Wife goes into business to get a basic oil change on a old model Ford we have. Then the employee tells her that the factory recommends synthetic and the price is more than 60 plus the taxes. Then hands my wife the estimate and it clears says that it is not recommended lol. Ripping off our women of the valley. Thank you pueblo tire.......scampozeeee

Its extremely difficult finding nitrogen for new car tires. I called other name tire stores and they didnt carry it. The dealership Boggus was no help, 3hr wait....these guys saved me. Topped off the tires at no charge......Awesome... I called and they said sure they could help me.....Thanks so much. I like to support local businesses!!!!

This location has poor communication between the sales/service personnel and me the customer. Today is Ladies day my husband informed me because of his last visit he saw the Ladies day promo. When I checked in to have my car serviced Carlos didnt explain to me that the special wouldnt cover the oil required by my car. When they finally finished servicing my car after an hour and 45min and check me out they told my that the price was going to be $45 even after they took &10 off the price for the Ladies day special. When I asked why that was when Irvin began to explain why in a disrespectful and demeaning manner. I was extremely offended by his actions and how he spoke to me. Luckily I had the money to cover the cost. But, if had only brought $30 I would have been not been able to pay for the oil change.I highly recommend more training with customer service and how to be more empathetic with them as I am a manager myself.

I needed two tires today and asked if they could help out. When I advised the clerk inside that my Truck was a block down the road with two blown out tires, he proceeded to tell me What do you want me to do about it. Well Pueblo Tires on Harrison Street thank you for not helping me, when I left your store I proceeded to walk over to Firestone where they did not hesitate and were happy to take my business. I know good customer service is rare in the RGV, but this place has a ways to go.

They parched us up pretty quick, then the man tried to swipe my valve stem nut & my husband caught him & told him something 😠

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!AMAZING CAR SERVICE !!!I came in at 10 AM, on Monday, unscheduled with a Flat Tire Signal in the dashboard... as soon as I parked, someone greeted me and took the keys, started to work on the car... they came to tell me one tire was low, that they would check it further.A few minutes later they came to tell me it was ready to go. Fixed !!!There was no charge for it !!!In the waiting area, there are sofas and a table with 4 chairs. There was popcorn and coffee.Other times there is bread or donuts.Amazing staff, amazing service, fast, courteous, clean.A great place to bring your car for any repair.Thank You !!!

!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR CAR REPAIRS!!!! they can only deal with tires, and keep your self from loosing money and time. This probably a good tire place but its not a light or regular mechanic shop.

Polite, kind, helpful with all your problems. They treat you with respect. They dont over change you or try to sale you something you dont need. I will continue to go back to them.

I took two vehicles to this location for this day. I take a vehicle here at least once a month for a company I work for. First I wish they had a bigger sign that says they have wifi available for customers because a small sign behind the cash register does not work well. I know there is wifi but what about new customers. First vehicle I took they called me about 3 hours after I dropped it off. Second vehicle I took, I went back after 30 minutes and it was already ready but I had not received any calls. So now I wonder how much time I could have saved if the first one only took 30 minutes and maybe they just forgot to call me. As far as the customer service, the gentlemen that assisted me did a good job. They were friendly and they had more problems with the computers than anything else.

The staff is friendly, and they fixed a tire for free since it was purchased there. Very impressed.
