Extremely disappointed with customer care today. I just recently had leg surgery and was using an electric cart when it decided to just stop working even though the light was green. So I tried to get the attention of a few employees who walked by and its like they ignored me. So I decided to call the store and ask if someone could bring me a new cart and was told someone would, Well I waited 15-20 minutes before I just decided to gather all my items in my cart and walk to the register to check out.

It was okay for the most part . Candy prices sort of high other than that they had all groceries I needed and some. Also do not like the fact that I literally watched the lady by the exit watching me WHILE I was in line, saw me pay for my belongings and let two customers go through exit then when I arrived made me check my receipt, that can be so aggravating as in there were no helpers to help me load out the three carts I had purchased. Walmart should make customer feel better about their purchase not like thieves because there is no rule stating I have to show you guys any receipt. Other than that Im still going to be shopping at Walmart, instances like that can be aggravating is all.

Did anyone else hate when it comes to checking out at Walmart. Its so confusing get in line you wait and then its cash only then you get in line anyway and its card only Ive even went and been told no you have to go to a regular check out if youre paying with cash what the hell is a regular check out anyways Im just saying itd be real simple Walmart if you put a sign above the registers which is Cash which is card

A few things were hard to find and the store used mostly self checkout rather than cashiers. Otherwise workers seemed pleasant and the shelves were stocked.

Took two hours before my oil change was started but only because they had one worker out there for two oil change lanes and 5 cars (Ed, great guy said it would be a couple hours), they could give him a hand so he isnt out there alone. Also while trying to checkout I got to watch a shopper try to start verbal altercations with an employee who wasnt even the right one he was upset with, just because he couldnt use the side entrance because it was after auto hours. After they checked me out and gave me my keys they opened the entrance for me because my car was there, they werent being inconvenient or rude to the guy who wanted to start something.

Dont have enough real cashiers and refuse to allow cash at self checkouts. Wont fix price when its wrong

Walmart has everything, it is convenient but most products low quality imports and they need to pay employees better.

Love this particular Walmart. Just wish they didnt remodel and switch where stuff is located at.I cant find my regular items. I have to relearn the layout.

I never thought to leave a rating or review of my local Wal-Mart until an unexpected need for new tires had me visiting the tire center last minute before a trip out of town. I noticed the following morning that one of my hub caps was missing & contacted the automotive department regarding the fact that a technician must have not put it on completely. It was on the truck when I left but after being on the highway, it came off. I was frustrated but the manager of auto dept., Louis, was able to confirm & verify everything by cameras etc. & came up with a solution that included replacement of my loose hub cap. I was in no means expecting them to take responsibility of the this even though I know it wasnt my fault. I was very thankful they handled the situation professionally & even though I had to wait a couple hours to have the situation addressed, I had my replacement by the end of the week. I thoroughly am pleased with my tires also. Very hard working people at this location overall as well. A mistake was made by the technician but it happens & thankfully I had the proof & the proper employees to handle the situation. Thank you.

Always friendly and clean in and out. I normally go extremely early in the mornings.

I arrived at the store pick up location (in Harker Heights) an hour before it was supposed to be ready. An employee came to my vehicle within 15 minutes of me getting there, and said my order was ready. The employee was super friendly and helpful

Do not use online grocery pickup. I’ve been sitting here for an hour and 20 minutes trying to pick up. 3 different associates have came to my window 4 different times but the order was not mine. I get nothing but an eye roll when I tell them that is not me. My pickup time frame was 12-1 it’s currently 1:41!

I see positive changes going on here... love the workers, they work hard all day, specially those guys out gathering baskets and cleaning up behind inconsiderate people throwing trash all over the lot...I always pick up around the spot I park in to help. just wish everyone can do the same.

I was going to get a simple cake cutlery set, disposable for $1 but instead got a real knife, and real ice cream scooper, and everything each under $1! And I can keep each item instead of throwing it out when Im done. I got all of my party stuff here for a great price!

Only 3 cars in front of me. 4 hours for 4 tires on a Thursday at 11am so far.Walmart either doesn’t have enough workers on each shift or they aren’t paying their workers enough to incentivize pace in their workers.EDIT: Now they are working on a car that got here after me. I been here for 5 1/2 hour….Hate this place

This store was less crowded. There is a hard time to find sports drinks and water There were few check out lanes available and a long wait time. I dont understand why I must do the stores job and have to pay them for it also.

The staff were very nice, though a lot of the fruit and produce looked old... from cut up apples, wrinkly cherries and wilted vegetables 60 percent of which were already going brown. Other than that it was decently clean.

It is soo hard to find somebody to help you in a certain area. BUT I give the guy in sporting goods 5stars on recommending a fishing pole and accessories. His knowledge was appreciated

Fairly decent Supercenter, despite the fact that its constantly packed 7 days of the week, come rain or shine. Always well stocked and things are easy to find. The employees do a great job and are always friendly and available to help.Even though its constantly packed, parking is not an issue, as Im disabled and hardly ever find getting a parking spot a problem.

Walmart is the biggest scam ever. Sign says you can return items with in 90 days with or without receipt. They looked the item up on my card and then still said I couldnt return it even though it showed up on my card.

