The employee who helped me was very helpful. I showed him a picture of the wall color I wanted and he was able to pick out an exact match. I am a female and had gone on my own. He helped me carry the 4 buckets of paint out to my van. I appreciate that type of help.

Carlos was so helpful, I had no idea how to get the paint I needed and he went out of his way to find a great paint and get it prepared for me. He called me to pick it up when it was ready. I did not have to wait very long. Great people in this store and so very knowledgable and helpful.

Great place, but plan and pick up supplies a day ahead, the next morning you always have them painters who lollygag and waste everyones time. Including for us professionals that dont have time to sit around and eat donuts and drink free coffee!

Very disappointed with service here! Very unorganized. Sales consultants at front desk don’t seem very knowledgeable about their products of profession. Tried selling us direct to metal paint for interior finish out 🧐🤦‍♂️. Prices were always all over the place and consistency in service and professionalism was all over the place. Ran out of material would make promises to have more paint in stock but never could deliver on promises or call back to let us know when it would be. One person would work with us then leave and not fulfill what he was working on for us. Next project will seek other alternatives to purchase paint from.

Horrible Customer Service!!! If you need help painting a room, look elsewhere. This store will attempt to oversell you paint. Then theyll inconveniently tell you after youve made a purchase that all of their products are non-returnable. They wont even try to give you store credit or let you exchange the paint for something else. The manager at this location is quite rude and will not help you in any way. Avoid this paint store at all cost!!!
