I had a great experience yesterday. Everyone was very welcoming. All of the beautiful furniture. Big thanks to Mr. Mark he was absolutely a great help. I found everything I was looking for in a timely matter.

Such a bad experience its almost comical. So the store was nice and actually really liked the sales person. Thats where the positives end. The shipping department is a joke. I took off work to receive the furniture on the day they said they would deliver. I even called the day before to double verify that it would be delivered. It was not and it took about 2 more weeks to get the next delivery date. That day they brought th bed frame that they were supposed to assemble. After putting a dent in the roof above of the staircase, they started trying to assemble it in the room. Even though I had paid for assembly they sent 2 guys who had no clue how to assemble it. On top of that, they did not speak a lick of English, so I was not able to discuss it with them. I had to speak with someone with Ashley to translate, but they were not helpful. I could go on and on about the calls and time I have spent trying to get it resolved with no answers. The frame is still resting against the wall in the bedroom. Next week I am going to try to return the items. I am also considering picketing the storethis black Friday. I have never felt so disrespected after spending 5k with a company. Oh yeah, they also spilled packaging material all over the ground and did not pick it up.

I have been looking for a sofa for over a year. This was my first time at Ashley furniture. The sales girl, Jamie, was very helpful and very patient. She allowed me all the time I needed to make my decision. I found a sofa that will fit into my room and my lifestyle perfectly!

Found exactly what we needed at the Ashley Home store in Harahan! Doug Franklin, our sales assistant was outstanding, friendly, comical and efficient! Thoroughly explained every step of our purchase and we left pleased. Look forward to making all of my furniture purchases from this location.

Purchasing a new sofa set and table with chairs was so easy! The displays were unique and simple to explore. In other stores, it seems you have to walk through rooms of mazes to only find yourself getting lost and frustrated. My sales person made this experience enjoyable, and very pleasant to say the least. I cannot wait to get my new furniture.

I get so many compliments on my furniture. Ashley’s looks high end and is durable. It’s worth paying a little more for quality. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I love this place 💕💫Update post Covid. My furniture took 6 months for delivery. The “delivery” guys had a Budget truck. They were 2 hours late, damaged my furniture, built pieces together upside down & left some parts out all together. When I asked about the extra parts (supports) they lied & said they were to make the bed higher. The customer service department is deplorable. Dominique did nothing to keep me satisfied with my purchase. I’m never shopping here again. It’s unfortunate when a few bad employees ruin what used to be a thriving business.

Great Customer Service, I would totally recommend them to everyone who’s looking to purchase new furniture. I literally walked in and was greeted instantly by a sales representative who asked what I was looking for. I explained myself and we walked straight to it on the first try. If I could give a negative score.... like most of the other low ratings, mine has to do with their apathy about making anything right-even when the furniture was delivered not working properly...My experience...ABSOLUTELYDO NOT DO IT, DONT BUY A THING FROM ASHLEY....nice furniture and ok sales people...however, if you have any issues no one ever bothers to show up or call and sales says, thats not us, cant help. I had an expensive leather couch delivered with power reclining issues and 10 days later- still no help or follow up...I have scheduled 2x for a service person for no one to show or call. Store manager can only send an emergency request to their guest response team-and either that supervisor or he would definitely call me next day- that was 4 days ago. Called GRT again myself, got another service call scheduled, no one has responded again. You will be VERY sorry if you need anything beyond an OK sales experience( issues there too, incorrect inventory info, ran my credit twice with 2 different companies in error, so hard inquiry hit 2x etc).Still waiting for someone, anyone, to show the slightest bit of interest in getting my brand new reclining couch in working order.Anyone still considering buying anything, my advice, put it on a credit card so you can cancel the charge if it becomes necessary AND forget buying a protection plan for a pretty penny....doesnt help to get any response. You are just flushing that money right down the toilet the day you buy...I purchased a matching loveseat at the same time that is on order and cant be delivered 3 more months... well see

I was very satisfied with the choices and completed my entire purchase within thirty to forty minutes. While I am not happy to have to wait for delivery since my products aren’t in stock, I realize that it is not the stores fault just the COVID times we now live in. My husband and I, newly married, were looking for a king bedroom set. My parents have always had Ashley furniture when I was growing up and I even had my own set. I was looking for something a little more sophisticated and classy. We walked into Ashley and Jamie greeted us right away! He was so helpful in finding all the information for us and giving us the best option. He was very knowledgeable and honest with us. We are so excited to get our new mattress and Havalance bedroom set! We will always go to Ashley Furniture!

Jamie Trent and his Manager were memorable. We entered the store an hour before closing looking to furnish our entire home. Jamie was very attentive without overbearing and took down notes of items we liked to check delivery times while also giving advice/suggestions. Before visiting the Ashley in Elmwood we shopped around other furniture stores but ran into extended delivery dates and unrealistic short term financing. No such issues with Jamie and his manager. Financing was effortless on my end and they structured everything to coordinate the most efficient way. With us purchasing so much furniture it was a long process, but Jamie and his manager stayed 2 hours after closing just to make sure we were well taken care of. I have never experienced such first class customer service. Thank you!

