They bought out Waters furniture in Vandalia. Ive used Waters for over 30 years and continue to this day. I ordered a custom breakfast room table made by Fusion and I couldnt be happier. We have received so many compliments on the table. Weve been so happy with the service all these years that we just ordered new leather furniture. Cant wait to receive it. Weve been working with Sherri and will continue for any furniture in the future.

We went in to look for furniture for the living room as I had a table from somewhere else that I wanted...or so I thought. Richella was amazing. She gave us space when we came in, and when we needed her she was there. We ended up getting the living, dining and a dresser for the bedroom. The delivery guys were amazing as well. They had to go up a hill, then some steps to get into the house. They were absolutely fine with it. They took great care in bringing everything in. I will definitely be back to when we need anything else.

Wright Furniture had a great selection of furniture on their floor as well as many companies to order from. David Barbee was very helpful in making our selections and showing ia what was available. The delivery staff were friendly and careful - some of the furniture was very large and heavy. They kept us apprised of timing of our orders.Were very happy with our sofas, chair, bedroom furniture, and office furniture!

My family and I walked in to try and find a bed frame. We walked around and every employee there kept staring at us with these dirty looks. Probably because we dress country and they are not. My grandma was getting help and so we stood around and looked at some of the couches when they just kept looking at us and giving us looks like we shouldn’t have been there. So we excused ourself from the store since we didn’t feel as if we were welcomed there.

Took awhile with the virus - but SO WORTH IT!We love our new living room set.It took us a little over 6 months to get - but everyone was so nice and helpful on trying to get an exact time of when we could expect it.

I am a picky person, very hard to please. I may really like my first choice but hardly ever just go with that. I want to see all my options and always ask tons of questions. Before I ever went carpet viewing I was making phone calls. I called Wrights furniture and flooring over Presidents Day weekend. I spoke with Cody. He was very kind and listened with out interrupting at all. Cody answered all my questions and even thought to answer some I didnt ask, but would have if I knew the needed to be asked. He was very knowledgeable and his confidence was one of the reasons I went with Wrights for my carpet needs. A few weeks later I was able to go in person to view carpet and was greeted by Justin one of their sales team. I asked tons of questions and wanted to see all their samples within my chosen price range. Justin was simply wonderful to work with. He was also super knowledgeable about Wrights products and services. With my Husbands help I chose my main living levels carpet. Little did Justin know I wanted to do the process all over again for my stairs. He was just as wonderful helping me pick out the carpet for my stairs. Wrights did not have the carpet samples I wanted to view for my stairs in stock, so Justin ordered me samples to be sent to my home. When the carrier of my carpet samples sent them to the wrong house, Justin didnt miss a beat in sending me new samples. When I got those samples and decided they were no good, Justin helped me figure out a different carpet. The second visit to the store was just as great an experience as the first. Justin had a few samples pulled for me when I got there and had no problem pulling others. After I made all my selections and was put on their schedule for install I felt like Christmas was right around the corner for me. The Friday before my carpet was installed Justin called me to make sure I remembered and we were still a go. They sent one of their carpet installers (Johnson Flooring) to put my new carpet in. My installer was Waylin and he did a phenomenal job. The edges are so smooth they look original to my home. The seems are non existent, I ask everybody to find my giant seem and no one can, he did such a great job. I have seventeen stairs in my home, and Waylin made them just look, WOW!I cannot recommend the team with Wrights Furniture and Flooring enough. From start to finish I have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. They know their stuff and treat you Wright! With out any doubt choose the team of Hannibal, Mos Wrights Furniture and Flooring.

Always good service. Sherry is the salesperson I look for when furniture shopping. We just bought a beautiful sofa and table and chair set there.We also found the flooring for the remodeling of our kitchen and added a sunroom at Wrights flooring. I’m really happy with it. It looks really good and will be easy maintenance. The flooring department has a great sales staff also. They were very helpful.

If you’re looking for furniture I recommend going somewhere else (ANYWHERE else). This is the most unethical and dishonest furniture store I have ever had the displeasure of shopping from. They will lie and will rip you off on pricing, they fail to deliver on time and if you change your mind on your selection within a week from ordering they will will charge you exorbitant “administration fees” even though the order had not been processed. To top it off one of their sales team members is so unprofessional and will try to bully and blame you for their lack of communication. If you want a good experience buying furniture I highly recommend never stepping a foot into “Rip You Off Wright Furniture” store.

