I’ve had an extremely rough month. My fiancé was in a severe motorcycle accident, two weeks later we lost his best friend. Came through here this morning 9/27/2021 around 10:30 am after receiving horrible service from a different coffee shop. Was on the verge of tears and the first woman outside taking my order was incredibly sweet and professional. She also made me laugh. The second woman working the window stopped what she was doing and asked me if I was okay. It took everything in me to not burst into tears. She took real time out of her day to check on me and treated me like a human being. You never know what a person is going through and these two women re-set my energy in the most positive way. I don’t know their names, but I wanted to say Thank You. The caramel macchiato was also on point and delicious.

According to google I am the top 10% coffee reviewer, not sure what that means but do wonder if I could do some extra credit to bump up my stats, google. Anyways, yes Starbucks, the Folgers of millennials, amazing as usual. I get to feel special for a small fee. The coffee? As good as Folgers in the 80s.

I love this place, coffee is great. Vanilla Bean Frappuccino is my favorite though.

The employees are all so nice here, give them raises!

Coffee was good but what really impressed me were the egg bites. I generally dont like eggs but the cheese and bacon ones were AMAZING! The ones with bell peppers were great too, you should definitely try them if you need a light breakfast.

Went into the Starbucks today and they confirmed that I don’t ever want to go to One ever again.I understand things are different because of the necessity to keep people safe due to Covid but I was basically ignored the whole time that I was in there an never asked what kind of drink I wanted or greeted in anyway. It also did not smell like they had cleaned in there for quite some time even with a mask on the smell of sour milk was almost in itself enough to make me wanna leave.

They have cut their hours because they cant get enough employees, which hurts them and customers alike. And for some reason they never have enough bakery items on hand. But they still make good coffee !

My iced latte was prepared as ordered and my furry boys enjoyed their pup cups

I used to be an avid Starbucks customer but since prices are going up I stopped going and it looks like nothing has changed.

Good coffee, good food and good service (walk in).

Order here several times started off good but for about a month or two they have been at a steady decline. This drink will be my last at this location. It taste like its been sitting out as a previous order. The strawberries are definently older and the entire drink taste very strange.Also this location has gotten lazy with their menu. They show drinks on their display that they do not make anymore. For example the white tea drinks.The one in Killeen is better. Save your money.

My drink smelled and tasted expired called and asked about their creams and milks and said they don’t expire till the 18... not the first time i’ve had this issue. Waste of time, gas, and money.

Always short staffed. I come in every morning or afternoon and the drive-thru is wrapped around the Taco Bueno. Came in today around 1 pm and watched a young man work the pastry warmers, take drive-thru orders, take orders at the café, and was asked to get things from the other employees from the back room. He was phenomenal at the pastry warmers, but kind of rushed the customers while taking their orders and didn’t converse much. You really can’t blame him, though, with all the work about a 3 to 5 man crew was trying to accomplish. The employees who makes the drinks in the café are always nice. The guy before gave me my coffee for free because he forgot to make it in the midst of taking so many orders at once. I wasn’t in any rush.Overall, great place. Just make sure if you’re heading into work to go early so you’re not late.

My favorite Starbucks to go to! They make the drive through such a smooth experience. And the baristas are always so sweet and friendly, especially Sabrina! :)My favorite drinks are: Nitro Cold Brew and the Salted Caramel Cold Brew.Thank you for the wonderful customer service and delicious drinks!

The service was fine, but the location and the drive thru are in bad spots. Its difficult to get in and out and the line is bad because of it

I had a really good conversation there and the people that were next to us didnt seem to be bothered by our conversation... My hibiscus berry lemonade was so great.

Starbucks off the highway in Harker Heights, the absolute best one Ive been to yet between Heights, Killeen and Cove. With fast, excellent service with a smile. This is my go to store from now on

Came 04/22 and the drive thru was soo long and wasnt even moving.. Then had the nerve to have the inside closed

Carmel macch tasted like cream and caramel... no coffee... nasty.... smelled expired.... just a waste. Ill stick to medium roast black.... do better every time.

Always tasty which has to be reason the lines are always long. Peppermint mocha yum!

Line was super long, order was correct but my iced caramel Macchiato didnt taste the same, like no sweetener was added? Other than that, it was ok.

These baristas were so fun and nice! They were super busy but got my drink and food out amazingly fast. The friendliest baristas I have ever met

At least the line was quick. Let me add this, its not that the coffees taste bad to me. Its just the coffee is always extremely bitter, I thought maybe it was just me wanting them sweeter, not uncommon for me especially since my pregancy, but then I went to the belton Starbucks, and wow there was such a difference. I will so make the drive to belton when craving my Mocha. Those who prefer a sweeter version I recommend the trip.

Cars were lined up around the corner and people waiting inside. Everyone had on mask and distanced. The baristas were friendly and worked hard to get every order out quickly and correctly. Even the dog was happy

Amazing place. First time here from a resident of Beaumont and daughter of general manager of a Starbucks in the area. Super friendly and they talk to you like family. Guy at drivethru has amazing customer service skills. They even gave us a complimentary drink due to forgetting to request something in my drink. They made it possible with ease and less complications. Good job guys.

This location is the best. Ive been to Starbucks from L.A. to New York and this is the best staff you can hope for. They are so friendly, and willing to do anything to make sure your trip was a great experience. I cannot recommend them any higher. As a plus this location is always clean and well stocked.

Everything was going well until a maintenance lady started spraying some cleaning chemical to the floor to mop it and it was not even close to closing hour...she kept spraying like crazy without stopping. The space is not big, so it was hard to breathe properly I had to step out. They should be more careful to prevent health and safety issues to clients with breathing conditions or allergies.Other than that the service people were great.

