This company was subcontracted to drop off fuel by AAA. They were there very quickly, super personable; got my car going as quickly as possible. Great job.

The starter on my car was going bad. When starters begin to fail they lose reliability and either completely stop working, or only work intermittently. The starter was diagnosed to be faulty. I was leaving the state the next day and needed the starter replaced ASAP. I called the shop, they offered to have a starter on the car ready by next morning, awesome! The next morning they told me I was wrong about needing the starter, “just needed a battery”. I politely explained how that doesn’t make sense, I wasn’t having battery related symptoms and only starter issues, (car started intermittently. When no crank/start, I would hit the starter, and afterwards would fire right up) after such a gut feeling on it being a starter and then it being diagnosed by a mechanic that it needs a starter. They told me “no, we can order a battery and it’ll be fixed” ... after all the car is in there hands, and they are the professional that “did diagnostics, and tested the starter and battery” so I felt that I should trust them and maybe me and the other mechanic are wrong. We pick up car after spending over $225 for a battery and “labor and diagnostic time”... we leave the state that day, hours away we stop to get gas. Car doesn’t start back up. I was over charged for work that didn’t fix my car and left my family stranded, after being blown off multiple times with what NEEDED to get fixed and what was even brought into there shop for.

This is the man. Go nowhere else and believe me weve been around. Honest dependable extremely fast.

Every time my car has problems in the area, I bring it to Lakeview and have never had a bad experience. They have been working on my vehicles and my familys vehicles for about 20+ years now, both big and small jobs. I love to see that it is still under the same ownership.I never feel bamboozled when dealing with Lakeview and they always explain the jobs in a way I can understand (which is no easy task). Best repair shop ever!

Had ignition work done on my truck. A week later, was driving along and my truck stalled and crashed into ditch off the side of the road. DO NOT take vehicle here for service. There are WAY better options in the area!

Responded to a vehicle accident in front of my house. The driver of the Lakeview garage tow truck got out of the vehicle swept the debris into my driveway and after I approached him to ask if he was ready to leave he said no Im pulling forward to come back and sweep the debris. He did not sweep the debris he left and when I pulled out of my driveway I got a flat tire from a piece of the accident. When I called Lakeview garage they said they would send somebody else out to clean the debris from my property that they put there but my flat tire is not their problem. Just for this reason I can see how they do business.

I dont even know where to start for this review. My friend called AAA to help with a simple 25 ton hydronic jack up situation and Lakeview Garage was the dispatch for this problem. Not only did we have phone conversations with him multiple times, he hung up before the conversation was over. A full-grown man having a temper tantrum. For 40 minutes he refused to go down our street because it wasnt paved. His estimated time of arrival was around 5:30 AM. He arrived at 5:15 to the wrong intersection and thus began the battle of finding the right street. Once he got to the street he proceeded to call us and then hang up on us after screaming because we ended up by being stuck behind a produce truck pulling out of Walmart. If it werent for the WD – 40 we purchased from Walmart, we would still be stuck in the middle of a residential street. He yelled at us when we approached the scene, yelled at us that he was leaving us there and told us good luck and he could be back at six with two trucks, two men and we would need around $600 minimum. Where was he at six? Nowhere to be found for the next hour. My friend shot a text letting him know that even though we had gotten unstuck that we had waited an additional hour for his return with two trucks at six. If there was a way to give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat.
