DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! - this business has definitely gone downhill!!First impression on arrival - Employees smoking in front of the business - Lady in the front is completely annoyed that I interrupted her smoke break looks like she wants to cuss me for bothering her. No greeting, no attempt to try and be pleasant. But hey, I need this item sewed for an upcoming trip. So I speak with the rude lady, and turn in my item to be sewed and was told that someone would text me by the end of the day with options to sew on my item. I was never contacted. Called 2 days later, and was told that she hadnt gotten to it, and would call later that afternoon. Once again, I was never contacted. 5 days later, and still NO CONTACT! I went today and retrieved my item! Will NEVER do business there again!RECAP:Worst customer service ever!Clearly did not want business - Didnt even try to fix or remedy the issue.Business lies about contact and completion times!Smoking in front of your potential customers leaves a great impression!

Contacted them on different occasions to order from them and no response. I even emailed but nothing not even a call back. Very unprofessional

Logos In Thread has been making my company, Copilot Academy shirts for the last 5 years. They consistently have great customer service, outstanding communication and are punctual with their orders. Logos In Thread has always made ordering very easy, even from out of state. I highly recommend the quality of their shirts (as mine are washed frequently since I work outside), the clarity of their prints and the durability of the images on their shirts. I have also ordered embroidery work from them in the past on canvas bags and could not be happier with the stitch precision. I cannot recommend this company enough. Even after moving out of state, I still choose them for the quality of work they produce. Made my unit platoon shirts here. Great work. Even helped cut cost on modifying the color scheme. They did make an error on the original order but they remade it, no questions asked.

I order school spirit shirts, school baseball caps, coaches shirts as well as personal items and I have always received exceptional products as well as great service. Wish the turnaround time was a bit quicker but I guess you can’t rush perfection. Great job guys.

We have been using L & T for years for our business for embroidery on our polos, when they started with digital printing we ended our business needs with another company to use one store for all our shirt printing needs. Jennifer has always been an amazing help for our business needs, every time! The few times there was an error they as a company corrected it right away :). Love this place. Didnt know exactly what I wanted when I went there, but the lady helped me figure it all out. She was so kind, patient and helpful even though I was confused. I am so excited about my volleyball shirts that will come in a few weeks. This place has the best prices hands down. Even though its in heights it took me 7 minutes to get there from Killeen. It is so worth the drive. Ill update when my shirts arrive. My shirts were better than expected and on time. They called and kept me posted along the way. Will be going back for my company shirts. I cannot say my complete experience was bad but majority of it was. After being recommended by Powerprint Tees, I have to say I will not recommend either place. The young counter lady Alexia is the only bright spot of L & T. One example I have is the embroidery not lined up across the chest. Supposedly done by eye. All shirts have letters going down or going up either way bad workmanship. Better off spending the extra money to get done right.

I truly enjoy the work and dedication the staff puts into their products. I have seen their work throughout the years and Im happy with the work theyve done for me. I highly recommend it!

Very quick turn around and were able to embroider on very tricky material perfectly. I use them every year for my teams uniform needs!

So disappointed! I have been customer for over 20 years! Now under new owner and I am NOT happy. Bought 7 canvas bags for bridesmaids. Four look great and for some reason the remaining three ended up with different size font. They refused to redo my bags! Not a great presentation as a brides gift to her bridesmaids. The kimono robes turned out nice. Just very frustrated this wasnt handled better!

I have gone there frequently and it is a gem! Staff are welcoming and courteous. The stitches is quality work. I am always happy with my orders when doing business there.

They do nice work, but horrible staff.Each time I go into this place, I always question why when I leave. There is this one staff member that I alway seem to have the misfortune of dealing with. To me, she is rude and unprofessional. She has come up to the front to get my order with headphones still in her ears and didnt bother to take them out or turn off the music while talking with me. She always appears inconvenienced when taking my order. She also messed up our order so many times that she now makes us sign the paper with the thread colors stating that that is what I asked for (because if they screw it up they will pay for a replacement). This last visit really grated my nerves. I went in with the uniforms I needed embroidered, and was happy I didnt see my least favorite employee. But the person in front of me was taking a while and someone else came in, so this employee walks in from the back to help. As soon as she sees the stuff I have, she knows who the order is for and it is obvious she is not enthused to help (the feeling was mutual). The first set of items she went over what colors we wanted for the thread and the other employee helped her out letting her know what was on file was what I wanted. I then told her how many pieces I had to be embroidered of that style before I moved onto the next set of items. Her reply to me was So? with an I couldnt careless to what youre saying look. I just brushed that off and moved onto what I wanted next. I brought in an example and said I wanted it to look like that. I was then quickly told I was going to have to leave it which was fine (that way I knew they couldnt screw it up which was why I brought it in the first place). I then told her how many pieces I had of that which she promptly wrote down along with the amount of the other uniforms. She then looked up at me and said You can go now. She didnt ask me for what number they could reach me at or when I could expect my uniforms would be ready. I got the feeling she didnt want the business we were bringing to their business. I promptly called my employer stating that we really needed to find a new place to get our logo embroidered at.The owner really needs to let this lady go or theyll lose more business. Ive even encouraged my employer to take their business somewhere else. If we can find a place that does just as nice of work (which is kind of hard in this area), Im sure our business will stop going here.

No hats please. Bought three hats and ordered unit crests on the front and logos on the sides as an anniversary present from my wife. Invoice said ready on the 26th but the cashier said they had until the 29th. Unit crests looked great but the logos on the sides were not centered (toward the back of the hat) and were crooked. After a month of trying to get the issue resolved, a nasty call from the seamstress, and lies about we called you (not listed on my phone), they told me that the logos looked correct. So frustrated with the experience I told them to just keep the hats and wrote it off as a loss.

Horrible staff and treatment. I went there and had them pull our design. They nearly tripled the price for our logo and used the excuse we have new owners. I will never go there again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone!

Unfortunately my experience was not good. I have not lived in area long but I found this place on the internet. I went to get initials put on my bridesmaids shirts and the woman was incredibly rude! I will admit I was a tiny bit unprepared. I forgot 2 of bridesmaids middle names. Well let me tell you this was a huge inconvenience for the woman. I first stepped a side so the only other customer that was there could go next. My friend texted one of the bridesmaids and I started looking at colors. The woman was like no no one of you needs to be calling your bridesmaids while the other one writes it down.Honestly I was about to walk out but I didnt feel like finding another place in town.Next time I will not be returning here.

They did a great job doing 28 Polo shirts for our work. It was a last minute order and they had it done in a week!

Stiches are very nice the only issue is that they have to cut the string that goes from the T to the i in script cause it looks like an H. Other than that no complaints

Placing my order 31/2 weeks early, they forgot to order one shirt then ordered the wrong style of shirt for one player. Then ordered wrong size, then told me it was in and it wasnt. Instead of a jersey, one of my baseball players had to wear a t-shirt. Will never use them again
