine for me. So thoughtful being that I didn’t know where it went.

Employees were very nice and helpful. In and out within minutes of what I needed there.
