A friend of mine brought us a tri-tip dinner couple weeks ago when we were quarantined that was prepared by the Grilled to go section and it was delicious. So I called and ordered one a couple days ago. They never asked what size I wanted and I didnt realize I should specify because I had never ordered one before so I thought maybe they were a pretty standard size. I asked for it to be medium rare. When I picked it up it was the biggest tri- tip I ever saw, cost me $45.00. I was like okay, well it is delicious so its worth it, we will have dinner tomorrow too. ;) Except that it was bland, dry and overcooked. Lets just say it was a learning lesson on my end. I know now I need to be really specific about what I want because we were deeply disappointed in this experience.

Never have I left a review but I felt the need to. There is a young man in your Deli Department - I didnt catch his name. Probably about 6 ft tall and has worked driving tractor and squeeze in the past. He was very friendly and helpful. He talked about loving his job and it absolutely shows. He couldnt have been any nicer or made my experience anymore pleasant. What a great hire you guys made. I just wish I was better at remembering names.

A little expensive but they have good quality stuff and a decent variety. I would give them 5 stars if their organization were better, hard to find certain items at time, like i couldnt find the aluminum foil cause it was strangely stopped next to the hard liquor... XD Why?

Love this store. This is where we come to shop for my grandmother since its one on the few places I can get sugar free cookies for her. The store is going through a remodel right now but as soon as its done Im sure it still look amazing. Great prices also.

My boyfriend works for rug doctor and every single time he goes to this store the employees of SAVEMART have their trash and personal belongings all over his rack. Yes the rack that the customers first see when wanting to rent from the company he represents. He has told the employees and even you managers about this and how it makes a bad first impression on his company when customers want to rent and all they do is ROLL their eyes and laugh at him. And so the next time he goes it’s the same thing. I myself work for savemart and I know my store and my coworkers would never do that . EVER. It is BEYOND unprofessional..

SAVE MART is truly a family friendly experience. Whenever I announce Im going to the store, my little girl yells lets go to SAVE MART!. She likes crossing paths with the other kids in tow with the families.

Save-Mart has all the upscale boujie ingredients youre looking for. Excellent meat section. Deli on point. Veggies are always fresh. You can find pool supplies, kitchen supplies, baking supplies, stationary and pet food. But youll pay for convenience.

Have alot of my family favorites and easy to shop. Very clean store and courteous staff

Great store and I love going here but today April 2nd the lady in the 15 item checkout line had about 40 items and the cashier and customer were talking non stop, the line took about 5 minutes to get through because of this.

Three customers with no masks at the Hanford CA store on Saturday March 13.This is a trend that remains not enforceable.Too many entry points with no staff presence to monitor mask compliance.The new cart disinfectant process is questionable.In the future I will conduct a walk through. If I see anyone without a mask I will use an alternative grocery outlet.

I like their bakery. This is where I order most of my holiday cakes and they do a very good job at what they do.

Very good there supervisors and managers open the lines them self to get you in and out

Save Mart is very expensive, but they have quality produce and a lot of things you cant buy anywhere else.

I found my grocery store! I recently moved to Hanford and I’m glad Save Mart is so close! The store is super clean and well organized. A good selection of produce and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming.

The one nice grocery store around here. It makes me feel like I’m living somewhere nice again instead of gross California.

Great selection of quality produce and top notch customer service. Reasonable prices. I recommend going during the week, however, as weekends are insanely crowded. But the employees are very friendly and seem to bvb genuinely enjoy working there.

Savemart in VISALIA CA was new to me. Employees talked to each other instead of being friendly w/customer. I was rite there in the isle seeing it and hearing it. Bout there friends and When is this or that. Ok. Clean store. I had a new employee show me where the bathroom. And he say I really dont know where myself. I knew rite there hes new employee.

I have to say that this store has some of the best looking produce in town but that doesnt always translate into best quality. In addition, if I am going to get the type of service I get at this store I would just as soon go to Walmart and pay a good deal less for every item I buy. I dont know what has happened to the training of the staff at this store because it is severely lacking. I can get the same service at Walmart and pay a lot less going out the door.

Great bakery and deli section.

When you think of Save Mart you think of excellent customer service. You think of it.... I never get that here. However, I dont get bad customer service either. I guess I would just say its not something that I would say is memorable. Not sure why the prices are so high when you get average service.Still yet, store is always clean, and not cluttered.

Pretty decent grocery store, but a little overpriced on some common items that are sold at other stores. Therefore, make sure that you price check items with other retailers...Also, the customer service could be better because a few employees are rather rude and snobby.Other than that, its an ok place to shop when you are in need of some last minute items.

Mask use not enforced at ALL! Spoke to the manager and was enformed that patrons were asked if they want a mask but were allowed to shop without one. No regards for safety.

I like going because its always pleasant. Usually a quick stop if I want it to be and they have a good selection. The employees are always great, except an older cashier named Dena. She might talk about you to other customers because youre short on cash when she thinks youre out of ear shot, I saw her do it today when I went. Not cool Dena, that man didnt do you no harm.

Save Mart is payed out a little differently everywhere I go and it throws me off a little. Other than that, always an excellent experience.

Save Mart has made it a priority to have the best top quality fresh fruits and vegetables. Compare to other stores Ive been to nothing compares to Save Mart. The store went under construction and its more space to move about the store. Last time I was there nobody was in line and when I wanted to check out seemed like everyone in the store was checking out too. The lines were very long and the wait too. The store needed more cashiers to be open. Save Mart is known for being the best in Hanford. The bag boys will even assist you to your car and help you unload your groceries. I recommend if you want Fresh food try Save Mart. I recommend this store to family and friends.

This is my Go To store for grocery shopping. The store is always well stocked and clean. The bakery is great and there is also a deli for fresh salads, fish/seafood department, fried chicken ( really good) and lunch meats. Easy to get in and out of and staff is very helpful too.

In the store today about 09:20 and here this employee in the liquor isle scolding a young vender. “These are my shelves”. “Don’t do that again”. No less than 3 times. The reason why I heard it was because she was so LOUD!!!! That’s now how you talk to people. I know it’s not a college level job, but you should NEVER talk to people that way. $12.00 an hour or not!

I debated giving this store a low rating just to keep people away from here. But Ill be honest, this place is the best. Better produce, meat and bakery than any other stores in town