My shopping experience was excellent. I purchased a queen bed for my grandchild at a wonderful price. The sale person was very kind and helpful.

If I could give this store a negative 100 rating, I would. This has been the worst experience purchasing furniture in my life. I bought my furniture in May 2021 and havent received all of my items. (The first set of delivery guys were extremely rude.) I called to check on the status of my last order and the customer service agent hung up the phone. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN.

My visit was pretty good. We had a really nice Salesman who helped us pick out new mattresses and a sofa. Mr. Duarte. was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very informative about a lot of unasked questions. He was very thorough and quick to address our concerns. I would highly recommend this furniture store.

Ashley Furniture has some of the best quality furniture I’ve ever owned. My local store could use a little improving. They never answer their phones when you try to call to make an appointment. You have to go through chat or Ashley customer service. And honestly it didn’t matter that I made an appointment because the store was so short staffed we waited 30 minutes for anyone to help us and once they did they kept leaving to help other customers. That was a little frustrating, but understandable since Covid. All in all we found all the furniture we needed and we are very satisfied with our purchases.

Ashley Furniture store had really affordable prices. It’s a great place to buy furniture for first time home buyer. They really have great sectionals. Our sales person, Meda was really nice and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Ashley furniture store need to have a faster way of purchasing items.

My salesman had plenty patience with me and friendly advice to give me after losing all my furniture due to hurricane Ida .

So we walked in here with the intention of buying. NO ONE came up to us for help or to talk to us. One salesman did just to say hi, but thats it. They werent busy, they were chatting or on their phones. We needed a couch and found one and located a sales person eventually after being ignored. Great items but terrible reception and attention to customers.

Mark gave excellent service and got was very informative and patient with me! I got a lovely dining room set and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Ill be back for more soon!

If I could give this store location a zero, then I would. We bought our furnitures in May 2021 and things were good. However, when there were issue with our delivery no one wanted to call us back. The store manager Casey did not email us back, the sale representative that got the commission money didn’t call us back. We had to contact customer service ourselves to get the delivery issue resolve. If I knew that they were not helpful, I would have just order my furniture online. Never going back to this location EVER.

The staff was great. They introduced themselves and let us know that they were available if we had questions and they left us alone to browse. We ended up finding a couch that we liked and then we got one of the salespersons to come and answer our questions and complete the sale. Run away from Ashley. I ordered my bed back in March. The original delivery date was set April 20th. I was excited. Since then, I have been rescheduled 5 times. Now, we have enter into the month of July and still no bed. This is unprofessional and the worst service ever!!!! I wish I would have ordered my bed from somewhere else.

I bought a bedroom set here after visiting 5 different furniture stores. They have a big variety and very friendly service. Mr. Duarte was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He also got us the best price possible ! A million thanks, and we will definitely be back for any future furniture needs.

I was told delivery would be Friday. I got the text, email, and phone call stating delivery would be Friday. I stayed home from work to make sure I was there for the delivery. The delivery never came so I called and was told that it would be Saturday. So begin waiting again on Saturday and it showed that it was up for delivery and then I happen to check again and it says it is cancelled. Every time I call, I get a different answer. Nobody knows. The service at the store was good but the delivery of items is horrible. You can’t expect people to sit around waiting on a delivery and apparently no one knows when it’s coming but it’s showing that it’s scheduled to be delivered. Horrible delivery service.

Jaime was so helpful! He let us explore the storeroom and was easily accessible for any questions we had. He also checked on us several times while we chatted and found “our pieces.” We ended up getting a couch, ottoman, and bed from here and couldn’t be happier with our purchases. Where do I start? Prior to moving to New Orleans, I paid a visit to Ashely Home Store and decided to order some furniture. The reps at the store was helpful and explained to me their credit specials, if approved. I completed the process and order three items for our future home. Due to current operations being impacted, I could not be told a delivery date but I will be updated once my items are ready for delivery. Several weeks later I get a call informing me that my furniture is ready to be scheduled for delivery. When asked, I specified the earliest appointment they had for the day which was in the morning. I thought all was well! A couple of days later I get a text request asking me to confirmed the delivery time which changed to 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM. So I agreed to the new time. I consistently checked the dispatch app to see the arrival time. The time kept getting later...to the point 9 P.M. has arrived with no further updates. I guess I will be calling tomorrow or visiting the store to see what the issue was.:-(.The other issue I have to address is that I was not allowed to use my store credit account to add an item to my initial order, unless I was physically in the store. Somewhat understandable. It was not possible as I was in another state but wanted to take advantage of the 4th of July Sale. Needless to say, I was told that I had make the order using my personal credit card, over the phone. No big issue and I complied. After arriving to New Orleans and still with no expected delivery date, I decided to cancel the TV stand which I added on previously. Reason for the cancellation is that I did not want to wait for an unspecified time of having my tv sitting on the floor. When I gave my wife my credit card to cancel the one item when visiting the store, she was told that my $407.46 Visa charge by Ashley Homestore was a deposit! I never made a deposit and furthermore as I open an account, why would a deposit be required when no furniture was even schedule to be delivered. I have not even received my first bill. I would love to know how, me being a customer who asked for a refund on a specific item, that management allows for the refund to be placed on the initial balance. I guess I missed that in the fine print. Even if I did, this is a horrible business practice! Maybe other stores are different but they surely have rubbed me the wrong way and all I want to know is WHY?Remember, no furniture was delivered today as promised, no call or text explaining or apologizing for the delay. The service outstanding but Ashley has to come up with a more efficient purchasing system. It took 2 hours to attempt to buy one $1500 sofa (and I’m still waiting on my husband to come out). We had an Ashley card but the acct was closed because we had not purchased in awhile. Honestly, we bought our last car in less time.

