Employees were nice however I spent over an hour waiting for my tires to be replaced. I went to ask to see and was told then they couldn’t replace all 4 because they couldn’t remove a part on the rear drivers side tire and to take it to another shop in order for the to be able to. Instead of finding out then, I wished they would’ve at least paged me to notify me earlier instead of having to wait so long.
I got a nail in my tire and came at a time when they were busy and shortstaffed. But the young man that verified my tire warranty and Louis the manager were so pleasant. They serviced my vehicle as fast they could. I would recommend this team for auto maintenance.

Where able to replace my tires in a bind. Had the last 4 held for me until I could replace the flat. However I guess due to covid they got rid of all their seating in the Autoshop.Get a ride to pick you up of you can!
Dropped off my car at 10:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be ready in an hour. One car in front if me.....picking up my car without everything being done....worst customer service. I could not even get the girl who started my car to talk to me....she was chatting it up with a co-worker. She went to ask him how long for tire rotation.....10 min later I went back inside and said skip tire rotation.
Ordered tires on recommendation of the staff. Tire came. They dont take appointments u just have to show up and wait in line in front of their garage.Would have been nice if they told us this.Then after 20min waiting in front of an empty garage bay someone finally came to our car and asked if we needed tires changed.....When I told that person that we ordered the tires and need them installed.He looked at my rims and said. We cant install them.The tire I ordered was based on the recommendation of the staff. Then they tell me they cant o stall them because they have to stretch the tire....What the f...Why not have me order the size that u can install instead of this mess!!!Went to discount tire. They looked at the tires looked at the time and said. Not problem...
I am extremely impressed with the customer service with this Walmart. I bought a new battery from another Walmart in another state and within two months there were issues. The service department here ran tests and quickly identified and resolved the issue. My battery was replaced free of charge and the service manager also checked the air in all four tires in the process. I will definitely be coming back!
I purchased four tires from this place and wanted to have them mounted on my car. The want to be mechanics could not get the tires off. So, I had to take my car home and let my husband take the tires off and go back to Walmart in our truck to retrieve the tires. They wanted to know how we go the tires off. really!!!!. I had to explain to them how my husband took the tires off. So, the people balanced my tires and I went home and my husband mounted them. My daughter took her car there a few weeks later to replaced two tires and the stupid people forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Of course, she found out when she was driving home and her car was making a weird noise. When she reached her destination she brought it to her friends attention and he informed her that her lug nuts were loose. These people should not be working on vehicles because they are clueless as to what they are doing. They are playing with people lives and dont care/ Walmart will hire anyone for cheap labor at the cost of the consumers.
Extermely slow. First person in line at 7 am Saturday and just needed an oil change and tires rotated. Took well over 2 hours. Could have done it myself at home much quicker without the benefit of all the tools they have at their disposal. If your time isnt important then the price is great at Walmart.
Im surprised at all the negative reviews here too. Ive had so many oil changes at this location and got 4 new tires installed here and couldnt be more satisfied with our service. We live on post but its worth driving to this location for the great customer service. A special shout out to Vernon and Charlotte, they are amazing every time I come in...Vernon even helped me put oil in my husbands car even though it was too old to get an oil change there. I really appreciated him going above and beyond, he didnt have to help me but he didnt mind at all. The prices are very affordable too.
Prices are decent. One hour turned out to be 3 hours of wait time. Kills your day.

I have spent four hours waiting to get a set of tires to get installed. Not because there was a line, my vehicle was pulled right in with no one ahead of me. Its taken that long because they have had three different people work on it, I had to personally take my wheel bolts off (bmw) because they were using the wrong size socket, and they didnt have wheel weights.
Always friendly and courteous. They do good work with oil changes. A little pricey. The wait is long even if theres no vehicles ahead of you.
Ive dealt with the slowness and pretty poor service for years because the price was right. The final straw was Walmart refusing to warranty some Falken tires I bought from them that came with a 65,000 mile tread-wear warranty which were bald in under 25,000 miles. No only would Walmart not warrant the tires they sold, they would not even provide an inspection record of the tires that I could submit to Falken to show the tires were worn out. Luckily theres a Discount Tire nearby where Ill be taking my future tire business.

Always get my oil changed at Walmart, just usually not this one. Dont make the mistake I did and come here. They only have 2 cars in the garage including mine and its been over 2 hours. Waiting as my groceries get hot and go bad. Go to the Killeen Walmart for quicker service on your car.

