T-mobile is awesome. Been with them 4 years. Better than the others out there.. I cant wait 2 go 2 T-Vision. Contacts suck. There should not be any 2 year contracts.

Steven at the hannibal location is incredibly knowledgeable and has been very helpful in getting me everything I asked for.His personality and kindness goes above and beyond . I am grateful for all that he did for me and for my nephew in getting our new phones and setting them up.Keep up with the great work and thanks again.
Very rude. I stopped to ask if they did cleanings or had the tools for sale to do cleanings. The guy was very rude and inconsiderate. I have a breathing issue and cant wear masks. I also have been treated for covid. Now yes I get that a business can ask you to wear a mask to enter their location. But you dont have to be rude and inconsiderate about it. I will be looking for another cell company as ever since they took over my cell service they have been rude and treat people like crud. So do your self a favor and avoid the t-mobile in Hannibal Missouri. I will be filing a complaint with t-mobile directly about this.Stay blessed and stay safe

Upon entering the store an employee with a customer greeted me and asked how he could help. He summoned the manager to help me and returned to his customer.The manager and employee were great - I replaced my phone with an upgrade, learned about the product and T-Mobile, and learned much about features and services.Great store I highly recommend.

This is a joke! Their online hours are completely WRONG! I drove 30 miles ONE WAY! TWICE to simple get a Sprint SIM card twitched to the T-Mobile SIM card and “CLOSED” no body is there Tuesday or Wednesday! They close at 7pm NOT 8pm! I made a online appointment Wednesday for 6pm showed and the door said closed. I drove down Thursday after talking to lady on the phone and her saying it take 5 mins to do to be told it takes 20 mins their systems already shut down for the night come back tomorrow. Like seriously who’s gonna make any accommodations for the gas I’ve spent and the LACK of service I’ve received? Covid hours are not hard to get changed.US cellular, see you soon.

Chris H. was extremely helpful in the process of buying a new phone and activating it. I was in the store a total of three times in a two week period and each time he was friendly and more than happy to answer all of my questions. When it came time to activate my phone I came in around the time he was supposed to get off but he stayed to activate my phone. Chris is a great asset to this store. Sarah H. was also helpful in the process when Chris was not available.

I have very good experience at the hannibal sprint store steven is such sweet heart and always given me the best of deals I been with thm for almost 4 yrs now and thy have always helped me with wht ever problems I have had and were able to solve thm I will never change to another carrier

The staff is very knowledgeable about items and plans and friendly to everyone who comes in the store. They recommend helpful items and services, but are not pushy when you decline. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a phone store in Hannibal, Mo.
Friendly staff, very Helpful getting us our Samsung Note 9s. They had to order the second one to be delivered, however it was there in 2 days. When we arrived to pick it up, they already had the Glass Hardener applicated and was able to give us a discount on cases for our devices. They offered us other deals, and even though we declined, they were still pleasant to deal with.
Ill start off saying that, the associates are friendly and depends on the time of the day you might have to wait a while for that; they may not be enough staff members there to accommodate you as far as your phone or questions goes.I also believe that some of the prices that theyre asking for these things its a little out there for that, you could go somewhere else and get it at a better price.They do try to talk you into buying certain things but, you are not obligated to buy the overpriced stuff.And try to make sure that you have some kind surance on the phone and what would it cover otherwise, you will be paying out of pocket for something real simple like a charger.Customer and consumer beware.And speak up of your peace of mind.

Disorganized and the wait to be helped is horrible. Only went here 3 times trying to resolve a scam involving sprint phones through a local store that I finally resolved after 1.5 months of the worst experience I have ever had. 1 star only because 0 is not an option.

Not very helpful, I went in with a question about my phone bill and was told that they could not help me because they had no way to look up the information and I would have to go to their St. Louis store for assistance. They were able to pull that information up when I upgraded to the Galaxy S 5 from the Galaxy S 3 phone, so why couldnt they do it when I came in with a question about my bill. This not the first time I have had problems with this location and the one in Quincy, IL and as soon as my current contract is up I will searching for a new phone carrier. Please avoid this company at all cost.

Shout out to Chris, the assistant manager! We had went into the store to activate my sons new phone, it had an issue with activating. He did his best to try to activate the phone...we left with no luck because the SIM card was not working...well we went home and found out we had been using the wrong SIM card! (Our fault!) We went back close to closing and Chris was nice enough not to turn us away and was able to activate the phone. We left right at 8:00... I always go to the store with any issues I have because they are knowledgeable and just nice people to work with! They do their best to make sure you have what you need fixed!
