Had a control Panel go out in my 10 yr old spa purchased at Fox Pools. Called Bill the hot tub guy and he trouble shot the problem over the phone and lead me in the right direction for replacement parts. he then installed the board and got me back up and running. Great to know him and glad he takes pride in his business.5 star rating !!

I dont normally post reviews, but this company deserves one.The power to my hot tub went out in the middle of a frigid winter. I called Bobs but they never returned my call. Thankfully, the Hot Tub Guy was there to return my call and ease my worries right away. They were kind enough to try to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone in an attempt to save me money. Once we learned an appointment was needed, they scheduled me for the next day. The technician was prompt and courteous. He gave me all the information I wanted to learn about my hot tub as he fixed the issue. 45 minutes later my hot tub was working again. I could tell they didnt want to overcharge me or provide unnecessary parts. This made me feel safe. I wish more companies did business like the Hot Tub Guy. I recommend them strongly.5 ⭐ service

I was getting error codes of pumps not sinking and heater pump dry after a bad wind storms blew off my cover .I tried other a few other places that wouldn’t call me back. I got a call within an hour and i was walked thru a few things to troubleshoot myself which worked. If i even need any major work i will call them first.

The Hot Tub Guy is totally awesome. I felt very comfortable buying a hot tub from this company. They are experts in selling and servicing hot tubs. Their service is superb. They are great communicators and educators about the tubs they sell and the problems we have had with past tubs, incredibly efficient with their service - installing and maintenance and always make me feel I am important to them. They are the go to place in area. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Bill and Shirley was most helpful ordering just what we needed for my wife. They are the best to work with. Everything went so smooth from start to finish. My wife uses the tub everyday. I would recommend them to everyone

We had the pool liner replaced and added a sand filter and salt chlorinated. Very pleased with the results and the service. The owners and staff have been very helpful and knowledgable

They refused to come to my home for a service call from my hot tub warranty company. They claimed the reason why was because the last technician the company sent to my home was trouble and not licensed or insured. Maybe that is the reason why the company was getting another technician? Because they obviously had issues with the last guy. This is not how reputable companies do business. They basically said we have the knowledge to fix your issue correctly and fix the thousands and thousands of dollars investment you made. But we wont do it because we dont like our competitors. What kind of business conducts themselves this way. To state we would rather let your money go to waste and your system to stay broke so we dont have to work on a unit someone else worked on. Isnt this how repeatable business are supposed to get a good reputation. They do better than the last guy. But instead says we could but wont. Ridiculous.

Scheduled for them to move my hot tub. Called two days later and cancelled without even trying to reschedule.
