If I could give this place no stars I would. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here, but finally have had enough of the rude horrible customer service. It’s called BARGAIN warehouse, yet the staff couldn’t bargain. Every time I’ve gone previous they can’t bargain. Perhaps the owner should give a 10% allowance on items without staff having to seek approval. Items are overpriced for being a salvage store. I go because I thought this store was a Christian store, but the staff lack a Christian attitude. When I went today I asked if they could bargain, and the staff very rudely said “NO!” To which I asked “why not” and they replied “ BECAUSE THATS THE PRICE THE OWNER PUT” while tapping on the price tag, as if I couldn’t read. I then said “but you all are a bargain store aren’t you? “ The staff was passive aggressive and said she couldn’t ask the owner because she was “ working.” I chose to leave my items there and call when the staff person said the owner would be in. When I called back she said the owner had just left even though I called at the time she said the owner would be in, and said the owner would only give me a discount when a total of 200$ was spent. In that case maybe change the name to “ warehouse” only. The fact that the owner couldn’t even be reached was even worse. No accountability. Will never shop there again, and I regret every dollar I spent previously.

Its called BARGAIN Warehouse for a reason. I think they forgot they are a retail store that doesnt sell brand new items. I can go to Walmart or Target and get the same item cheaper.

This is a reseller store for big department retail stores their prices are very high

***BUYERS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY***I do not recommend buying electronics from this warehouse. I purchased a diagnostic device for my vehicle expecting everything to work fine. Once i got home, i live in edinburg, I opened and plugged the device into my car. The instructions said to download the devices app to assist with the diagnostic analyzes of my car. I looked for the app on the app store and couldnt find it. I search the web site and to my astonishment the app was not available anymore. The instructions suggest using other apps similar to the one specifically for that device. I tried most of them without success and came to realize this device was using an old bluetooth version which is not supported on newer cellphones. Bottom line, this device is obsolete -_- I thought, no problem I will just take it back when Im in town again and ask for store credit. I didnt care for a refund since the device was only $10. I would have been fine with store credit. I am finally back in town two weeks from the date of purchase and explain my situation to the cashier. She then calls the store owner, Silvia Torrez (if thats even her real name), and I explain the situation to her as well. Silvia then tells me that customers are only given 3 days to return items. I tell her the cashier did not tell me about the policy. I tell her that she shouldnt be selling obsolete items because even if i wanted to use the device I literally cant. Her weak justification was telling me that the device is still being sold, so therefore my claim is not valid (?) and by being sold she literally showed me an auction on ebay of the device lol Hmmm...okay I guess she doesnt know you can literally sell broken/out dated devices on ebay. Not the brightest bulb.Anyways, this warehouse sells salvage items. This includes items that are broken/damaged, missing parts, used, and who knows what else. Keep this in mind before purchasing anything from this store. I recommend NOT buy anything from this store period. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Lots of neat stuff but the staff is a not too polite

I recently started to restore 1988 turbo coupe T bird, and needed several parts that are no longer produced or after market do not carry. Found everything on Ebay, took the four corners of the USA. Prices were more than reasonable and probably less expensive then going to a savage yards.

Rude staff. Not willing to help.

BUYERS BEWARE. When purchasing stuff, keep inform of what you buy. Check online. Most of the products here are either overpriced or recalled. Also a chance you may end up with a damage product and the store has a very strict return policy that could backfire on you.

You can find some awesome stuff in here for a great price. They carry what seems to be store surplus, a lot of it is name brand and brand new. Cloths, toys, video games, home decor and more .

I saw and bought some great rustic items there and will definitely go back and the prices are very reasonable

The Bargain Warehouse sells department store salvage merchandise. Salvage merchandise from such department stores will include shelf pulls, overstocks, over purchased product, and some customer returns. TBW does give a 3 day warranty on all electronics. There are signs posted at the cash registers which states the electronics return policy. For example if you purchase an electronic item and wait 2 weeks to attempt to return it or get store credit, no type of credit will be issued. If you are unable to return to the store within those 3 days, a simple phone call of your intent would suffice. TBW does have a strict NO RETURN POLICY due to the nature of merchandise. In most cases all the merchandise is in perfect condition with no blemishes. If there is a problem or slight blemish with the hard goods, it will say as is.The price point on the merchandise does range from 20% off the retail price in very few cases, but in most cases, the price ranges between 50% to 90% of off retail. On a rare occasion, customers state that the prices are the same as the retail store, this is false. In most cases these customers are not comparing apples to apples or make this claim in attempts to hurt the business. All the clothing is new with tags and the most expensive clothing items is less than or equal to $5. You will definitely get a great deal at this store.
