The worst store ever.They are deceitful staff, and they sell destroyed phones. When you come to return that phone they will stoll 25% of your money or they will change it by another destroyed one till you give up and give them 25% of the total cost.The worst experience I ever had was with them.

I wish I could give ZERO star. ⛔️ WARNING think twice before buying any electric device from them. They bought the stolen and disabled phones and fixed it then sell it but won’t last a month and if you go back then they won’t give you no refund nor exchange. (Most of the 5 stars reviews here are FAKE)

Highly recommend going to this store. The only bad reviews are from a personal conflict with one of the employees (they are spam reviews). If you want good quality repair service or even want to pick up a new phone, this is the best place in the city for that.

I’ve never been more upset and disappointed in my life. Right when I pressed the home button on my iphone, it immediately cracked and the phone itself said “reconect to itunes” when I never even placed any of my information in it in the first place. I then went to call the business, and they told me to shut the phone off and turn it back on and it never turned back om ever. Waste of money.

Absolute worst service, came to fix my screen but went home with a broken camera and not working home button. I have went to fix my home button and camera, they said they couldnt fix it. Now my screen is coming off after a couple weeks and they wont fix it. Worst service in town, completely bad customer service. My friends have all got their phones messed up here, i should have learned my lesson and not went myself. Dont make that mistake.

THIS PLACE REALLY DESERVES NO STAR AT ALL. THEY SOLD ME AN IPHONE THAT STARTED TO BECOME DYSFUNCTIONAL 3 DAYS LATER. I TOOK THE PHONE BACK TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT FROM THE DOOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCKED. I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT THE PHONE WAS DOING AND ALL THEY DID WAS TRY TO GUESS WHAT WAS WRONG THEN TRIED TO BLAME IT ON WATER DAMAGE. YEAH RIGHT. SO THEY TOOK MY PHONE APART AND THEY MADE THE PHONE WORSE! NOW MY HOME BUTTON DOESNT WORK AND THESE PEOPLE HAD NO SYMPATHY FOR THE SITUATION OR MY PHONE! $300+ DOWN THE DRAIN AND IM STUCK WITH A BROKE IPHONE THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT SMH. I FEEL SORRY FOR THIS COMPANY. BUYERS BEWARE. THEY EVEN THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE IF I DIDNT LEAVE THEIR STORE AND I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER.
