Dont have quality since I still dont have my vehicle. I would like to say the Roxanne and Tony have been great and professional. BUT time management and coordination of work very poor. My vehicle is there longer that it should be. For the majority of us a vehicle is essential to our daily activity. Being without has caused stressful situations for both my wifes and I. It effected our workplace the most. Tony did authorized a rental the later part. The inexcusable reason to have not worked on my vehicle for four weeks and the carelessness of tearing of the headliner, the ordering of the wrong windshield is unacceptable.I tried to be positive and patient and I do appreciate Roxanne and Tony.

Recommend through Geico insurance... fixed grill area due to a collision... the only thing I was disappointed was the head and fog lights... only the driver’s side were replaced which looks great but now the passenger side doesn’t match... I wish I would’ve been given the option to purchase the other side if my insurance was not going to cover.

I’m so happy to get my car back, today! In June, my car was hit as someone was exiting a parking lot off of Sam Houston St.. In mid-JulyI was able to get the other person’s insurance company to pay for the damages. Just picked up vehicle after getting damage from a collision with dog. Shop did excellent work. All body lines matched up and small details were correct and looked like the factory job. They communicated timeframe of repairs mutliple times over the repair. Happy with service.

Wonderful team! Starting from management...Bobby has been so professional and friendly. I have had to have my truck repaired three different times within one year for various accidents :( Each and every time Bobbys first response was ..is everyone okay, was anybody hurt?. I was very impressed by that simple phrase. He kept my husband and I informed every step of the way with very swift and excellent work. We met the mechanic Smiley who was just as friendly. This is a great shop, with a supervisor that has high expectations for the work that leaves their shop. We took our Jeep in recently for some body repair and Bobby made sure we left happy and we did! Got our vehicle back looking good as new. Our vehicle has a metallic black that is very hard to blend but they did it flawlessly. Would definitely recommend them.

I have been meaning to write a review for the past months since having my car serviced here so I will take the opportunity to do so now. It has been about 2 months since and I can actually say that the work that was done to my vehicle was quality work and with time passed the area it was repaired has not lost its luster. It was important to me to let people know about my great experience here and their clean work especially since I have had a rotten experience elsewhere in the past. Since this job was the result of a collision I was a bit hesitant about the process and it potentially being inconvenient for me. Ultimately, Bobby and his service people along with the girl up front made the experience as stress free as possible. Thanks again guys for going above and beyond.

Definitely a place i’d go back too! great attitude

Brought a truck camper to get painted. Was told it would take a few days, so for the price it was reasonable. However, it ended up taking 3 weeks, and it messed up my scheduled plans. I wish they would be honest about their timelines. I was told my paint job kept getting pushed back because they had a lot of work, which I get but still, I am a paying customer too.

Excellent and rapid service! I took my Jeep in on a Wednesday morning and the part was installed and ordered before noon the next day! They had great customer service and knowledgeable staff! Ill definitely go back!

We accidentally broke a rear wiper arm off a vehicle at one of our car washes.We called Bobby (shop manager) and he got right on it. Found the part, we contacted the customer and Hacienda Collision Center installed it. It was quick and professional. We will definitely recommend them!

I’m happy with the repairs, since my insurance Geico took care of all the paper work. I got a phone call the day off that the car would be fixed by a certain time. Picked it up and looked so shinny and clean. Happy on how things where done in five days. Happy with the results. Will come back again, hope never to do it again under circumstances had to. My geico adjuster did an amazing job with answering our questions and concerns as well. Happy customer.

We took my wifes truck in for body work after a minor fender bender over the thanksgiving holiday. Not only did Bobby (body shop manager) cater to our needs by arranging for in house GEICO rep to estimate the damages, he arranged for a rental car for my wife as well as gave us a ride home after dropping off her truck. While at the body shop, the front desk staff made us comfortable in a nice side office complete with fresh coffee. Bobby and his staff truly go out of thier way to make you feel at home and like family. Its very hard to find friendly, dedicated customer service these days especially in a time of need. Great service, I would get updates on each stage my car was in and I thought that was great to here as to where anywhere else we would always say they are taking too long, but here at Hacienda Collision Center Harlingen were very efficient and results were very satisfying. If you are ever looking for someone to fix up your car, this is the place to go!

Made a point to call in advance to get here asking about repair estimate on an accident no one mentioned anything about a fee or any fee to for that matter so I dont think this is a great place to come to being that theyre not up front with their pricing or information given over the phone or in person.BEWARE - STAY AWAY

Worse job ever. fenders had gap where it meets the bumper, and they told me it must have been the after market parts they used! They told me the parts would be OEM upfront.... dont go there.

For one they took almost 3 weeks every time Id call to check up on it theyd always tell me another day. Then what Pissed me off was that they ended up Stealing my stuff so theyll be hearing from me. Worst place ever

Bad service with terrible communication to its customer. Waiting week after week for a project that was only supposed to take a few days. Over a month later We found out the car is considered totaled and cant be fixed, sorry. Wont be bringing another vehicle here.

You would have to be nuts to take your vehicle here BAD BAD all around service here it is always TOMORROW TOMORROW and tomorrow never comes !!!

Terrible service!! You always change the dates. Two times of Corpus Christi came to pick up the vehicle and they changed the date again !! The two women who attend have a bad character ... I would recommend that they hire other people with more credibility and better character ... they treated me very badly and when I was going without the car they treated me in a bad, mocking and threatening way .. .in order if I continue it would not end !!