Purchased entire bedroom set, expected delivery date was 1 month out. After over a dozen calls with customer service, 4 months later, and 4 delivery dates scheduled with damaged furniture. I am still missing a piece of furniture that was canceled without my knowledge and never re-ordered.Shop at your own risk as delivery times will not be met and customer service provides minimal assistance (if any at all).

I think I’m invited to the Christmas party.Guy helped by looking up the order; it was correct, but for unknown reasons, the distribution center took the second chair that I’ve been waiting for over probably 6 months at this point.Customer service was as nice as could be but the shipping/inventory system was terrible. Took over 4 months, multiple shipments, and countless calls and visits to the store to get my order correct. Phone system is also subpar. It was easier most times to just drive 15 minutes to speak to someone in person. Great product, but unfortunately will not be dealing with them again. And for the record, I’ve still not received my product. I’m just hoping this is the last shipment.

Our experience was Horrible because of the scheduled delivery were set back seversl times. The salesman didnt get the order right with the mattress because we wanted the adjustable base along with the king size Rockwell mattress. I love the sofa entertainment set.

Good & bad. Went to store to purchase. At first was sold furniture at twice the on line price. Then went back & was given the on line price. Then the pieces were delivered piece by piece. Still waiting on the cocktail/coffee table. Get promised at least 2 times a week to be delivered but the truck never shows up. Unhappy & still waiting after 2 months.

I purchased a bedroom set & no use no lose coverage in 2016. I have been calling the store for months to confirm my 180 day expiration date but no one picks up the phone. I visited the store in April & was given the form to complete by a salesperson named Sarah, she also gave me her cellphone #. I called her cellphone but haven’t heard back from her yet. The operators at your call center couldn’t help me & no one at the Circus Blvd store is interested enough to pickup the phone listed for this location.I’m so disappointed with the poor customer service I have received from Ashley Homestore. I will not be recommending your store to anymore of my family & friends!I hope I haven’t lost my $229.00 credit! Very disappointed.Rose Joseph

Absolutely terrible service at the Harahan store. Our reserved furniture was delivered to someone else with notifying us. Called multiple times and left multiple messages with no response. Had to go in store to talk to someone. Another shipment is not available until September. We ordered in March.

Upon being check-in on we were made aware current promotions and the ability to price match online items regardless the online warehouse belonging to a separate Ashley entity. The application process for financing was quick and seamless. Our sales representative did a thorough check to ensure that we received best deal possible and we were elated to hear that our items will arrive sooner than a nationwide 16 week estimate. I am so happy with the items we chose and plan to purchase more furniture from this location. Additionally, I would recommend others to stop by and view the floor before purchasing online. I found a sofa that reminded me of our old safa set that we LOVED and was soooo comfortable! I had to get it! I literally looked at every furniture around, and came back to Ashley. Its on backorder, of course, due to the pandemic, but we cant wait to get it home!

This place is an absolute joke. The people who work here are rude and have 0 accountability for their mistakes. Was told the sectional would be here April 28th. Called the store 3 separate times and the date was continuously pushed back...called today and was told 8 to 10 weeks. Worker acted like this is our fault. Go to RoomstoGo, they are competent, have good workers, and deliver the day they say.

I love this store, the staff is very friendly and super helpful. They make you feel comfortable and not pressured while they help you find the perfect piece or pieces of furniture. I will always buy from here when looking for furniture. Plus the furniture really lasts and holds up over time.

I had the BEST experience shopping here. I had been around the world, and, of course I was ready to just order online and take my chances. I chose to end my search with Ashley and was about to walk when Sarah acknowledged my existence even though she was clearly helping others ...I STRESS helping others because it seemed that the “others” were too busy to take my money.