The employees are always nice, but they are SO SLOW. I always do mobile order pick up and have waited 45 minutes for a drink before... I just don’t get it. I’ve never had this issue at other locations. I always place my order a minimum of 10-15 minutes before I arrive and always end up waiting another 10-20 minutes minimum...

Told me I could not have my drink the way I wanted when I ordered at the window.. so I ordered on the app and got it the way i wanted.

What person doesnt like a perfectly executed cup of coffee? I enjoy buying my coffees here because of the energy I feel from the baristas. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and no matter how early; I always manage to recive my service with a smile followed by a kind farewell. Thank you for always giving me a cheerful start to my day.

This location may be small, but it is quite popular, especially in the drive-thru. The staff is also quite knowledgeable when making drinks, as i asked for a strawberry acai refresher with soy milk (after a recipe i found on instagram), but the barista suggested coconut milk instead (because the soy milk would probably taste awful). It was very tasty and cute too! I love this location because its close to work, so i can hop over and grab a drink and a bite on my breaks, before work and after work.

Nice, friendly, polite, and professional customer service every time. I go so often I should be allowed to skip the line. IJS.

I love the Harker Heights location! The staff is always professional and knowledgeable on the product.

Ive gone here several times, although the staff is friendly they move slow. I hear them talking about things which are not work related. On more than one occasion they have ran out of products and have made my order wrong more than once. At least at other Starbucks Ive been to if they have you waiting more than 15 minutes they will at least offer you a complimentary drink for next time, just that alone shows that your time is valuable, here they will have you waiting then get up to the drive thru window to say oh were out of what you ordered, big waste of time.

The chemistry that this Starbucks has is a friendly, positive, homey place that you can enjoy your drinks and food at a efficient pace. Where you can meet your friends or make new ones while waiting for your order. Great time.

Friendly barristas, well made beverages. and a pleasant store environment make this Starbucks a wise choice. I enjoyed the fresh brew coffee while here most recently.

Quality of the drinks is always great! Also, since Ive gotten a Starbucks card and coming in more frequently, Ive noticed the staff starting to recognize me and Vicki will even greet me by name! It makes it a very friendly, comfortable environment that I love visiting!

I just experienced the most amazing Starbucks employee ever! Jordans (drivethru) genuine and pure enthusiasm is so engaging and he made me feel super excited to be his customer!!!I also have this extreme love of overabundance that is mostly hard for others to be around!!! Im waiting for the next time to go back to see Jordans fascinating personality and tell him he made MY DAY!!!

Its always takes 30 mins or better to get around the drive thru. Then you get to the window and there missing half your order ! Then....act like its your fault talking about um thats not on your ticket. Okay! Well I ordered it you repeated it....can u make it and I can pay for it? Ofcourse this is alot for them. I understand if this happens once or once in a while but everytime. Thats says alot about the leadership in this place.

Great place I really love the pokemon go frap bc I play pogo and they sponsored it with a cake pop its bomb af but the service really nice clean place I really recomend it

Gone here a few times now. I order from my phone and my drink is ready when I arrive. Twice now I have ordered 4 to 5 drinks at once through the phone amd they are still ready in the same amount of time. Staff is fast and super friendly and positive. I will be going here for any Starbucks cravings I get.

My husband and I are both SB junkies.. I usually prefer banana added to most of my fraps but here last few months most of the stores arent carrying bananas because they go bad too quickly which is understandable. I have really no complaints because any time theres an issue they tend to fix it quickly and more than reasonably

This Starbucks is like any other chain. The only exception is the staff is Super friendly! If you are a regular or even a semi-regular they remember you! Its nice to feel comfortable at the store close to you. especially when the company has so many other stores. The facility is clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

Love the staff, the coffee is always good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, dont go during peak times (see the Google info) unless youve got a half hour to spare. Because its small, and the only SB in that extremely busy area, the lines tend to get out of control. Im writing this from my car, 12 cars back in the line of about 20, at 10am on a Saturday, if that puts it in perspective for you. Other than the wait, this place is great.

The place was roped off so we could only order. The barista was quick but not very friendly.

The management needs a change, very poor customer service skills. Drinks are inconsistent and bad most of the time.

Went through the drive thru and it was pretty long. Took about 6 min to get to window and another few to get my drinks. Customer service was good though, and drinks were great. Had 2 black and white mochas. It was just a little to long of a wait..

The only reason I wont give them five stars is because of their radical political affiliations. Just kidding. They are slow compared to most other Starbucks in the area. They have never messed up my order but it feels like they take forever regardless of how busy they are.

Friendly staff and, as always, great food and coffee. This is a small location, so dont bring a large party. But it is very comfortable with a great coffee house vibe.

The service is great. They will substitute anything that you want and make it to meet your needs. If youre doing Keto they have several options, all you have to do is ask.

Only stopped by today because I was in an unfamiliar part of town, but Ill probably visit them more often. They were super attentive and punctual (the only things that really regarding starbuck stored. Decent bathrooms. Only bad thing is getting in and out is a bit of a deathtrap.

Starbucks always has a nice soothing vibe. Its a great place to study and just sipp on a mocha or eat a breakfast sausage and converse. My daughter insists that we stop by Starbucks everytime we past it. Let me just say we pass it several times a day.

My wife loves this place.

Its was great. I got 2 shots of espresso and 2 shots carmel. Taste good at the location in Harker heights. Other areas taste bland.
