They worked with me to fix my car, gave me a quota and some options that I was able to just afford. They were very fast and professional and helped even a guy like me that doesnt know jack about cars.

They say its 19.99 to ck what the problem is they also add they have credit card just incase it $500 or more then suprise they take @3 hrs and then another suprise the totall is over $500🤦‍♀️

Didnt know you had to make an appointment

I asked my wife to take my vehicle in to get an inspection and had them check my passenger rear tire for a nail. I was at work and my wife called me saying that the nail was on the sidewall and i needed a replacement. I asked to speak to the Firestone employee and he immediately told me that i could take it to a mom and pops shop and get it fixed which i thought was strange. I worked at discount tire and we wouldn’t turn people away that fast. So i got out of work and met my wife at another tire shop. When i got there asked her where the wheel lock was at. She said she didn’t know that they never asked for one. I looked in my trunk and in my bag and the wheel lock was never even touched. I called Firestone and they said they never even took off the tire. How would they know where the nail was without looking at the tire? When the next tire place took off the tire, the nail wasn’t anywhere near the side wall. It was directly on the top thread. If i had to guess they were trying to trick my wife into buying a new tire. Super disappointed. Never going back.

I recently got my Tacoma lifted with some new wheels and tires. Afterwards I really needed an alignment, so we looked for Firestone to help me out.I’d never been to a Firestone establishment, let alone use their automative products but I was told a Supervisor that he’d knock the price down a bit for me for a total alignment and topping off my fluids.Sam, the Technician popped in a few times while I was waiting to update me on the difference he’d made so far. At first the document was confusing but he explained everything to me, how camber and toe worked and what he’d do to get my truck into spec.He even showed me how he adjusted the truck when it was on the lift and in the end the difference was amazing. I was extremely impressed with their customer service and kindness. They go above and beyond in my book and I’d honestly recommend anyone who needs anything done by any of their very skilled and friendly Technicians.Props to Sam again for his great work, I drove back home to San Antonio that afternoon and the ride difference was night and day. Felt safe and satisfied with his quick and efficient work.

Came here when my power steering went out on my vehicle. They were honest and upfront with me on what needed to be done and worked hard to fix the issue. They were super patient with me and you can tell they really care about their customers. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if it needs repairs. They will not let you down. I first stopped by Pueblo Tires to to see if they could help out but all they told me was What do you want me to do about it. Romeo and his crew are genuine and sincere when it comes to helping out customers ( unfortunately a rare practice these days). This Firestone has gained a lifetime customer.

I took my truck in for one thing they told me it would take 30 minutes I waited an hour and 30 minutes then when I went to pay they told me that they did a bunch of other stuff that I did not agree to I was waiting in the lobby the whole time and no one could tell me that they were going to do other stuff to my truck I told the guy what if I didnt have enough money and how come you didnt ask me but it look like a new guy and he could not answer me other than that good deal on new tires but they need to work on their communication and people skills

If I had a choice I wouldnt even give them the one star rating! Worse customer service ever! Took in my vehicle on a Wednesday and I was told it would be running the next day. Two weeks later my vehicle still was not running and they couldnt tell me what was really wrong with it. I eventually had to tow my own vehicle back to my home and I may add in worse condition then when I had drop it off. They removed my computer and have yet to return back my original like they said they would. Raul was the one who kept us on the run around. To top it off the mechanic that was working on our vehicle look very young and obviously didnt have that much experience. Definitely would not recommend this place unless you are willing to take the risk and pay double the price.

Called regarding lifetime alignment I purchased for my truck a few years ago, the guy couldnt find a record of it. He did find theil one purchased a few months ago for my car. Hum, he called me by my previous last name, not my current last name so how come he could not find the record?? When I mentioned the change of name he suddenly found the record for the truck. Made an appointment and still took 7hrs and didnt get the alignment I went in for. They wanted to do $2400 worth of other stuff....went to two other places and no one found all the claimed issues with my truck...rip off.

I am very upset with the service they provided. Went in to change all 4 tires only. (Real Simple right...Not) a job that should be completed in about an hour Max wasnt completed till after about 3.5hrs. it wasnt any more busy than usual, but they only had 2 Techs working the whole shop. Talk about understaffed. very disappointed.

