This is by far the best collision center Ive ever dealt with. I have a new handicapped ♿ van and parts were hard to get because of insurance company screw-ups. But they handled everything fast and professionally. When I came to get it, it looked like I just bought it. Not only was the body work perfect, the paint was spot on, and it was a difficult color to blend, but Not for their pros. Everyone there is always happy, pleasant and professional. Hey these people always answer the phone, keep you up to date and even handle your Enterprise rental return. They even went so far as to detail the entire van(no small task) that guy deserves a raise. CANT say enough about them. I had Adam as my estimator and he was Gret at handling things start to finish, his fellow estimators are just as good from what Ive seen. Cant go wrong here. Harrisburg, PA location

10/10! Uriah was absolutely fantastic to work with! He kept me updated every step of the repair process and I never felt like I was in the dark anxiously waiting for news on my vehicle. My vehicle was even finished a week earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise! The paint is spot on to my vehicle color, and it’s a weird color to match so I was very impressed! I’m not hoping to be in an accident again anytime soon, but if I am I will be a return customer for life! Thank you again for the great job!

My vehicle was sent here because the caliber I initially took it to was too busy. They towed my car from Philadelphia to Harrisburg. After 2 months of patiently waiting for my vehicle, I got it back and it didn’t run quite right.I figured maybe because it sat for so long it just needed some fresh gas and fluids. I then tried to drive it on the highway and it wouldn’t accelerate, so I immediately called to schedule a return. Upon doing so I’m now being told I need a new engine? Apparently the pre-scan report showed multiple issues with the car and because they were unrelated to the accident I was in, no one said anything? I’ve tried to explain the situation with the manager at the shop and the regional manager only to be told too bad. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and now it’s costing me thousands. I would never again use their service

They kept me informed throughout the entire process. They made sure i had a rental car when i dropped my car off and they did the return process of the rental when i came to pick up my vehicle! Caliber Collision holds a good name and standard, I was a little let down by the service I received. I believe they may have some staffing issues or something because I did not receive the paperwork for my vehicle to get looked at until 6 days after my vehicle got to Caliber Collision. They did somewhat well on keeping me updated however I think they have dropped the ball towards the end and rushed trying to get my vehicle completed on the correct day, which ended in me having to return my vehicle to Caliber Collision for a messed up horn and engine light coming on after driving it for 10 mins. It seemed as though there was a lot of concern about the rating they would be receiving over ensuring the vehicle was complete. Nobody called me on the day my car was due to be done so I had to call them before closing to get a status update, I was told my car was completed it just needed to go through diagnostic I then received a texted message later that evening around 930 pm from the general manager that my car was complete which I thought was a little inappropriate and concerning considering I was originally told it needed diagnostic testing. After receiving the car and having to return it I’m not sure it went through diagnostic testing! After speaking to the regional manager I do feel a little better about Caliber Collision, but I would likely never use the facility that I used again I would be willing to try a different facility.

My car was sideswiped. It was repaired in a timely fashion and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It looks like new.
