Im giving Rent One 5 stars! Rent One has a friendly, always willing to help employees! When I go inside Im always greeted by staff. The employees help me find the best product(s) for my budget. I love how you have different products for different seasons and products for young to old. When they are delivering products, they always put them where Id want them to be. Rent Ones employees will go over the contracts with you right in the store so you know what you can/cant do. They go over every fee that makes your total bill by your work pay schedule. Thank you Hannibal MOs Rent One for everything and keep up the great work!

The people at Rent One in Hannibal, Mo were great. Im a first time customer as of today, and Im very glad I am.

Will never buy anything from them. I was getting a fridge from them and my payment wasnt even a week late they called and I told them that they would get their payment next fri they were ok with it. Then they called me back 2 days later wanting their payment I told them that I talked to someone 2 days ago and they were ok with it then the manger started yelling at me that they cannt wait for thier payment and that they needed a payment or the fridge. Then 15 min later they called me again wanting thier payment and i told them the same thing and the manger started yelling at me again. So the next day they came to my house to get the fridge and my 14 yr old answered the door and said that I wasnt at home so then they proceeded to call the cops and say that my child was 8 yrs old and home alone and needed to be checked on. I also called them the same day that they called the cops on my childern for no reason and told them to come get the fridge becaise it was in the way of my new fridge and they didnt. But they was so worried about getting it. This store needs better management and I know that i am not the only person that has problems with this store.

I would give a zero if I could. We were going to buy a new couch and loveseat set. Had it delived. They brought it in dirty with a rip in it. Then there was a dirty pair of panties inside it. Absolutely disgusting. Needed a refund becasue I wouldnt except it. Obviously they dont check their items. They said well we have new sets in the back well you should have brought that instead of trying to charge me full price for that trash. I will never step foot in the store again. I wouldnt recommend it.-updateNow i got a phone call saying i am passed due. Dont even have the furniture and wait for my refund. Place is a joke 😂

They gave me a broken electronic unit and very lackadaisical about replacing but make it there business to try and have me make payments nonetheless.Aside from Nicole and john everyone else there is very disrespectful and are under the impression that a customer has very little value in theyre line of business. Considering that I am a black man living in america it says a lot for me to say that I cant remember if I have ever been treated this poorly by a bunch of white people.

The manager is very unprofessional...she was rude and yelling at a customer on the phone so of course I left and will never purchase anything from a company that lets their store managers talk to customers the way she did.

This store is very rude and cocky and very hateful especially since they got a new manager she doesnt know what she is doing or anything and very rude with people.
