This place is amazing! My insurance company set me up here after my accident (the only thing done right by them. lol). It was my first accident so I didnt know what I was doing. Thomas really took the time to help me. I showed up thinking it was weird my insurance company was going to make me pay out of pocket for an accident that wasnt my fault. He really took the time to explain the process. He even called my insurance company to figure out information. Long story short, I had to come back on a different day, but it was totally worth it knowing I wasnt going to be paying out of pocket. It took a couple days to get my car back (to be expected) and it looks great! The whole team was patient and amazingly kind! Id HIGHLY recommended getting repairs done here.

They replaced the rear window and made repairs to the fiberglass hardtop of my Jeep Wrangler. I was not expecting the incredible results. There is no sign the top was ever damaged. They even cleaned the interior and exterior before returning the vehicle to me.Tom was amazingly professional explaining each step of the process as it progressed. I highly recommend this shop.

My insurance company assigned my vehicle to Ciocca Collision Center after I skidded into a snowbank, causing front end damage. I met with Steve on a Tuesday morning, and my vehicle was ready for pickup late Thursday afternoon. Miss Melody coordinated with Enterprise for rental car pick up and drop off on site, so I had no loss of transportation.Communication with the team was easy and I had verbal explanations and online and hard copy documentation of repairs and billing. The costs seemed to be fair and reasonable, especially considering the work which had to be done. Customer service was prompt and polite. All staff adhered to covid precautions. The actual work showed excellent craftsmanship, so I hope the tech guys are proud of their skills. Obviously, we all hope that we do not need the experts at Ciocca Collision, but if we do, it is good to know that their service is top notch, fast turnaround time and reasonably priced. Enterprise brings your rental car right to you, and picks it up here when youre done. Ive has 3 accidents where I needed to use the collision center and each time the work was fantastic, the staff is great about keeping you updated. I will absolutely use them in the future!

These guys are amazing! I got in two different accidents and had damage to the front and back bumpers. I dropped it off Monday morning and it was ready Tuesday evening. Thomas even waited 45 mins extra for me, so I could pick up my car that evening. Thomas even washed and vacuumed my car. I appreciate the fast and friendly service I received. Thomas went above and beyond.

I’m very pleased with the quality of work done to my vehicle and the interactions I had with the people who work within the collision department. I brought my car in after a hit and run for body work and paint, and I got it back quickly and even shinier than the day I bought it. Shoutout to the detail department, I have seriously never seen my car that shiny. Steve, the estimator, was fantastic to work with and thoroughly explained everything to me, leaving me with no questions to ask. All of the work done is covered by numerous warranties, but I can tell by the care put into my vehicle that I probably won’t need them. Even the insurance transaction was easier and faster than I expected it to be. When I sustained damage to the rear bumper on my Armada USAA proposed Ciocca Collision Center as a partner business. It is just a mile from the house so I tried them out. Wow! My car is back a week earlier than scheduled and what a great job. They even took care of a small area not caused by this accident! On top of that it was returned to me detailed inside and out. The representative, Steve has been in the paint game and he took the time to explain how the paint system works and what to expect after repair. 5 stars and I mean it!

I will only go here for body work. Steven took the time to explain the work needed. The work was beautiful, they even fixed something they discovered while doing the work. They called and explained and gave me good options. It did take an extra couple of days but it did not end up costing me more. I am so thankful to have found a good and honest shop that does top of the line work on my Lincoln Navigator. And the price was awesome! I highly recommend this business for body work.

A couple months back, I was rear ended and had to go through the other guys insurance to get the car fixed. There werent a lot of in-network places available, and I decided to go with the closest one to me. I probably should have read reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with Ciocca Collision. They were prompt with their work, called me regularly whenever anything came up, and had really great customer service, from the front desk lady to the gentleman writing up the insurance work. They explained everything that they needed to do and got verbal confirmation before doing work. They also went through Enterprise to set up a rental car for me, as well.Even though insurance paid my way this time, Id pay out of pocket to go back if I needed to.

When my car was damaged I thought it would be in the shop for a few weeks at least. However, they got all of the work done in just a week. Super glad to have my car back to good condition with such a quick turnaround.

My favorite car was vandalized. Someone scratched every panel, including the top and hood, requiring a full paint job. Seeing it in that condition was difficult and I feared that it would no longer feel special. Ciocca Collision did a fantastic job and the car looks brand new. Had a crazy incident with my car. I felt that the shop fought for me with the insurance company and got the best outcome for me. It certainly wasnt in Ciocca interest and they lost money but they did the right thing and explained too me and the insurance company the small thing was a HUGE thing and wasnt something that could be fixed. They could have done work and given me a car that just wasnt going to be right.Will certainly give them business in the future if I ever need it again.

Its always a stressful time when you hit a deer (deer hit me!!) with a new vehicle that you just purchased 3 months ago. A lot of that stress was eliminated when I got in contact with Steve at Ciocca Collision Center in Harrisburg. I am located about an hour and a half away from the Collison Center but that wasnt an issue either. Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport arranged drivers to take a vehicle down there for Steve to start the estimate and repair process.I have had to work with body shops in the past any none of them can compare to the service and professionalism that I was showed here.One of the biggest headaches about having your vehicle in the body shop is having to wait for the repairs to be done, all the while, you are wondering how is my car making out. Steve was amazing at keeping me in the loop with the repair process, I felt like I was there watching it get done.My car was completed in no time also. My last body shop experience, my car was there for over a month. Not with Ciocca Collision Center, I had my car back within two weeks. I was rear ended on the 6th of this month and I was so heartbroken because this is my first ever brand new vehicle. Steve gave me such great follow up calls every step of the way during the repair. Ciocca was fantastic when it came to fixing my Audi A5 bumper.They were extremely quick in responding to my questions and had my car fixed and returned in 2 days.5 stars all around!

I brought my vehicle in after a collision with a deer resulted in approximately $6,600 worth of damage. I was quoted a completion date of November 8, 2018. On October 30, I received a call from the collision center indicating they were on track to complete the repairs on November 8. To my surprise I received another call the following day (October 31), indicating the car was finished and ready to be picked up. I was excited that the car was ready early, but a little suspicious since I was told the day before that they still had more than a weeks worth of work to do. When I showed up to retrieve the car on November 1, I found pieces of glass still in the trunk and a broken piece of the rear view mirror still lying on the front seat. When I confronted the service members about this, we all went out to look at the car together and discovered two more pieces of glass still in the car after only a brief 30 second inspection. Though the insurance adjuster assured me the estimate and work order included removing both front seats and the rear seat, vacuuming out all glass, then replacing the seats, the service members admitted to me this was not done. I am appalled that this collision center would try and release a vehicle after not completing all work that was approved and would be paid for by my insurance company. The employees seemed genuinely confused as to why I had a problem with the car being done early, not comprehending that I was actually concerned because the work was NOT DONE! I would be extremely hesitant to use this collision center again.

Do not trust your car to the collision center. The office manager decided to close early on a beautiful Friday afternoon instead of staying at work until closing time, trapping my car there and keeping me from picking up my two toddlers on time. Additionally, they didnt lock my vehicle. And to make it even better, my car has a new scratch on it. Not the experience I was expecting.

Excellent, professional work. I had an irritating wind flutter noise in my Civic that others had told me could not be fixed. George took it on as a challenge, and had Travis work with it. They took care of it. I wouldnt go anywhere else for body work of any kind. We also had a dent repaired there a while back. Flawless work and perfect paint match. Two thumbs up.
