Ben was very dismissive to me when I asked about part availability. Either he is extremely unknowledgeable or lacks basic customer service skills. I Will not being doing business with this place.

I purchased a commercial Honda mower, pole saw, weed eater, ms 170 and ms194t chainsaws. Same model on the mower was available elsewhere cheaper. Told me buy it here their service no good . Took him my chainsaw were backed up 2 wks. Had a problem with my ms 194 t chainsaw. That Ive used for one week and tried again after hurricane Hanna. Didnt work. Took to Tops he was going to charge me to look at it. 2 year warranty. Purchased it in May 2020.Honda mower 500.00Weed eater 350.00Pole saw 375.00Ms 170 chainsaw 190.00 service adjusted carb.Ms 194 t chainsaw 400.00I dont even have a year with the chainsaw. No courtesy. I do concrete and handyman work. I purchased commercial so they last for whatever comes up.Im so going echoRolando Partida

A month ago we purchased the 14 inch Stihl Pole Saw for side job. It paid itself back in 1 week! It makes cutting trunks, limbs quick and easy reducing the risk of getting hurt. Highly recommend buying Stihl products here. Very helpful staff too.

Took my chain saw for repairs, service tech said there would be a 40 dollar charge for estimate, told him needed primer bulb for sure replace and we would go from there, agreed, received call the next day that bulb replaced but had to use starter fluid to start, meaning the carburetor was no good. and it was going to cost 250.00 to repair, told him that was way to much for a carburetor replacement and 2 lines, i would pick up, picked up unit, bulb not replaced and cost to pick up was 37.85 . not happy but do not have to go back in the future

Very knowledgeable staff, usually a little busy.

My uncle took his lawn mower to get fixed because it was leaking oil. So they charged him because they had fixed it, when all they did was take out all the oil so it would not leak. So when we put oil in it, it started to leak again and they told us it was another problem.
