This is my 2nd Ford in 3 years, Ive dealt with Ronald Cantu twice, hes a very pleasant man. Love this Escape! Took a long drive this evening and loved it.

Back in July I was asked if I wanted to add a tire rotation to my oil change. I authorized the upcharge only to find 2 wheels were rotated. I paid full price for a tire rotation but only half was done. Fast forward 3 months to yesterday and I go in for another oil change and I am asked if I would like to have the engine air filter and cabin air filters changed. I declined those additional services but yet when I went to pick up my vehicle I was being charged $149 because they changed the filters I had declined. I asked to be shown where I signed authorizing those additional services and I was told they do verbal consent. They removed the new filters then went through the trash to recover and reinstall my old filters and adjust my invoice to oil change fees only.2 strikes in my book.Dont know what it is with work ethic these days. I have yet had a good experience with Payne Ford or Boggus Ford dealerships in the Valley.

First time buyer at this dealership and would do it again. Our salesman John Tiny Serna was friendly and non pressing which made the experience less stressful. Would buy and recommend from Boggus again.

The customer service was horrible at the collision center. I was told on 4 different occasions that my truck would be done at a certain time and they were wrong every time. I get we are in a difficult time, but this had to do with the collision analyst just not doing his job of checking in with the service to get the parts needed. I was also calling to get updates and I eventually just had to go up there myself because the analyst would never call me back. We took my vehicle to them because we thought we would get the best quality and the best care, but the service really put a damper on my experience.

It was super easy to walk in and order rubber mats for my Bronco Sport! Everyone I had contact with was so nice and I even ran into a couple people who helped me buy my Bronco! It was nice to see their smiling faces and they asked how I was liking my Bronco! Of course I love my Bronco and can’t wait to get my mats in on Monday! Super fast service and I used my points, so there was no money out of my pocket! How cool is that!!!! Thanks Boggus!!!!!

Todays thorough vehicle checkup and oil change was a welcoming experience. Last minute appointment with quick in and out service was very accommodating to my schedule. Knowledgeable and experienced technicians provided me with comfort and peace of mind that my new car was in good hands.

Employees continually kept us apprised of the status of my 2014 Escape. A sensor was needed from Memphis which somehow took the long road to Texas and was delayed. I was assured my vehicle was safe to drive while waiting. As soon as the sensor arrived we were informed and the car was ready the next day. Thank you Boggus Service Dept.

The customer service could have been a bit more professional. But were very informative about the service options for the truck. Service prices seemed very fair.

We were stranded on South Padre with car trouble. We had the car towed to Boggus and our car was repaired and ready the next day and we were able to get home safely. Ben was wonderful. After such wonderful service I was disappointed to see that about $15 dollars in quarters was missing from my ash tray. Dont leave any money in your car.

Ben and Jacob were so, so, helpful, and most of all considerate of the situation . I am a single woman and have no one who can help me when it comes to a problem with my car. They reassured me everything could be solved and they were. I have bought all my vehicles there and will certainly continue. Excellent service.

Wanted vehicle completely checked as taking on long trip. If something needed replaced, they asked first. Seems to have done a thorough job. Took longer than I thought it would but that’s ok. Probably because they tried to be thorough. Employees very pleasant and respectful.

I was on the road driving from SPI to Victoria. Low pressure came on one if my Nitro tires. Went to the express service and a few minutes later Im back on the road. Headed to Houston the next day and the tire pressure is good on all my tires. Certainly not the biggest service but your guys really took care of me. Thanks

