Hoffman has been great to deal with throughout the reservation/order process of our new Bronco as well as after sale with service and recall replacement of the original hardtop. And they didnt hose reservation holders by marking up their orders when delivered like some dealers have.

I went in for The Works package. They give you the option to drop off the car or wait in their customer lounge which is comfortable and has free drinks. I was also asked if I want my car washed(no extra charge). Excellent customer service. Was personally reached out to by a member a couple of days later to make sure I was taken care of.

It has been about 4 weeks since I purchased my 2021 Ranger. I waited to give this review to see how the after sales experience would be. The buying experience far exceeded my expectations. Joe had called me a couple of times to follow up to see how I liked the truck and if I had any questions. When I did have questions Joe and Dave were very responsive. Went to purchase a brand new explorer. Wanted a tow package on it. Was told they didnt have one but would look at other dealerships that had one. Waited two days was told they had to talk with their district manager to get one from an outside dealership. A month later no phone call, update or anything. Guess if its not on the lot they dont care. We bought our last car their and will not buy from them again.

When you go to the same place for years on end, and the same people are there, they become friends, know you by name and, it must be a good place towwork. Phenomenal Experience with a Mr. Jim Bibb. We came to Hoffman Ford in search of a Ford Fusion, and he found us exactly what we were looking for, in a color we liked, with all of the features we wanted, and it was even below our price range! Only hiccup we had was running out of fuel on our test drive which was actually quite comical, but we still bought it. It was the quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced and we will absolutely go back for another vehicle in the future. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Extremely disappointed. I typically only post reviews for extremely positive experiences; however, this negative experience should never have happened. Maybe, just maybe, this post will prevent it from happening to someone else.I called 6/12/2021 to make an appointment for a recall on my 2016 Ford Flex. I was put on hold while she said she was checking for parts. I took that as a good sign. She scheduled my vehicle for 7:15 AM 6/22/2021. I received a confirmation email then made arrangements for a ride. I received 2 reminder emails. I dropped it off the night before, 6/21/2021, and all seemed okay.I received a call the afternoon of 6/22/2021 stating that the parts were sold that morning and parts for my vehicle were put on express order but hadnt arrived, yet. I figured the parts were used for something that would earn them money. It is a business after all and no money is made on recalls, so I left it overnight again. I received a call the next day stating that the parts hadnt come in and that I could pick it up, and shed call when they came in. That was a little disappointing, but I got a ride and picked it up.I received a call that the parts were in. My vehicle could be done 7/6/2021. So I scheduled an appointment for 7/6/2021. I received a reminder email 6/30/2021.Today, I received a voicemail reminder about my appointment, which was almost immediately followed by a voicemail that the parts werent in. I called and was advised that someone scheduled the appointment without checking and that the parts werent in. She also said that they showed the repairs were done to which I responded that my car was there for 2 days after which I picked it up without anything being done. She wanted to put me on a waiting list. Why? This happened after being on a waiting list then being called and advised that the parts were in. I responded that Ill be going elsewhere and hung up quite frustrated.I should have just made an appointment at the dealership where I purchased it, but this one is closer. So very disappointing. A waste of my time, my rides time and our gas. Now I have to start over elsewhere. I wonder if anyone will even bother to listen to the recordings and review what happened to see where they went wrong and to make sure it doesnt happen to another potential customer? Regardless, this previously potential customer will definitely not become a customer.

I had my 2016 Ford F150 in for warranty work and a recall. The techs were able to diagnose the transmission issue without any transmission codes which can be sometimes hard to reproduce with only a description of the symptoms. The price was reasonable, with a fair trade-in allowance, Im happy with the vehicle and there were no unexpected fees or other surprises at the end of the process. Joe, our salesman, made himself easily accessible to help facilitate the transaction. Because we wanted a short turnaround time on our travel to and from the dealership to pick up the truck, they had everything ready for us so that our time at the dealership could be kept to a minimum. Took my truck Into collision because another company wrecked the side of it. I got my truck back today and was very impressed! Fixed it back to new also went above and beyond and detailed it and took a yellow mark off the opposite side from the damage. Very professional people! I highly recommend them!