Looks like inventory does not get updated on walmart app. I saw simulac total comfort available at this store in walmart app, but the store didnt have it when I got there. Just to be sure, I checked the app again while I was at the store but item was not there. Happened to me twice this week.

They had just gotten their shipment of stock in. So it was a little crazy and hard to get down some isles. But everybody was friendly and helpful. Other than that the store was clean and had just about everything we needed.

Complete B.S. All I needed was a personal care item that is under lock and key. So everyone gets to see you standing there waiting for someone who doesnt come for 5 min. Then it gets taken to a reg. That is backed up because your not even allowed to carry it yourself. Then have to ask the clerk for item. So invasive! Im never shopping here again! I will drive the extra 10 min to Belton and shop there.

Walmart has become very disappointing. Its hard to find help and items. I found a item it scanned a different price from where it was place and I thought I was going to pay. The items was put in the wrong place. I didnt realize it. I notified the cashier at the self check out. I remember a time when they go check or someone does and gave you the price due to their error. She told me go to customer service. I did that. I had to wait on a manager. The item was $26.44 in the computer but on the self it was $5.94 for a bobbin winder. Someone gave me a sewing machine. I havent owned one in 30 years so I didnt know how much it was I just know the machine didnt have one. Im in a wheelchair I wasnt going to wheel back and forth to take a picture but yes, I was disappointed. I was told because it was more there I can get 10% off because it was more there? I was confused because she told someone to go move them. Im the customer who had the issue. There will be no other issues because youre moving them, right?Walmart has gotten away from customer service. Now that Im wheelchair bound I see this more and more. I usually just do the surveys but I going to start writing my reviews and next time get names. This happened Sunday December 20 around 1pm. Harker Heights Walmart.

The shelves were mostly empty. Non of the registers were open so only self check out was available. There was stuff everywhere. This Walmart needs to do better. Very dissapointing

Didnt make it in time for the 6PM cut off for the automotive area. Had to walk my car battery around the store. Got inside to find out they dont even have the battery type I need. When I tried to carry my battery out that door I was told it locked at 6PM. So I had to carry my battery back through the gardening center just to see him unlock that same door for other people to walk out.

Went in for a standard return had my receipt and cardni used she didnt even ask if I wanted store credit just returned to my card so now I have to wait till its refunded to buy the shorts I just wanted to exchange and she pretty much stole a pair of shorts from me because she didnt add them to my refund like she was supposed to smdh will not be returning at all

Not sure whats going on with the people in Online Grocery Pickup but they could really use people with less additude and better time management I waited 30 mins outside in the heat with my kids before I called to see where my order was only to have nothing but additude given to me meanwhile everyone else who came after me where getting their orders with no issues. It took 10 mins after my phone call for my groceries to even get to m. I have used online pick up a few times before and never had this issue till now might be a fluke but thinking OGP isnt worth the hassle

Electronics department needs to have new management. Train everyone there I have been waiting for 15 mins just to grab an $8 smart plug while 3 people help this one woman try to find a cellphone for an hour already, left did my shopping, theyre still there, and this woman still cant figure out what phone she wants. Jesus christ. After the third time to get Keiths help, since his the only one with keys apparently, he finally decides to open the safety glass, which took less than ONE MINUTE OF HIS TIME to get what I need. So I wasted more than an hour to get what I need for one minute of his time. Never again.If you dont want to waste your time buy on Amazon.

Never been to this Wal-Mart .. I was very very pleased with it. I was very jealous of the hand sanitizer station.. 😆 wish at MY Wal-Mart ours was like that!!! This store was very neat, and clean.. Everything was organized very nicely.. I was very impressed with it.. Felt alittle small to me, but I couldve been wrong .. But I didnt mind it. I have been back since then because I enjoyed going my first time around.. 😁

I hate WalMart!! They had an ad posted this last week so I decide to get one. well, long story short. My local Walmart had none. The Walmart 15+ mile away from me had 2 of the same kind, more than twice the price of the one I was looking for.. then to top it all off, 30 minutes before they closed the shut down every lane except 1!!! Can you believe it?! So now youre Guaranteed to wait in line forever!!! Go to HEB and save the headache...

I appreciate seeing employees consistently wearing their masks. I think it would help for management to ensure consistency in the sanitizing and preparation of carts for customers. This seemingly simple task is basically the front line in ensuring safety for all. COVID is one issue, but safety is important at all times. We are also in flu season. The transmission and spread potential for many viruses and bacteria is greatly assisted without clean carts. Everything a customer touches after using an unclean cart could be compromised. The effort I see employees making in cleaning carts after use is appreciated, but does need monitoring, better consistency, and improvement.

I like that they have more self service lines and its clean.

Pretty upset that both Harker Heights & Killeen decided to opt out of layaway this year! This puts undo stress of the people who depended on the layaway with multiple kids! This is another demonstration of corp money mongrels not caring about who pays their salary.

I can usually find good deals here, but they are consistently out of stock with certain things when I need them, hence 4 stars instead of 5. Their pick up team is usually on point, and I can almost always get the same day or next day pick up services.
