I was 10 minutes early for an appointment in the drive thru and the RUDE tech in the pharmacy REFUSED me for being early and made me go all the the around to the back of the line. No wonder the LINES are VERY LONG....TERRIBLE SERVICE! ππΌππΌππΌ DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I had to switch from a pharmacy I liked to CVS because my employer switched to using Caremark.I find the staff to be ok when in the store, but the app does not work properly when trying to choose prescriptions to refill and then when you call to talk with someone, you wait forever and then get hung up on. I called twice yesterday and held for over 10 minutes both times and got hung up on. Then I waited 20 minutes calling the corporate 800 number. They were helpful but not cordial. Forty five years ago I was a CVS manager, and we would have been fired for that kind of service, or lack thereof. Companies are hiding behind the short staff excuse, but they have to find a way. There are many out there facing the same climate that find a way to give good service.
My wife set up an online order for 4 magnet frames, when she went to pick them up Anel from this CVS said theyβd run out due to last weekβs T-Mobile Tuesday order. They instead gave her glossy pictures, and also charged her for the magnets so I went back to have the difference credited back to her card. The same Anel woman cut me off while I was explaining and tried to tell me that theyβd told my wife about the magnets not being available and became very defensive. I waited for her to finish then told her, βokay but you still charged her the magnetsβ she looked at me dumbfounded then tried to tell me she could refund me but would need to take the pictures back. I said why canβt you refund then charge me the pictures separately. She said okay then. Overall, the interaction shouldβve taken no more than a few seconds but Anel took it upon herself to act unprofessional and try to prove me wrong.
They have good stuff besides having pharmaceuticals
Every time Ive called to talk to a pharmacy tec they have been available and efficient, very polite, patient and helpful!! I would recommend this pharmacy.
The pharmacy never answers the phone. It takes almost an hour for them to answer the phone. When they answer the phone the call ends over and over again same process. It is so frustrating. Please better your your service. Please hire more employees they would really need the help.
The CVS stores have really gone down in quality and customer service since 2020. This store and the other one on Ed Carey have declined severely. The employees refuse to open a human register. The self checkouts dont work very well and there is usually only one open. The self checkout doesnt always accept CVS or brand coupons. The store employees have simply gotten lazy and they refuse to help the customers. The store managers are useless and do nothing but collect a paycheck. I am throwing out my CVS card and going back to Walgreens. CVS service is non existent. Open a damn register for gods sake. The lines are long because your self checkout sucks.
Used to be really good to get your meds.Started declining to where its pretty emberrasing. They dont answer their fones and if they have meds somewhere else they want you to go get them.what?
Went to get a covid test at 12:10pm and was told they were out of supplies and to come back after a hour. Came back and was told that my appointment had passed and i had to reschedule told the clerk that i was told to come back later and she told me there was nothing they could do and i would have to reschedule
I hate this CVS location. Worst drive thru pharmacy
The pharmacy never answers my calls. I have to go in person. They are super busy and you can tell they are overworked but thatβs no excuse for projecting it towards the customers. The pharmacy tech could not answer my questions regarding a vaccine which was alarming being they should be the go-to for advice?! The place seems abandoned with staff always in the aisles whenever you have a question. Last but not least, most of the items are available but misplaced or havenβt been replenished.
Time and time again, this CVS just screws up my familys prescriptions. My family cant get pain medication, after a back surgery, because of the incompetence of the staff. The pharmacist even told me to take my prescription back and find another pharmacy, if I wanted to. Seriously?! So, it can look like Im pharmacy shopping or doctor shopping- and give the appearance of a crime? CVS trying to set me up for failure. Last time I come to a CVS.
To long to speak to pharmacist
Pharmacy was super friendly and helpful. The ended up recommending me to go to the other big pharmacy as they didnβt take my insurance. They did a great job explaining how it would work, what to expect and what my options were if I stayed with them.
Ive always go here even when it wasnt cvs.lately I have had horrible service. Last Sunday I stood for so long and no one even attended me. I went thru drive thru and waited again no one attended me. Next I went inside and same thing no one even bothered to notice me. Finally went home. I called to complain no one even bothered only the automatic that talks confusing me more etc., etc.. today my percription refill is ready, but had to pick up aug. 7. When I have to take everyday. I called no one answered phone. End of story.
Called Pharmacy was put on hold for 25 minutes. Nobody ever answered phone I just hung up. Horrible service.
Friendly staff. Always just understaffed as most stores. But weβll stocked and strategically located close to the Hospital.
Took my dad here to pick up a prescription terrible service and a long wait. Go to literally any other cvs.
You walk in the store is disorganized.. you have all these extreme coupon shoppers taking everything and just leaving things scattered everywhere, just to resell online or at the flea market..
Donβt ever try to call and talk with someone in the pharmacy. The first time I called i was on hold for 27 minutes, I hung up and called back this time and talked with whomever answers the line, she transferred me to the pharmacy and I was on hold again for 12 minutes. I then called the corporate office who said they would put my call through to the pharmacy, again I was on hold for 6 minutes. Iβm certain Iβm not the on,y one this has happened to. I will never go back there again!
Pharmacy phone etiquette : absolutely horribleHowever I was able to find the medicine no one else carried at the time so for that iam thankful.
Whenever I call the pharmacy, thereβs a man that answers and sounds like he hates his job and the people calling. Makes me not want to call...and no one ever called me to tell me my script was ready.
Very rude. Their over their heads here.. Elizabeth the lady in charge is super rude . Waited for over 3 hrs. Will never come back here
Overall like the store but the guy stocking/repricing the dental aisle today apparently hates his job and should quit so someone else can have it.
Not rude but everyone that I asked for help seemed annoyed. So I just smiled and thanked them π
Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. No accountability! Everyone is confused when you ask why they never called. Just keep repeating a phone number I have never had or heard of. Putting blame on the customer when I gave new number at the time of dropping off my prescription. Never going back. Thats why I go to Walgreens.
Friendly staff, good discounts if you have their rewards card.
Fast and courteous - two of my favorite things :)
They donβt answer their phone they automatically put you on hold and never even receive an answer very dissatisfied
Cant find my prescription. Called in twice and confirmed but cant pick up. Frustrated
When you call they put you on hold forever. And the older man in rhe pharmacy is sThere is so rude.
Been going there since my children were smaller.
Most of the pharmacy staff always rude even the ones who are in charge. Also they take such a long long time.
Horrible service with pharmacy and manager was very rude. Will never use this store again
Money order machine isnt working the one time I need to make one.
