Didnt put tire on my car

Supposed to open at 7, but did not open until 8. Watched three technicians work on one tire. We were only there to get one tire that had gotten a screw in it replaced. I was told about 30 minute and it took over an hour to replace one tire.

Terrible no one to change oil.

Dont think they changed anything that was on the paper. Got done way to quick and they never paged or called me to let me know it was ready. Also didnt give a new oil sticker which makes it look like they didnt do it even more...

They are slow.

We had an emergency tire issue, and made it to Walmart..with two stops to air up. Holiday Sunday..it was our only option as an out-of-state visitor to Hannibal, MO. They had it repaired in just over an hour for $10, plus aired up our other tire! The mechanic was super helpful. Thanks Walmart for coming to our rescue!!

Horrible was told 45 minutes waited over 2 hours my truck sat in the bay for an hour with the hood up I have a newborn and if I would’ve known this long I wouldn’t have gotten it done today. First time coming here and will not be back for an oil change. Completely disappointed.

Went in for a battery and somehow the guy who installed it got huge scratch in our steering wheel, when we called the lady said she didnt believe it that her manager would need me to bring the car back to look it over. Why would I let you put me on hold for 15 minutes and waste my time if its not true? Sad customer service.

Very helpful even though they didnt have the tire we needed traveling through.

It took four hours to put a special order tire on. After I had driven the car home I noticed it was not the tire that I had ordered. I went back to Walmart and they would do nothing to fix their mistake... because the tire was now used. They did offer to put the correct tire on if I wanted to pay for another new one.

Always get my oil changed here and never had a problem. Staff is a little short handed but still do good work. Would definitely recommend going here.

Went in for oil change caught it just right time I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Staff is pretty nice but it always takes a really long time for the car to be done and its literally just sitting there sometimes with people sitting around and not working on anything

Worst service ever waited a hour and a half for a tire rotation and they still didnt get it done one person working and 5 people standing there and talking for 22 min

This place is literally a joke. I came in this morning at 7:30am and right away the older woman at the register was rude. I walked in and she literally said “what do you want?” I was just wanting my oil changed, a pretty simple thing to do. She told me there were three people in line before me and that it would be a short wait. After an hour and a half (9 am) I go to the counter to ask about my car and she says I have three people in front of me still. HOW ON EARTH DOES IT TAKE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO LITERALLY GET NOTHING DONE?I recommend top gun instead.

Had a 2 hour wait to change my tires so jist bought 2 tires instead so it was quick

The guys at wal mart tire and lube will do and say anything to not do the work. It is a waste of time going there.

Overall experience was not very happy with the way the autocenter manager handled or maybe I should say nothing was done at all about an appointment that was made over the phone And told to be there at 6:15 only to find out it was a waste of my time and gas and told it would take 2 hours and put on the back of the line cuz Im an employee didnt docket my appointment into the computer system. I dont blame the employee because I feel that they should have been trained better by the manager of the department by the way he treated the situation

Horrible service, unreasonable wait. When we asked why it was taking so long they could not give us an answer.
