My husband & I have been Cricket customers for almost 10 years. We visited the Hanford mall location last night & it was by far the worst customer service weve had with Cricket. We rushed over from Visalia because it was the only store open after 7pm. I walked in at 7:40pm & Nancy was helping a customer so I waited. She never acknowledged me except to say were closed at 7:45pm & continued with her transaction until about 8:20pm. There was another employee with her but apparently she couldnt at least ask what I needed because she later stated to my husband that she was off the clock. I dont normally leave reviews but what makes this experience even worse is after visiting a Visalia location today, I was simply told I could file a claim to get a new phone to replace my broken one. Had Nancy taken a few extra minutes to be kind & helpful, this would be a very different review. I hope Nancy finds another field to work in thats better suited for her because customer service is not it.
Walked in at 7:40pm and the girl working said she was closed yet the closing time is 8:00pm. Now I have to pay my bill late tomorrow which is going to cost me a fee. Please fire people like this that don’t take their job seriously.
Cricket wireless is mine kinda store! Have my very own cricket phone and never been a problem all year when i first got one. Keep up the good work company!! Your the best

Stopped by tonight the girl had horrible customer service tried asking questions about phones and she was to busy on her phone to look at us or even face us kept her back to is the whole time barely spoke..
