Charged me over $300 just to diagnose the problem with my riding lawnmower. Come to find out it was something simple and common to my lawnmower. I figured they would nickel and dime me on everything else that may need to be done so I just picked it up would not recommend!

Took my weedeater for repairs. The owner had the audacity to tell me that you didnt say that you wanted that done... But its ready for you.Machine still doesnt work and is still leaking oil. Very dissatisfied and disappointed that they didnt try to do better. Will not recommend or will not return!

They are always busy. That tells me its a great place to get your lawn equipment repaired and it is.

Lawnmower wouldnt start and George called me with a quote of $98 to clean the carburetor and check other routine maintenance items. I authorized the $98 because he said that it would require a general maintenance overhaul. When I picked it up the bill was for $143 because he replaced a cable that was not authorized ($45). The bill says that he rebuilt the carburetor (he told me that it was only cleaned); changed oil; sharpened blades; replaced spark plug; changed filter and clean all unit. I just replaced part of the cable that he decided to replace with a double unit that was not authorized. I had just replaced the spark plug and filter so he didnt have to replace them; did not sharpen blade; did not change the oil (oil dark brown) was old oil; did not clean the unit at all. The lawn mover was as dirty as I dropped it off. He also told me that the $15 diagnostic fee would be deducted from that total cost if I had the repairs done. It was not deducted. Called George and he asked me to bring it back and we will negotiate a new price. He removed the new cable and refunded me the difference of $45.90. Witnessed him changing the oil and it was not new oil. He would not deduct the cost of the new filter and spark plug - he actually replaced my new spark plug with another brand that I was not familiar with. A real smooth operator with no conscience at all. I would not recommend him to anyone. A total ripoff!

OK in a pinch. Otherwise, keep looking. Pricey services. The guys who fill in for Jorge at the counter are real jerks, look at you stone faced, are condescending and just plain refuse to talk to you in English. On my last visit Jorge was too busy doing something else to wait on me properly. Im not going there again. The building they are in is falling apart and is a real eyesore.

There was only one customer being helped. The proprietor ( george) completely ignored me, not even looking my direction. All i needed was ill be with you in a minute butno. It seemed like an eternity waiting in the hot stuffy store, while he walked to the blade rack trying to match a blade. I shuffled and cleared my throat, but got no aknowledgement. So i left and went to topps. I seemed to get ignored down here. I suspect people would rather not deal with white folks at least on a subconcious level.

What a nice place, friendly and helpful. It is hard to find a used mower shop that is so professional, also knows English.