Purchased numerous pieces at the same time (sectional, recliner, dressers, mattresses, adjustable bases, nightstands, headboard, footboard and rails). While it took a while for all of it to get delivered—not fault of Wright Furniture—their delivery men were fast, efficient and friendly. The sales staff on the floor made sure we were well taken care of. Overall it was a great buying experience!

I ordered furniture from Wright Furniture awhile back but was not ready for delivery so they keep it for me untill I was ready. When I called to have it delivered they responded right away. The guys that brought it set it all up. I was very happy with Richella the sales person to the delivery guys. Will shop at Wrights again.

My husband and I purchased carpet from Wrights. Our salesman was Cody and he was very knowledgeable and helpful, giving us information that helped us as we made our decision on new carpet. Our installer was Ryan Tarvydas and his right-hand man, Cliff. They spent 2 days in our home, moving our furniture, as well as laying our carpet. They work efficiently removing all our old carpet (5 rooms) then installing the new. They were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend to to anyone. Thank you, Wright Furniture!

My wife and I talked about how nice and very helpful thr lady was that waited on us. She introduced herself and let us look around and did not follow us around the whole store. I am sure she watched from afar because at just the right time she appeared to help and answer questions.

Love our couches they are very comfortable. The large couch is separating some (due to part of it being able to recline) and wearing down but still comfortable We have the three year warranty and are told we can get them replaced at any time no matter what happened with them. After a coffee and milk accident I called to see what I needed to do and they only have one person who can help and she is out of town. Could be Monday before I get an answer.... thats a little frustrating as these were expensive couches and if for some reason they dont replace them I will have waited a long time to pay to have them cleaned. Hopefully no issue when hey do call back and I get get my couch replace quickly.

We have bought many rooms of furniture over the past fifteen years from Wrights. We have also recommended Wrights to many friends who feel they are a five star furniture store. If I had trouble with any furniture,they handled the problem immediately. Their salespeople know their merchandise and are not pushy.

Large selection but delivery date promise was not kept and the delivery coordinator was rather rude when I asked if they could deliver late in the afternoon. This is after I had spent over 2 grand in their store. Ive had much better experience with Ashley furniture in Quincy.

My shopping experience at Wright Furniture was great. The sales person was very informative, but not pushy. Since purchasing my Jackson sectional a year ago, Ive had to contact Wright Furniture twice regarding repairs. (Thank God I purchased the store warranty.) Wrights was very responsive with my first request for repairs. I took pictures of the damage, and within two weeks a repair man was at my house fixing the splitting seams. Less than two months later Im experiencing the same issues with the sofa and then some; splitting seams, two broken legs on the ottoman, and worn fabric on of the sofa cushions. My experience this time around has been much different than the first. I first submitted my request for repairs on February 18th. On 02/19/15 the customer service representative followed up with me inquiring for additional details. On 02/24/15, I email the store once again to see how soon I can expect a repair man. On 02/25/15, Wrights was still working on getting the parts they needed to make the repairs. Completely understandable. However, its now 03/24/15, and I have yet to hear anything from Wrights. I followed up once more on 03/18/15, and have yet to receive a response. Resorted to calling the store today, left a message once more. Well see how far I get this time...

Bought a several thousand dollar temperpedic bed with all the bells and whistles from this furniture store, which the store warranty for wright furniture voids the brand name warranty. The first night I slept on it, it developed a hole I sunk into, and Im not a large lady, Im nearing 60 yrs old and have a bad back, and I am not a large lady that just popped it or whatever. After I called Wright furniture to take back the mattress, they said I had to pay 300 more dollars for them to come get it, and I could only get a credit, not return to get my money back. After only one miserable night of sleeping on an obviously defective mattress, they want me to pay more to take it back, and only then will I get a store credit and not my money. Im disputing the charge on my credit card and filing a complaint with the attorney general. If you are thinking of buying from this family owned furniture store, dont. Just pay a little more and get it direct instead of messing around with these people. Ive been very nice with these people, and this review is my only outlet at this point. They apparently will screw you with their store warranty, which basically says we keep your money no matter what. BUYER BEWARE!!!!...
