Cannot get anyone to answer the phone., I have been on hold for thirty minutes. Operation was 100% better when Kurt was there. Highly disappointed with service.

This is the worst CVS Ive ever visited. The store is completely dirty and stock is always very limited. The Pharmacy is a JOKE! It takes 10+ minutes each time I call to speak to the Pharmacist or anyone in that department. I moved to this area from Summerville and I rather drive there and use the CVS then to have to deal with this location on Remount Road. I will be moving my sons RXs to another store as hes Type 1 Diabetic and I cant take chances with his health because this Pharmacy is worthless!!

Pharmacy can’t do anything through the drive through, soo annoying ! You have to come in for everything. Truly incompetent i was there for a hour for nothing

I’ve been using this location for over two years now and it has somehow, inexplicably, been under construction for this entire time without ever improving in any way. It is always filthy, despite the vacuum being left out near the bathroom area. It is difficult to have confidence in your prescriptions in such filthy conditions.

CVS on Remount Road in Hanahan is a well managed CVS location that has everything that you can want from a CVS. The location is convenient when you are in the area and need to make a quick stop. I like how the store is organized so everything is easy to find. I have had a positive experience shopping here each time I have been here.

I absolutely love Z, Kaitland, Tiffany, and Eisha in the Pharmacy. They go above and beyond for me and my family. And are always happy to help and do so with such professionalism. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family.Tanya Deane

AWFUL. I called in the morning of 9/15/2021No one EVER PICKED UP.. i was on a 25 minute hold i decided to hang up and try again in the afternoon AGAIN i was not able to speak to anybody!! 30 minutes on hold.

If I could give this CVS negative stars I would. Right now I’m going on hour two of trying to figure out this insurance mess that has been created. I’ve been to two locations trying figure this out and every time I’m getting a different story. The first time I was told that my insurance was expired and now at another location I’m being told that the insurance is current they just won’t cover it. This whole experience has put a nasty taste in my mouth. Especially this location where the pharmacist on duty talked down to me like I was an invalid. And tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about even though I had the rep from my insurance company on speaker phone. For that reason I have requested that my providers no longer send any medications to any of your pharmacies. The least your company could have done was communicate the discrepancy prior to filling the medications. So from here on out I will be filling medications with Walgreens where everything is communicated prior to filling my medications and the customer service actually provides customer service. Note this is not first time this has happened where I was told one of my medications was not covered what so ever but when the prescription was called into Walgreens somehow magically it was covered and all the pharmacist had to do was order it for pickup two days later. This franchise as a whole is a hotmess

I came her for my 2nd dose of the vaccine and everyone was very pleasant. The process was quick and seemless and the lady who gave me the shot was very kind. I also had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Kaelin - she provided me with exemplary service, saved me money (best deal ever, by the way), and made my shopping experience extremely enjoyable!

I was helped out by Brittany I think shes the Store Manager if shes not she should be. I was looking for a product and she didnt just point me in the direction but walked me over to it and then let me know about a similar product that she thought was little better in her opinion. And it was True.! The store was well maintained and employees looked happy and well kept up. Thanks Again Brittany.! Keep up the Good Work.!

I was planning on purchasing gum and water just now but I was informed that the bathrooms were not available? So I went across the street to Walgreens and bought what I needed after using their restroom.

My insurance witch is still the same as it has been for the last 5 years she wouldnt call to verify that it was good for 2020 I had to pay full price for my meds. Sick with flu and they dont help!!!! Hope u all get the FLU never will use CVS again!!!!

Dropped off 3 scripts for my sister yesterday at 3:00. Was told they would be ready in a couple of hours. Now it is the next day 10:30am and they are not ready. My sister usually uses the CVS on Redbank and I can see why. One of the scripts they didnt have. No offer to order or contact the dr was made. I called the CVS on Redbank. They didnt have it either but told me to drop it off and they would order it. Thats customer service . Now I know why my sister drives all that way instead of using the CVS on Remount Rd which is only a mile away.

Clean store, well stocked and isles very clean. Staff friendly and fresh like a new bloom. I love CVS pharmacy and customer service folks!