Went to change my tire here. Not even 2 hours after it was replaced it went flat again. Went total change it again at a different location and found out they failed to tighten my air valve and thats why the air seeped out again
Just went today to get my oil changed and I asked them to check my left rear tire for punctures because it kept losing air pressure. Said they didnt find anything but when I got home I did a casual observation of the tire and I found a screw stuck in the treads. The head was worn down from being in my tire a while so I know they missed it. That is terrible attention to detail.
I had a problem with the balance in my wheels, I spoke with Jermar the service tech at this location, and he went above and beyond to understand what needed attention and solved the issue for me. No more annoying vibration on the highway. I came back today and Jermar was the technician to help with getting an oil change, and as always professional service.
I have no idea why this place has these bad reviews. I was told it would be a two hour wait and it ended up being just over 40 minutes. They did a great job and did it in a timely manner.
Waited an hour and a half at Walmart yesterday to get it checked for them to tell us nothing was wrong... filled the air and sent us home.I see a problem!!!😡And didnt replace the cap. Brilliant people I tell you. F*ing brilliant!!!

Service is great, folks are friendly and its hardly busy when I come in to shop.
I arrived at 2:45 PM on Saturday and asked to have a tire replaced the young man who help me looked like hed rather be mid tier of a man pyramid at Abu Garib prison. I wait 30 to 45 minutes to see them back up my car which had not even made it into the garage yet and wait another 30 minutes and go ask the lady if theyre done because I thought maybe they just changed it out side. Nope they just moved it out-of-the-way so I waited until 4:45 PM and asked for my keys. The customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced do not ever go here .
I came here for my stereo and my battery. Both times someone screwed up. I had to return my stereo about 4 times to get the right one. The battery situation was that I asked for the cheapest battery 70$ because I only had 80$ to spend. They put the 90$ one in my car without my permission and then tried to charge me 100$ tax etc. I didnt have the money and they were closing, so they kept my car and said come back tomorrow so I came back the next morning and a different associate was working and refused to pro rate it. It was not my mistake so I shouldnt have to wait for them to take it out, replace it with the original, and then charge me for two sets of labor. Its ridiculous.

Going to Wal-Mart you know what you’re getting and I’ve limited my visits to this small-business crushing company......additionally, the Killeen area at large is known for some trashy & classless people, but never have I had such a bad experience with what seemed to be a manager... I regret not getting his name but he was at auto care refusing customers entrance over 30 minutes before store closing. Rather, people were forced to walk around despite other customers leaving from that side.I understand controlling “customer traffic congestion” the Holliday’s cause but it was the MANNER in which this man spoke.May be he had a bad day but don’t take it out on consumers this time of year. I work retail. I know the struggle man... everyone’s tired and everyone wants to go home, customer & worker alike.I made sure to walk around and straight back to him to give him a polite, “Thanks, the weather was nice anyways.”Merry Christmas, buddy.
The Auto Dept Manager Andrew took care of me along with the Service Writer James. Everyone was friendly, I dropped off the car since it was busy. Went home took a nap, received a phone call that it was ready. This is a small geographic area with a large population of people. You cant expect to be in and out of nowhere in a flash, be patient and set aside the time.

Usually fairly busy. Expect a wait for your service to be completed. Employees are usually nice, but you do run into the occasional grumpy one.
Been here over 2 hours. Last time I came here they stole but I had nothing but my Walmart card. Ask for a call back from the manager and never got one. Tried calling four times but it’s just crappy customer service all around. Go elsewhere
I came to get a oil change and 4 new tires one morning last week. The wait wasn’t long and the lady that help me was nice... I headed out to the premium outlets in round rock and was stuck on the side of the road. Driving the speed limit, my wheel started shaking and steering every which way and my rim was griding against another metal piece by my tire. 3rd road vehicle full with kids 7mo-10yr I had to drive 20mi per hr for 2 miles to get to a oreileys to buy equipment to Jack my car up and see what the issue was.. I also had to tighten the bolts! I called them let them know the situation and told them that my vehicle is being towed ($140) to them so they can look at what happened. They told me it was my cv joint and that has nothing to do with my tires. WELL it wasn’t my cv joint.. it was my hub assembly and that does have something to do with my tires. It was hot, I had 4 kids with me and my vehicle didn’t have this issue before until I left Walmart.. I believe something was done incorrectly and/or they didn’t tell me something was loose by tire on my vehicle. Thank God my husband was with me because idk what I would have done. To the Walmart tire and lube techs, if u see something wrong with a vehicle that causes the vehicle not to be safe while driving, us people that trust you with our vehicles should know about it! #thankfulformyhusband#walmartyousuckedthisround

Went here for an oil change, they did not put the heat shield back on all the way causing the heat shield to be damaged on my way home. I have the names of the employees involved and will be seeking compensation for damages caused due to negligence.
Lack of efficient customer service. Sorry to say but, this was the worst expierence ever. After a 2 hour wait all I received from the associate was its gonna be a lot more time. Not to mention how vehicles that had arrived prior to me were already being serviced... Unfortunately 2 &1/2 hours later I decided enough is enough... Im out!
Worst customer service I have ever seen at any auto shop. Very very slow as well. They also know nothing about tires. They couldn’t even tell me if the tires were summer/winter performance/touring. They just said they had tires.

I went for an oil change and the customer service beforehand was great, but they didn’t change the oil properly and overfilled it so now I have an oil leak and Walmart won’t do anything about it
