Their water testing equipment is always broken. Had to find another place to have my pool water tested. Maybe its covid related, but they seem to be low or out of pool supplies. Normally my go-to place for pool maintenance.

I went in to Namco in Hanover on 7/29/20. Was instantly greeted by a very friendly employee named Lauren. I informed her what my family was looking at doing in regards to a pool and she was more than eager to help, even though the pool we both agreed would work best for our family was an online only model. Even though we both knew she wasnt going to be able to help me with a sale in-store, due to the model being online only, she answered every question I had, gave me great advice on when to order, how to store the pool (wont be putting up this season,) and how to go about getting getting the most out of it. You cant teach customer service or the desire to help people. Lauren went above and beyond to help us, even though she knew there wasnt going to be anything she could sell me today. I appreciate her advice, her enthusiasm, and honestly her kindness towards myself and my 7 and 2 year old.Advice I would give Namco though, is dont do online only for certain models. It doesnt make sense for you to list something on your website, but have no information on it in stores. You could be making many more sales as well as add ons if you made it readily available to order instore. For instance, I was ready to buy the pool today. I would have ordered in store on the spot, bought the deluxe package, and allowed my children to buy several pool toys, even though we wouldnt be putting it up this season.Lauren, if you read this, thanks again. I appreciate all the information you gave myself and my family!
Been there twice and both times they were very rude wont go there again
I ordered a Synergy pool on May 29, 2020 which stated it would ship immediately. Have not seen the pool, unable to get in touch with anyone now. Their voice mailbox is full and they do not answer emails. No idea what is going on pool will not be good to be delivered in October. Whats up with that? Not good customer service.

Namco store was great got all my stuff but needed a new liner they suggested lots2pools never use them biggest jerk and unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. Called a month ago after 3 weeks of just waiting they finally give me a date for this Tuesday. Just got a call its going to rain Tuesday so they now cannot come out thats completely reasonable but then I ask to reschedule and they wouldnt give a date. Being a father of two who works 6 days a week I need notice to schedule this. Plus they had me drain my pool so now it may collapse but thats not there problem.They wouldnt give another day and said we have 15 pools to install ahead of your liner so we dont care about your damn liner you are now on the back of the list I said ok so whats the date she still refused to give me a day then put her husband on and he was a complete jerk saying tough s*** your on the back of the list its a liner we have bigger s*** to worry about great business! So I drained my pool as she said had this plan and due to weather it go cancelled reasonable but them know and not caring that my pool can collapse after setting it up with them is crazy do not use Lots2pools.
Just had our pool installed! Great job from the salesman to the installers - couldn’t be more pleased with the organization of my install - great job !
Do not buy anything at Namco overall. Pool cover pump stopped working in just 2 months of little use. Called the store and they said that theres only a 14 days warranty on it. I also bought a very expensive cover here that said 20 years warranty. Ask the guy here and he said that only if the seam ripped theyll replace it, nothing else. They dont stand behind the products they sell!!! Buyers beware!!!Updated 10/5/17Namco failed again. Bought a pool cover the same time with pump. It ripped after one (1) season. Emailed customer service and they told me to cut a 1 foot square and bring it to the store. Good thing I didn’t do that! I brought the whole thing to the store. The lady works there told me that they only cover warranty if it’s ripped at the seam. Well, my cover didn’t have a seam except for around the outer side of the cover which is where it ripped. So she said that she will call the company and get back to me. That was Sunday. It’s thursday now and haven’t heard back from her. Also emailed customer service and got no response this time. This company is a joke. If they didn’t have any warranty on the cover then don’t advertise. I would rather buy cheapy ones on Amazon and replace it every season. Never again I’m going to get anything from this company!!!

Not enough invetory or displays set up, very cramped. Also customer service personnel do not engage with customers to see if assistance is needed or not!
Couldnt be happier with the service support and products. Bening there for years. They kept all my old pool information and made my liner replacement a breeze. Thanks Jeff and the rest for the people behind the scenes for all the help.
Never ever will I purchase a pool from Namco. They have the worst customer service ever. We had to purchase a new pool after a tree fell on our last one. Little did we know that the warranty doesnt come with the new one so we are stuck paying for a warranty that we cant use.. nice way to scam the customer!
