Me and my wife went with our 2 toddlers to pick out kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. Both workers were so kind to us throughout the entire trip even when the kids were being kids. Carter was our salesmen and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. I truly trusted he led us in the right choices for our home of having nicer things but nothing too over the top that we didn’t NEED (we’re not huge cooks) He was very informative and mindful of our budget. Can’t recommend them enough, I’ll never shop at a hardware store for appliances again after this much more enjoyable experience.

Incredibly attentive staff! Seriously I cannot praise the work ethic of these individuals, they went out of their way to walk me through all makes and models of appliances I was looking for. And their selection is top notch, that pizza oven is too die for. 12/10 would recommend to all!

We had a great experience with this store. We worked with Carter to find new appliances for our house and he worked with us to find things in our budget and items that would be available soon. During the pandemic everything has been delayed so it was nice to have someone walk us through this process. We love our new appliances!

Great service, great products, great PRICES and personnel whos professional approach showing they REALLY care about doing their best for you...IS NOT DEAD IN AMERICA!!!I live in Ms. just outside the state east of Slidell. I was almost in a panic over my appliances. My remodel job was nearly finished and after 6 MONTHS of all the local big box stores jacking me around with lies and bait and switch scams I stumbled over Lifestyles online and it was like a lifesaver thrown to me just as I was going down for the last time on a storm tossed sea.EVERY aspect of my transaction could not possibly have been handled any better. The best part is that my new stove and dishwasher arrived a full 2 weeks before promised so I wont have to wait on them to list this home.If you dont check with them BEFORE you make a final choice on ANY appliance purchase you are foolishly wasting your time AND money and deserve what you will get from any other supplier in the south that I know of.

Worst customer service ever. Arrogant is a understatement to the sales guy with the makeup on 🙄. Cooking what appeared to be his breakfast in the showroom display. We passed and made eye contact several times, made it obvious we needed assistance and he seemed frustrated he had to stop eating and had to come help us. Then was snippy with his answers to our questions. We got the hint and left. Went to Metarie and Big thanks to Paul we will have our new cafe kitchen suite delivered next couple of weeks.

Stacey was fantastic at LifeStyle Appliances! The selection of Big Green Eggs and BGE accessories was very extensive. I had been looking for a cover for my large Egg and this was the only place in town that had it in stock. I got great cooking tips from Stacey also. Highly recommend!

Great customer service! We needed to replace our fridge and it was an atypical size. They helped us find the perfect fridge that matched our budget and the features we were looking for. During COVID, theres been lots of manufacturing delays, so even though Maytag was having issues on their end, LifeStyle really kept up with making sure to keep good communication going and keep us in the loop of what was going on (to no fault of their own for the delayed delivery). I could have gone to a big box store, but I know I would not have had such a personalized experience. It was all worth the wait. LifeStyle was also super awesome and delivered our old fridge to a site to be donated so that it didnt just end up in landfill. I highly recommend shopping here!

Although these guys work mostly with contractors Im told, they are very accommodating as well to retail customers. They are especially accommodating to busy folks looking for a no-nonsense transaction with reliable and trustworthy professionals. Stacey (in sales) is very knowledgeable about the various products, and is patient with working through the various options to maximize value for the customer. She mustve taken 30 minutes reviewing with me the many options available, both from manufacturers and based on floor models and close-outs. In the end, I got exactly what I needed -- no more and no less -- at a solid price and with reliable delivery. I recommend them highly.

I wish more people knew about this location. Although they cater to contractors, they are totally open to retail. Great selection and Great service.
