This place is great. The manager moe is entertaining and honest. He tries to help me out whenever I come in and remembers my name. I come in there and he explains my bill clearly and explained how to add a new line to my plan. I only come here.

The ONLY store I come to for any issues or concerns. Also the only store I come to buy any accessories or upgrade my phones. I have been with T-mobile 2 1/2 years and have always been satisfied. I am truly pleased!!! But most of ALL truly pleased with the employees working at the Hamtramck location. I went to there for my phone service. There were some idiot cashiers who working there. They dont give good service to customer. I think this store should be close for their customer representative especially for Hamid (who work there).

This store is awefulsomeone working in this store opened acct in my name starting May 2018 and i caught this in Nov 2018. Its Jan 2019 and i still havent resolved. They have taken money out of my acct till Dec when i cancelled the visa card. I have been a customer of T mobile for 11 years now seems they would want to keep good customersAnother visit there was 1 person in the store and they told me that they couldnt wait on me to come back tomorrow, all 4 people were waiting on that 1 person.They seem really NIce but this is what i have suffered.Im so fustrated

These guys are awesome in my opinion I cant afford internet at the moment so they let me use their connection to back up all my data and download all my apps. They helped me a lot with returning my phone and overall best customer service

They are okay, but sometimes they dont tell you some important information and that can hurt you later on.So ask every questions you have to be on the safe side.