Horrible customer service. I setup an appointment with Amy to place an order for a 2021 King Ranch F150 truck. I drove from McAllen, to Harlingen. First problem- The guy that sends in truck order was not scheduled to come in on the day. Why the heck did you schedule men that day!Gino, sales man was polite, cool guy. Very helpful, but he said he couldn’t get me a price on the truck until after I ordered. I told them I needed to work out the cost of the truck before placing an order. Sales manager comes in and says they could take my order, and I would have to commit to that order, but I wouldn’t know what the price would be until it arrived. I clarified that I knew that we wouldn’t know Ford incentives, but we could see how much it would be, not including incentives. Sales manager: “That’s not how we do things. There is no way to know what that truck will cost. We can look at the price once it comes in”. So I’m supposed to commit to buying a vehicle without knowing what the price it? I told them I couldn’t order blindly and the sales a manger could care less. Congrats on losing a sale. All you had to do was press a few buttons in the computer, and I would have given you a raving review. Instead, you wasted your time and mine.People, run away from this dealer. Lies and I’m sure they would have robbed me blind once the truck arrived.I ended up ordering a fully loaded King Ranch for an amazing price from Holiday Ford in Whitesboro Texas. I saved over $9,000 without even having to negotiate.

Great service except when I got home and wife went to get in the truck there was grease inside the floor and the leather seats of the truck. I’m assuming it was put there when they changed the inside cabin filter. Other than that it was great.

After purchasing a fairly new used vehicle it broke down the service department was phenomenal about getting it fixed on a timely manner the management was there was phenomenal about getting me a loaner car everybody stepped up and went over and above two and include the owner himself though I had a bad experience buying the vehicle that was due to no fault of the dealership and they made every effort to make the deal go right and smooth I have nothing but high praises for them their service department and all of the staff there thank you very much for making my experience as good as it was we will be purchasing cars from them in the future

I stopped by Bogus Ford to make an appointment to take in my 2019 Ford Ranger, the clerk at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They actually took my truck in and got my truck checked right away, he would keep me informed of what was being done to my truck. I would highly recommend Bogus Ford.

The dealership service was very satisfactory, the biggest concern I had was it took 2 months after receiving the recall notice before the parts to make the repair was available and sever calls to the dealer for updates and finally to get an appointment scheduled.

Customer service was great however getting a loaner was very frustrating and limited I had to call everyday to see if one was available. I was very satisfied with the repairs to my truck however they need better coordination with when your vehicle is going to be there for a good 2 weeks please provide loaner. Please fix this. Otherwise good customer service.

Its Better at Boggus is their slogan. Nothing could be further from the truth!! My daughter and I went to Boggus because she was interested in a particular vehicle that they had in stock. We were met with stonewalling.Ronnie Cantu tried...but his supervisors (Mr. Luis Gonzalez & the Used Car Manager) were unwilling to budge on negotiating. They were unwilling to negotiate the price of the vehicle we wanted to purchase...they offered next to nothing on our trade and would not budge...Their offer on the trade was not even fair market value!. This was a terrible experience. As a father, I am going to get the car that my daughter wanted. . .Im just NOT getting it at Boggus Ford. Its their loss...not mine! I highly recommend avoiding this dealership. Save yourselves the wasted time and stress!!

Boggus Ford has always been very helpful in getting our vehicles repaired. We have 10 trucks that they service and they have always done a good job. They are having problems now, like everyone else, with parts due to manufacturing during the pandemic but they are still able to keep us running.

Had my car repaired here, excellent work was done.

I called for a repair on my recalled Ford fusion Air bag. They said they were backed up 3 months. The service guy couldnt have sounded douchier. Ford told me to take it in and they have to do it. They also said that if I continue not getting it fixed theres a chance that when it does engage from an impact that it would be like shrapnel. I drive this car everyday with my 2 small children. You dont even deserve 1 star to be honest.

Since it was the initial oil change for the new vehicle I used the Express Service at Boggus.Upon arrival I was told it would be a 40 minute wait. I reluctantly agreed. An hour and half later the job was completed.Never was updated on the progress or received an apology for being late.Compared to the people at Discount Tire, these people were asleep.Don’t think I’ll be going back.

I took my truck in for a repair and my truck came back worse than it was it took Boggus Ford 5 tries to fix it still was broken then I traded in truck for new one I then took in new truck for oil change I got my new truck bk missing parts for the windshield washer obviously to many things shady about Boggus ford I will never buy another vehicle from them again and I only put 1 star cuz there was nothing less to put
