Fully Vaccinated People Don’t Have To Use Masks….. they don’t understand that here. Gentlemen very rude told me to not return unless masked. Didn’t even greet with a hello just demanded a mask. I have my vaccine card if they don’t believe me. Store was a mess and very dirty as we’ll. Maybe worry about your appearance of the store instead of masks. And customer service skills.
Cant say if they were good because they couldn’t give me service due to no mask no service. I will allow the extra star because they were at least friendly letting me know they couldn’t give me service. Oh well, that’s their loss. Plenty of other places to use to ship…
First off, this store acting like we’re still in 2020. If I’m fully vaccinated why the hell do I need to wear a mask? What I find even more funnier is how their place is full of dirt laying everywhere & they themselves can’t keep the place clean. Also, I don’t know who hired these people because this place used to have nice workers instead of rude workers as of now. This UPS store is a disgrace since 2019.
10/1/2021: Do not use this store. They will not serve you without a mask. Franchise. Stop you at the door. Not interested in serving the public, just playing in to the narrative. I hope you lose more business, other than mine, with this review.
Ive used this UPS location many times and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. They are efficient and the place is clean. Never had any issues just a good experience.
Impossible to talk to a person, the automated response is not helpful. My packages have been lost and destroyed over a dozen times now and still not delivered to me yet. Been waiting 3 months! Due to their automated systems.
I have not had any issues with them but then again I mainly use the ups store to drop off packages. I would only ask for them to work on their happy face. I understand we are in a pandemic but no one is being vaccinated against friendliness! If you drive up to San Antonio youll notice the difference between those people and the people in the Rio grande valley. They are genuinely nicer and happier up there.
This store is so unprofessional. All I can say is, It needs a complete overhaul when it comes to its employees. Don’t waste your time at this location.

I have called for two days in a row trying to locate my package and no answer. 30 calls or so in total and they have yet to pick up. I just gave birth, I have a newborn so I don’t have the time to drive to location. Would give 0 stars if I could. Contacted UPS customer support and they helped me in 5 minutes.
Employees became rude and condescending because I didnt have a mask on. Tried to leave the package and the bar code for the Amazon return and they refused. Threatened to call the cops. Will pay out of pocket and ship USPS where there is NO MASK POLICY.
Lady was very helpful and fast. Helped me with printing out the return label.
This store discriminates against people with medical conditions. Because I cant wear a mask they told me to leave the store, and the guy wasnt even nice about it. Definitely not getting my business.
Just a heads up they refuse to ship ANYTHING firearm related, and I mean anything. Other than that nice folks and they get it shipped out quick.
We requested a color letter print job online & received confirmation for next day pick up. When I arrived 2 hours after the scheduled pick up time they were unaware of the job! Then they said their printer wasn’t working. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for my refund- which she couldn’t provide an actual receipt for - horrible customer service. While I stood there waiting the employees mumbled curse words about lifting/moving boxes! That’s your job! Going back to the professionals at Office Depot.
I drove 20 minutes to this location to find out that their computers dont work. What a nonsense. Definitely cannot this location for any of your printing needs.
Sign on door indicates they wear masks, but worker did not. Cost to ship two small items was over $30. Same service provided at USPS for just under $7.
If I could give you half a star I would with y’all not answering the phone during business hours for the past two days then coming back your dumb voicemail that says it’s full! I paid for 2 day AIR SHIPPING which was supposed to arrive this past Friday 11/30/18 Paid $20 for there delay 2 day air shipping and here we are today 12/4/18 and states package will be delivered by 12/5/18 should have just went with USPS. Last time I ever do business with y’all !!

The customer service people there are so helpful and quick! They offer printing, scanning to emails and so much to help a small business people like me! Im always impressed with their work and help!
Great service. I had an unusually shaped shipment to make. They worked with me to get it boxed and to get the price down as much as possible.
This location failed to ship my overnight shipment.I dropped of my pre-labeled overnight package at the Harlingen location at 4:44 PM, an hour and fifteen minutes prior to pick-up. So Im guessing someone FORGOT to place my package in the outbound shipments. This oversight is now causing a major delay for a repair. Now instead of a three day turn around, it will now be six days due to the weekend. SMH

They offer a lot for everyone but right now there not taking new clients for mail boxes because their getting ready to do some remodeling at the harlingen location
I have been to this store at least 20 times in the last few months and they have been amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful staff that really go out of their way to help you.

