As Harbor Freight stores go, this is one of the cleaner and faster ones. The kid who was at the cash register today (7/22) at around 5pm was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and was very fast at the register. Fast checkout is not something you find at a Harbor Freight store so I was happy about this.

This was my first time to harbor freight. I mustve looked like a kid in a candy store. I was very impressed. A friend wanted me to take him there to buy a few things. I told him I would just go browse around. Went down first aisle that caught my attention. Shiny goodies. Sockets and more sockets and lots more sockets. In all shapes and colors. My friend came back after shopping and I was still amazed with all the sockets and other goodies. I will definitely come back on my own and take around the rest of the store to see what other goodies they have.

Decent place. Alot of different tools so you will most likely find what ypur looking for. Prices vary but some low priced deals! Have public restrooms but very dirty most of the time. Limited employees so register lines get long sometimes.

Had a coupon for $50. I bought a lantern and a head light.

Buying here is a hit or miss. Perfect for honey dos or quick fix task. Most things are not for the professional or for durability.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I like that you can touch and closely look at many of the items that are on display. The store is pretty well organized. Sometimes they run out of the most popular items but otherwise store is well stocked. I arrived one time a few minutes before closing and they werent letting any more customers in so get there with plenty of time to spare. While it is a discount tool store youll want to take a little extra cash, its easy to buy more than what you initially went to buy. Similar to potatoe chips I bet you cant eat just one. Its a lot like a toy store for mechanics, hobbyists, and do-it-yourselfers alike.

The store is clean, well stocked, and very neat making it easy to shop. Only one item of concern. It seems shopping carts are not being sanitized, nor are sanitizing supplies available for customers to use.

Its a bit difficult to find an associate to help find what Im shopping for.

Normally would be happy. But went to get a table saw for $154. But it wasnt in stock. big bummer. You were my first choice. But I found one of reputable quality at a big box for $35 less without my military discount.

Awesome place to get cheap, great tools. Everything from DIYer tools to professional tools are available. If you dont trust these tools, look at the reviews online. Store carries most products as website, except for the heavy items. Awesome staff and cashiers. They even applied coupons that I didnt know were available. Definitely sign up for those.

Well stocked tool store. Much cleaner and better organized than other tool stores I have visited in the past. The staff are friendly and the sale items are well marked. There wasnt a large crowd at the time I went, so check out was smooth and easy. The staff are courteous and friendly.

They prices are reasonable.I bought hydraulic jack,air compressor,tarps, grinder.drill bits grinder wheels, mechanic tools, towing straps and kinds of merchandise. Shop there and you will not stop going there.

This Harbor Freight was still quite new when I first visited. It was well stocked and the employees seemed very well trained. The only challenge is how the entrance, exit and parking lot was designed, basically an accident waiting to happen. I recommend this store but dont go during drive time or drive a low clearance car.

Harlingen store is cleaner and has more items in stock than the McAllen store.

I went in for a can crusher and was able to find it without asking for help. The store itself is clean, organized, and well maintained. The cashier was helpful, courteous, and quick. Well definitely visit again.

Manager very rude probably will never go by again first visit to Harlingen location I visit Brownsville location often.Store was also empty no customers he had time to help would walk away I had to follow him for him to answer my questions. He didnt have a name tag so dont know his name.