This place doesnt even deserve one star on this review. I took my car in today around 1:30pm for an oil change. I knew it would take awhile so I had someone pick me up. We went to get a bite to eat and then went to buy groceries. Went back to pick up my car around 4:30pm. It was still sitting in the same place. They had not even touched it. The man at the counter said oh your car is next! I said no im taking my car now! I felt 3 hours was long enough.... never going there again. UGH!

I came in last night needing two tires and the manager lied to me.1. He said that the tires at my car uses are rare. Theyre not.2. He said that he could have the new tires by 8:30 am next morning. He didnt.3. Said they were on the way. Still ant hour away at another place.I specifically told him last night to let me know if he could not get them so I could go somewhere else because I have to go on a trip in the morning. He promised me that they would be here and there were not. If there is one thing I hate the most it is a liar.

Looked online for the tires I needed and the proce was right, when I went to the store however the price shot up 300 dollars. The cashier was also kind of rude. Ill never stop here again.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 9 am. It was an hour and 15 mins until they even brought my car into the garage. I watched people that got here after me leave before me.Over all, I was here for 2 and a half hours for an oil change! I made an appointment so that I wouldnt have to wait this long! Absolutely unacceptable.

There service is ight nice people but if u trynna save money dont come here theyll take as much money as possible they get paid by commission they take u you for all the money you got they tax on parts lets say the part is 40.00 dollars theyll charge u 240 dollars take my word for it 💯

Went to Fire Stone Harlingen to get wheels aligned. Left with my Passanger door panel broken. I was told because it was an older vehicle it was wear and tear funny I had never had any problems with my door before. I was blamed couldnt open or close my door. Managed to drive to my mechanic so he let me out of my vehicle.

Just as useless as san benito store, showed up at 2pm and store closes at 5pm since it is sunday, clerk would not allow me to drop vehicle off for maintenance, i guess i know where i wont be buying my next set of 35” tires from

Ridiculous waiting time. Takes them half a day or more for oil change and twice they failed to rotate tires. Staff has been friendly and willing to get the job done, but they seem to be short handed and overworked all the time. Last time I was there an elderly lady was there for over two hours just to get her state inspection. Im taking my personal and companys business elsewhere.

Over priced, just go to Walmart. Its way cheaper

Overfilled my car with oil causing damage to my engine and seals. My car worked well until I brought it here. Now it has major issues starting due to oil leaking throught the engine. They blamed the problems on an old car, but my car NEVER had problems like this. They also put cheap parts on my car and charged me for name brand. Many problems with the service I recieved. They refused to take responsibility. I will NEVER go here again. Firestone has been great in the other places I have lived but this one is bad news.

This place opens at 7a.m. and we arrived at 7:30 as we had set up an appt. for 8:00. There are no other cars here and there is already a 1 hour wait for a simple tire rotation. Why open at 7 if youre not going to have your technicians here?!!? Setting up an appt. is pointless!

Have had decent experience here in the past, but this last visit was not good. Slow was the name of the game that day. I arrived at around 0930 and left at just before noon. It was not particularly busy, and all I was getting done was the state inspection and checking out a tire that kept going flat. Normally I would have blown this off as a bad day but I ended up having to get a tired replaced and they put the new tire in the front. I am by no means a mechanical expert, but even I know that tires with new tread go in the back for safety reasons. Needless to say, never going back.

Called to set up appointment for a state inspection, i arrived early, 1 hour later my truck was still in the same place i parked it.After asking how long it will take for someone to look at it. Then they got someone that was not doing anything to start working on it.To top it off there was only 4 customers (vehicles) in the shop.

They were friendly and thorough and cheaper then walmart.

I went into Firestone today for a lifetime alignment and tire rotation that I had paid for a few years ago upon completion of this work Firestone told me that my oil was dirty which it was just change two weeks ago they told me I needed windshield wiper blades they were just replaced two weeks ago and the front end alignment is not done correctly as well going down the highway after picking up my vehicle the car has a hard pull to the left so now I have to reschedule and spend my time again going back to Firestone to do what they were supposed to have done properly the first time however these up sales that they do for people are terrible and misleading

They take Long time to get an oil change, cus they are with other cars so it takes quite some time but I guess they change their oil in they do their job

Bait and switch. Charged me for something they forgot to do.

Took my car there paid close to 1000 dollars. Asked them to fix whatever was wrong with it. I ended up have car problem for the next month due to other issues. Of course it’s not there fault.

Manager cant perform simple math. Took Interstate battery in for warranty exchange. Offered less than 45% credit on new per warranty and did not comprehend that amount was wrong...dumb butt.