Ive had multiple bad experiences coming from this store full of incompetent airheads in the past just trying to receive packages but today I had a problem TRYING TO SHIP OUT A PACKAGE. I called to see if they sell shipping boxes because I have a good sized box that needs to be inside another box, with bubble wrap, peanuts, etc to protect the expensive item Im shipping out for warranty repairs. They tell me yes we have shipping boxes. I drive to their store about 30 minutes from my home, with very little time to spare as they close at 7PM and I work a lot. I go, and guess what, We dont have the 20x20x20 shipping boxes.....really?! Could you not have told me that on the phone as I was already driving over?!....so I drive down the street to Walmart, with only 20 minutes to spare, run my behind off to go in the store to get a box looking like a nutcase, find a decent sized shipping box, go pay, get back to the store with about 8 minutes to spare. I walk in, ready to get this done, and without even greeting me a lady tells me, Its a little late I dont know if theyre going to wait... and another worker interrupted her to inform her that I was just going to be shipping out a package, which was a good move because I was about to start going off on somebody. Anyways, I get the box ready, and guess what?! WE DONT HAVE ANY SHIPPING PEANUTS OR BUBBLE WRAP!.....Okay, how smart do you have to be to inform your customers that you, a SHIPPING STORE, do NOT HAVE ANY BUBBLE WRAP, PACKING PEANUTS, OR ANY FORM OF PROTECTION FOR ITEMS BEING SHIPPED OUT?!?!?! I honestly think they were lying and just being lazy because they were about to close in about 7 minutes. I see, from looking at earlier reviews that Im not the only one who has had issues with this God forsaken store. They need to hire people who actually WANT to have a JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PITIFUL!

Package was delivered open and empty, on outside bag was written with black marks a lot that the package was open and empty, why would UPS deliver something that way. Or where did it get torn and empty I don’t think that it went through the belt that way could I get an answer through my email please. Address was to Larry Johnson 22421 FM-506, Santa Rosa, TX 78593. Arrive estimated time 10:49 AM.
Went to ship package. Not one word was said to me because lady was on her cell phone the whole time. Just gave me confirmation slip.
They are good with shipping but their notary is there when she feels like it. Call ahead before going if you need something notarized. Even if they tell you the notary is coming in the next morning there is no guarantee she will be there.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The manager does not know how to communicate with customers. I have been trying to get in touch with her (Anita) since January 8th (actually even before that, late December) and she has yet to return one of my phone calls. Ive been by the store also and she is NEVER available. A package I sold was damaged during transit and they have been holding it since January 8th and do not seem to want to help me resolve this issue. I am out the money on this item because I had to refund the buyer and I am out the product because this store has been holding on to it. All I want is some sort of communication as to whether or not Im getting my item back or if I am being reimbursed for the damage UPS caused during transit. I just called again today and she couldnt take my call because she was catching up on work. I always try to be courteous and kind towards people but I feel bad for the employee who took my phone call because he had to listen to my frustrations that Ive had in trying to reach his manager. This is seriously the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received. Corporate office is trying to resolve this issue for me but this has been in limbo for OVER TEN WEEKS. How ridiculous is this?
They are doing the job, but the customer service isnt great. The Rep was just sarcastic at the beginning. I dont do much shipping, so I kindly stated that first and asked whats best for shipping an item.
I have never had a bad experience there.I email what i want printed,then i just pick it up.The young woman there is very helpful.
I went on 9/19/17 at around 4:30pm because I needed to return my equipment for AT&T and with these bad reviews I didnt know what to expect but I went in and the two ladys that were workng were super nice I didnt catch their names but they were awesome we had some good laughs. Overall great experience. I dont know what gives with all these bad reviews.
I have been sending my packages through UPS for a couple of years because they are very helpful.They always make sure that you are satisfied.
HORRIBLE!!!The owner of this store is a thief. He has decided to close his store in Brownsville, Texas (45 minutes away from this location) giving his clients one day notice. This has resulted in mail being lost and rerouted back to senders.The owner refuses to refund the the clients of the Brownsville store for the remaining amount remaining on their rent, instead stated that they can drive 45 minutes away to use the Harlingen store.USPS will not honor the Change Of Address Form, because only the owner can complete the form as USPS does not recognize the internal (BOX) Number, only the physical address of the store.The manager is equally shady and is quick to tell you that it isnt her fault and offers zero solutions.I spoke to Tim (last name unknown) who is an executive of the UPS to explain that this extremely short notice has resulted in a huge loss of revenue for my company and we just had $1,000 worth of stationary printed with this address on it weeks ago that is now absolutely useless. He too was an absolute waste of time.

Went this morning to have some papers faxed, I was charged almost $9.00, after paying and waiting for confirmation, she comes and tells me it wouldnt go thru, I ask for my money back and she says No, its not their fault that it wouldnt go thru. Never again will I do business with them nor recommend them to anyone. They get a big fat ZERO from me!! I am done with that place.
Understaffed, unorganized, and dont answer the phone during business hours.... Lose packages all the time.. Stay away!!!!
This store doesnt know what to do in a damage package situation. I sent a package and it arrived damaged, I have been calling the store and no-one answer, I went to the store and no-one knows what to do or if they are going to be responsable for the damages.

My mother in law came from La Feria five to six minutes before their closing time, but they had already locked the doors... poor customer service! They should have locked the door at 7 pm, not before.
The only thing these people know how to do it refer the customer to the 1800 #..... Horrible attitude and even worst customer service.
